How does this comment answer my question on jungle justice?

Why does nobody question if the accused is truly guilty or not?

It concerns the topic of rape on this thread why we are not interested
Jungle Justice is mainly due to low IQ and lack of workable relationship between the citizens and authorities of rule of laws, many don't even understand how the justice system operate due to illiteracy or even ignorance

When guys want to chyke random girls, they don't call them "baby?" When guys send dek pictures to women, they don't call them "baby?" Calling someone baby actually refers to close acquaintance right? In your logic?

You know funniest thing? These men disbelieve ladies, AUTOMATICALLY, and then they cry that women always get believed all the time. Talmabout, if it was a woman, everybody will be believing her. But this thread and many more proves otherwise.

If it's a woman, they'll want to wait to hear from the other side.

If it's a man, it is a true evidence of the abuse they silently go through.

I swear I will never believe any news of extortion or police brutality or any other sad bullshit done to guys anymore, I will so discredit them and insult them from now because they don't deserve any atom of pity

All these while I've been silent on stories by women on the latest trend of domestic violence because we can't really know who is wrong or right, but this lady gave us clear cut facts, evidences, videos, and even witnesses to all she went through, yet see the nonsense these stupid guys here are saying, twisting everything they can twist just to paint her evil with their stupid way of victim blaming, I will never symphatise with any of them anymore cos they are not worth it, and will always generalise because they are all the same.

Now I am scared. Had Chaminuka Lodge in Lusaka, Zambia planned. It is good she escalated it. Make I go check the werey resort.

This is the problem. You are a stranger alone in a third world country. Who can you call in an emergency?

Even worse you have the naija passport. Is it abike dabiri and Co who will do nothing until David hundeyin starts making noise?

People will talk about how tourists are safe in Nigeria and can walk around at night. All I will say is things can go from 0 to 100 real quick.

Remember your fave(burna) got some dude beaten up and robbed in Eko hotel some years back? Nothing came out of it. He just had a chat with police.

Anyway I know you will do your risk analysis. Let me stop dooming and glooming and raining on the vacation parade

Why is that you men always have some doubt when it comes to rape allegations??

Nigeria is a country where men are lynched for stealing a necklace.

You doubters never come out in defense of the accused to ask if he ever stole the item or not. You bring your petrol and lighter.

Why do people have some reservations when it comes to rape allegations and ONLY rape allegations?

Hello. You don't know me, so I'll keep it simple: I condemn and abhor rape, and at the same time I condemn and abhor false rape accusations. If a lady says she's raped, then the logical thing to do is to do a lab test, and also attend therapy classes. The results and other evidences can be used as facts to vindicate the victim.

Now let me answer your question: The reason why men have reservations for rape accusations are
1) Ladies are not sincere enough. You heard the story of Toyosi, the lady who laid a false rape accusation on Twitter. Do you see such scenario, and have faith to save a rape victim? The answer is No

2) The Africa culture too. It's a pity our traditions are primitive and backward, so I don't really blame the guys. Men receive little or no home training, so when they see the bigger life picture, they tend to be vile and aggressive. That's why I warned those two ladies to stop insulting those guys, because by doing that, you'll degrade yourself, instead of to correct.

3) Every Nigerian guy believe in "no sex, no money" policy. That's why they see ladies as cheaplings. Infact, you owe them pussie.

I totally get you and nothing surprising here. Like you rightly pointed out, female tourists get raped and killed every other day in India. Things like this are not entirely surprising.

Lol. Leave Burna alone. That guy dey tire me sometimes sha.

I don't know why, once I am outside the comfort of my bed...anywhere other than my father's house, anywhere else I pass the night, my antenna is always at alert.

Me in most hotels around the world...

Firstly, I hate ground floor rooms...once in the room, I scan it for spy cameras.

Secondly, I try to place something behind the door, something that would make noise and wake me up should someone try to sneak into my room. Most times I lean a chair against the handle of the door, so that it will be difficult to open from outside. So except the person comes in through the window or the ceiling in the bathroom, there is no way you will come in without my notice.

Thirdly, I keep my most priced assets where a potential thief wouldn't look. I just leave a few bucks in my now scanty wallet to get the scent off the real thing. Neither do I leave these things behind whenever I leave the room...even to the shower.

Call me paranoid...na you sabi cheesy...One can't be too careful these days. We learn everyday.

I know a potential hotel criminal is reading this right now, but nor worry, your days are numbered. grin

Your bolded could as well be a fact AGAINST the hotel. Yes. Why? Why would the reception be empty? Would that not be a proof corroborating the fact evils go on in the hotel?

If the police started investigating people who've patronised the hotel and even if just ONE person corroborate the fact that they tried to go to the reception one time during the night and it was empty, then what?

What about CCTV? Would they switch that off too?

Everybody is laying blames, without thinking on the next thing to do. Throwing insults and tantrums like silly kids.

The next thing is this: WHO DO WE ESCALATE THIS MATTER TO?

The Nigerian Consul is not helping matters. Abike ain't doing anything. Reducing the hotel's standards on Google won't do Jack. It's to diplomatically escalate this situation till the country sets up a committee to investigate the case.

And for those thinking to spend vacation in an African country, better use that money and enjoy yourself here. If I tell you what happens in this countries, you'll cringe to death. I'll put a story on this soon.

For some people doubting this girl's story, may be you have not encountered such a terrible situation outside this country. I have travelled Southern and Eastern Africa reasonably including the country in question - Tanzania. I have been both robbed and attacked in both Southern and Eastern African countries. My first time in Uganda, my first night, I was robbed in my Hotel room at Gulu (Northern Uganda). They made away with my money, camera, international passport (with other countries visas on it) and cards. I went to the police station with my host and the DPO started telling my host that I may be looking for a way of escape. I lost my cool and insulted him badly. It actually could be dangerous in those countries. In another situation, if not God that saved me, I could have been killed for my VAIO when it was VAIO. It's dangerous out there, I know where she's talking about and I won't doubt her story. She may have got that attack for just being a Nigerian!

Let me find the place. Did the girl not mentioned that they refused showing their CCTV or something?

The lady is lucky to be alive. If she was raped, they'll just spray her sleeping spray, then take her body to a specialist, they'll cut out her vital body organs, and sell to Chinese Yakuza.

Then they'll call the victims family that an accident killed the victim. They'll extort you and show you a silliconized body of the victim, for you to believe. Then they'll tell you you can't take the body out cos of COVID 19 shit. They'll suggest cremation.

They work as a gang, and they rather lonely black ladies.

We live in the third world. How many crimes have we seen solved? How many crimes are there where we actually know the perpetrators and still cannot get justice?

It is not about escalating. It is the reality of where we live. Is it Nigeria where our own crimes cannot be solved that they will have any concern for one rich vacationing black foreigner?

Now take that and reverse it for every African or third world country, especially one that does not expressly depend on tourism for national income

The whole of Africa is literally a zoo.
The fact that she ran to the reception and nobody was there shows how shity the hotel is.
A proper hotel is never short of people even in the middle of the night.
You will always see people at the reception.
How can the Reception of a 4 star hotel be That empty?
Even a three star hotel is never that empty.
Where are the CCTV cameras?
Because there are always steady CCTV camera that sees each and everyone that goes into a hotel room.
When the person entered and when he left and the CCTV cameras can trace him even to where he went to when he left the room.
If he was out of the hotel or still in the hotel then if he took a taxi, the taxi can be traced by CCTV cameras on the road on where the taxi dropped him.

Lol I've forgotten this is Africa, a proper zoo.
Chai!!! Africa oh Africa, what a shame of a continent.
