I have already more than expounded on how Genesis 2 vs 6-7 reveals that the soul of man was created from the physical elements of this world. The breath of God which God put into man(complete as he was made) is God's very own spirit of Life and that Life returns to God after a man dies. That breath of Life that God put into man's nostril is not of man's property but God's very own property and it remains so for the entire lifespan of man.
