1. Habitual coordination of time and schedule, this would aid me in reducing my procrastination tendencies
2. Accept the results of my work regardless of the expectation I put on the results, one of the major source of my depression episodes were not learning to accept the truth, build on this truth and learn from that truth, I’ve been so optimistic that I forgot failure can sometimes be part of a success story
3. Learn to give the people that love me some of my attention, I’ve been so focused on my career that I neglected some of the people that needed to hear about my well-being, it almost felt like I gave them some unreasonable distance, I nearly lost good friends due to this, 2024, will be better.
4. Empower my circle one way or the other, I’ve always visualized having a tight group of friends and associates having the ability to help one another irrespective of the situation, knowing that I can fall and someone would definitely catch me is a nice thing.

Books… as funny as this may sound, I read a lot of articles, ebooks, hard backs and I even listen to audiobooks on frequent occasions, these has led to me spending more time alone and failing to achieve the aforementioned goals I have, i will never stop reading, but I’ll try to incorporate it with the things I wish to achieve.

3. My inability to say no to things that might displease me, I can’t help but try to show love to whoever I can, but many times I do show love and trust to the wrong people and I end up doubting myself when I should be busy on productive things
4. Health, I’m not the strongest person, my health has cost me time and opportunities, I look forward to copying a healthy lifestyle whilst monitoring my daily trends and activities

1. I don’t cook often, and even when I do, it’s not the most health dish, I love junk food and that’s a contributing factor to my degrading health, my sugar intake needs to reduce too

3. I need to stop trying to hide my feelings and emotions, I need to speak out more and let people know how I truly feel about things, communication is an underrated skill
4. Stop listening to songs that have the tendency to induce depression, I’m not saying it’s the song that’s bad, but it’s just that my mood changes for the worse when I hear or listen to it… those songs might sound cool to others, but definitely not me, i need to listen to uplifting music more.
