tit:Are you saying there are no schools in Nigeria in 1984 bro?. What Nigerians lacked then is discipline, the corruption that took some people to jail under Buhari's administration is like bike compare to the monster trucks kinds of corruption we have in this country in the last 16 years. So let Buhari come and build more prisons, let him pick up the thieves, the crooks and the fraudsters, the criminals and the dangerous minds of this country, this is the problem with this country and this is what i want him to sort out. The money that's being stolen belongs to Nigerians, the kickbacks and percentages that's exchanging hands are the reasons why most Nigerians are paupers. I was somewhere in Oshodi yesterday when some tanoids passed through a major road shout ''PDP power'' and the market women were shocked, they were like '' how can a sane mind support this government'' these women are the people facing the stark reality of the current grippling inflation, they described jona's government as a selfish administration ''ijoba aladaje'' meaning the government that eat alone. They eulogise Buhari and Murtala mohamed's administration as a government that care for the masses. How can jona's kind of speech at yesterday's campaign that I will personally describe as ranting change the mindset of these women and the other women who are feeling the brunt of this administration. Much as I will not want to blame jona for all the corruption in his administration, he is the head of the administration and his utterances and body language is suspect, jona winning this election will be the 9th wonder of the world. |
Redoil:Obj cannot decamp to APC, Obj has wined and dined with the devil (PDP ) so he is gonna stay there to slug it out with them. From papa deceive pikin, to pikin deceive papa, Nigerians now knows the reasons for the monumental failure that this country has become?. You hear hear people talking on the streets as if the world is coming to an end and I wonder if the world is coming to an end only in Nigeria. Obj, PDP and the host of others who had made this country a hell hole are all going down together. Shalom. |
hardestyoung:This is the best post I've seen on naira land political section. PDP would have love it if Oshibs is as dormant as Sambo, they don't want competition, they want everybody to be worthless like them, PDP must be mad for saying this nonsence. @PDP, promote your candidates or keep quiet, thanks Oshibajo for keeping PDP's heads spinning. In Dr Dre's voice ding ding dong, ding ding, ding ding dong, keep their heads ringing. Oshibs keep it coming we love it, if your efforts is giving them nightmare let them stop you if they can. |
You still don't get it do you?, even if GMB and Oshibs are stooges of Clifford Orji the known cannibal I'll still go ahead and vote for them. Your likes keep creating fear in the minds of Nigerians in order to continue with current backwardness, stagnancy, corruption and horrors going on in the country, message like this one you are preaching is dead on arrival, no one will buy it, try another trick. |
franugo:Get yourself some books from Lobsang Rampa they may help you to understand a little about life after death. Bros there is nothing scary or spooky about death its just another stage in the evolution of the soul, but we need to live right so that we can have the desired peace after death so bros make it easy for yourself by giving your life to Christ. |
klique:Is this a lamentation or what?, people like you still don't get it do you?, poverty knows no creed or faith, it knows no tribe nor race, poverty has no borders, people are tired of bad government they want change or is asking for good government a sin?. I seriously hope hypocrites like you will not start an inquisition on fellow Christians in a desperate bid to stop Christians from voting Buhari or is this not the reason for your lamentation?, no wonder the bible said that the heart of man is desperately wicked who can know it. |
@ OP I'm really sorry to read this, this cousin of yours is yet to come to grasp with his current status, ''he doesn't even know that he is dead''. He is as confused as other members of his family as to why he can no longer communicate with members of his family hence he keeps moving from one family members house to another. When he knocks he waited for you guys to open the door, when you guys open the door you saw nobody, he can see you guys because he is now on the higher plane of existence, he is trying to communicate with you guys which is not possible because of the frequency barrier. Solution, pray for him to find rest with Christ, those who call upon the name of the lord shall be saved. this guy may not really be in Christ he is definitely not for the devil or else he'll be cooling off in hell right now and he won't even need to knock on anybody's door, and God moves in mysterious ways this old bone may rise again to share some wonderful experience with humanity after all he is not yet buried. |
At last Christians are talking, when people like us said that that there is nothing Christlike about the current government we were called all sort of names. I am a christian and I know devil when I see him, Christianity is love, simple. You cannot be a christian and preach hate, lies, and deception, greed and selfishness. No wonder Gautama the Buddha said that ''decay is inherent in all component things fashion out your own salvation''. This is a statement that Nigerians need to sit down to examine both Muslims and Christians so that this country can move forward. |
The demise of Uncle Bola Ige and Pa Adesaya has turned Afenifere to Afenifeiranu so am not surprised at what they've become. When last did you see any serious minded Yoruba politician among these people?, Leye abeg find better thing to write about and stop giving these losers an undeserved publicity. |
glory2glory:Bro you beat me to this post, @ Op, this your topic is just another work of flesh. How can you call yourself a christian and post this rubbish here, I am a christian and I bless God that I am not like you. When last did you evangelise for Christ, this is the problem with the so called Nigerian Christians most of whom have regrettably refused to read and understand their bible. You preach hate, you preach fear and call on Christians not to vote for one candidate how can I be sure you are not even a fetish priest brandishing bible we have so many of them in the churches this days. Your works gave you away you, are not a christian, by your fruits you are exposed. |
barcanista:How can they hold their public servants to task when most of them are in Lasgidi making money enjoying good governance and still taking jabs and swipes at Fashola for not meeting their senseless expectations. SW might eventually needs to import Jos to Lagos, then some folks will know that bibi ire ko se fi owo ra. |
sufido123:To your likes, even Jesus Christ the author and finisher of our fate will not be the change Nigeria desired. You may be happy with the status quo, probably benefitting from it but most Nigerians are not. It will be easier for camel to go through the eye of the needle than for GEJ to win the next year election, even Jona himself knows this, why do you think he's obsessed with anything APC?. |
chernest2002:Even Jesus Christ can never be the change you're waiting for, as long as he is competing against jona. We know your type, we also understand your mindset, no problem, but don't school us 'cause you can't fool us. Y'all are trying so hard to convince us that ''we don't need a change at all'' but we've got our own lives to live so go to hell if you think hardship is a normal way of life. I have to be honest with you, it will be easier for camel to go through the eye of the needle than for jona to enter aso rock again. |
Oga Gbawe as I was saying jare, only a mad man will be barking like dog in a wonderful thread like this. |
Gbawe:Oga Gbawe abeg free this guy, he wants to derail this beautiful thread we must not allow him. @ all, ignore onatisi or whatever he is, only a mad man can attack anyone celebrating a laudable project like Agodi gardens. |
Drsheddy:Weep not child, vote for change. |
vivalavida:Continue with your stupidity Yoruba already knows you and your lots are frustrated. If you want to sell a bad product, you need to persuade buyers not insult them. When Yoruba voted for JEG in 2014 they're not slaves they are freeborn, now that their bod language is not falling for JEG Yoruba suddenly became ''slaves of Hausa'' to you and your fellow satanists. ''OYOMESI'' Yoruba knows how to answer you and your lots so keep the insults coming but please don't blame Yoruba when it happens. |
This not an old man, his type age quickly, he must have been born with grey hair I know some people don't believe this this is why you see some children sporting a tint of grey on their head especially in the front. As they grow older, the grey spread gradually to the other parts of their head, my mum is one of them. |
I hope no one fall for this. |
jazzydee:Why will BAT want to be the vice president of Nigeria?, this is why I believed that professor Oshibajo or Amechi might just have it. BAT is the APC, he is the platform, whoever thinks BAT will sacrifice APC for a VP ticket is on a long thing. |
Jona as incumbent shouldn't be having it this tough but sometimes I wonder if members of Jona's cabinet actually live in Nigeria. Even the election campaign machinery and other state apparatus at Jona's disposal had been turn into cock and bull, rooster wrestling, and dumb men outfits like that Okuigbe tweeting hash tag bring back Good luck Jonathan. As it is now Jona should recruit good publicity managers if he really want to have a good outing in 2015 because right now Jona's image is battered. |
debosky:What subsidy?, anyway Nigerians deserve what befalls them subsidy ko subservient ni. |
Jimi that your mouth way be like whistle, make Koro congratulate you first then APC will also congratulate you amukunmeko, oniranu. |
LogicPower:A drowning man will cling to a straw, I'm so happy to see PDP sweating it out to convince the electorates gone are the days of business as usual. For us on this side of Nigeria, we know all these issues raised by the op but are they enough reason to continue with the status quo?, no. If you don't like something, change it, if the new one ain't good enough, change it. Change is necessary, it is the driving force in the wheel of life. Nothing in life is permanent except change itself. Op change your mindset, change the way you view the northerners, I use to blame the north for all the problems in this country until I had my youth service in the north and realize that I was wrong all along. One must accept responsibility for one's failure, until we do this, we shall continue to blame others while we fail again and again. |
WhiteTechnology:I don't know if daftness and clueless ness is in Niger delta DNA '' Nigeria will seize to exist '' so let it be and we shall dredge the river niger to turn your oily delta to another Bangladesh a country submerged in water'' or have you not heard?, no tribe in Nigeria has monopoly of madness. What makes you think this country starts and ends with oil, even JEG with all his clueless ness will not try to disintegrate Nigeria unless he hates his people so be careful what you wish for as you just might get it. |
IlorinBoy1:Most Nigerians especially the so called christian trooping in droves to Muslim countries like UAE, Saudi Arabia, Libya, Yemen, Quatar, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and more are all subjected to sharia laws and they are even happy to live in these countries. One thing that I'm very sure of is that PDP will have to look for a very good campaign jingles like telling me their past achievements in the last 14 years instead of campaign of calumny against the general. As it is PDP is looking more like that woman in the bible whose child died and stole the child of the other woman, and insisted that the other woman's child should be shared into two knowing fully well that this will means killing the child. |
Caseless:This speech reminds me of Martin Luther King' s ''I have a dream''. Someone should edit this speech into simpler text for our primary and secondary schools, a national creed or whatever. Honestly a change of mindset and attitude is all it takes to move this country forward. |
He should also remember to save some money for the rainy day, 'cause as it is his oil will eventually sell below 30 dollars I hope Tompolo understands what I mean. |
@Op all these people you're calling evil are the pillars of support for PDP in the last fourteen years except Buhari, now I understand the hue and cry about APC. Op don't you think something is wrong somewhere?, these people and Obj are the people that put jona in aso rock, for them to suddenly abandon PDP means jona himself has a lot of question to answer. From the look of things PDP looks like a table that's standing on one out of four legs, to think this party used to be the most powerful and the largest political party in Africa, if PDP can be reduced to the rubbish that it is today then you can't hate anybody for jumping ship and from the look of things more people will jump before the election. The way that SCOAN building collapsed will be a child play compare to the way PDP will collapse so you better start getting used to seen more of these faces you called evil. |
I never knew Fayemi is this exposed, I like Amechi's Never say die attitude, but I want Pat Utomi, Donald Duke or pastor Tuned Bakare. |
Ayus34:Good products sells itself, if only the OP knows how an average S/westerner thinks, he won't be asking this question. Nobody hates jona around here, people are just sick and tired of his cluelessness and incompetence. Can you imagine ordinary voters card, this administration can't manage, one woman in my neighbourhood has been going about encouraging her friends to make sure they collect their voters card. She said jona must go, she said she stood in a long line in the sun to vote for jona only to discovered that jona is a heartless man. I asked her how?, she said Chibok girls, she said those girls could be anybody's daughter and more of such could happen if jona is allowed another four years. |
Pat Utomi or Pastor Tunde Bakare. |
