Politics › Re: Prof.opinion-pat Utomi And Jega Should Make Buhari's Cabinet. by 7lives: 2:08pm On Apr 03, 2015
princemi:
Following general Buhari's victory in the just concluded presidential elections, virtually all Nigerians expect a lot from him including citizens who didn't vote for him and citizens who didn't vote at all. But then the much anticipated change cannot come from him alone. Everybody has a role to play especially his cabinet member's, hence d value of Reverend Father Mbaka's statement " Buhari should surround himself with credible people". With this in mind, I think Professor Pat Utomi should be made the minister of Finance and Professor Attahiru Jega be made EFCC D.G for his heroic conduct during the elections and the matured composure with which he handled the Orubebe drama that unfolded in the coalition room on Tuesday. what do u guys think?
Let the best that we have be on parade, enough with clulessness.

But for shame.....he should have given it all up....he is up against good Lagosians that want development for lagos....not those on a vendetta mission.
1000 likes for you, sentiment has change since GMB victory.
Change like an egg was laid in Lagos, incubated in SW/ Edo, change is now the sweetest music to every ear in Nigeria.
Change is now here and some reprobate minds want to drag Lagos down with them, ala ti ko gbodo se.
Lagosians, APC all the way, say no to stagnancy and backwardness, vote APC.

Not possible, the Igbo's behaved so senseless these time around.they are no more relevant in the decision making of these country.
Mind your language, I don't like your choice of words.
The Igbos have every right to allign themselves with whoever they like, its all political evolution.
The problem with Igbo is that there is no visionary leader, those who voted did not even expect this outcome, Nigerians are the winners APC will definately solve this riddle no one will be left out.

I thought I was the only one. I marched for buhari but in the end, I felt sorry for Jonathan, he is a gentleman but if u surround yourself with hawks and vultures, what do you expect? Heck he had so much goodwill back in 2011 but he allowed saboteurs squander it to the last drop. Goodluck in your future endeavour Mr Goodluck. #ChangeHasCome #NewDay
If your existence had been threatened by hoodlums and opc brandishing guns, and other dangerous weapons, "shouting power", you won't pity any politician.
In fact I'm seriously praying that the guns that's in possession of these boys will not be used to rob in Lagos.

Another reassurance that victory is sure.

The most fulfilling part of all this is knowing that Nigerians can work together to say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH to impunity without resorting to mass protests and violence.

This is a guarantee that our democracy will deepen and our country will progress as succeeding governments will have no option than to shape up or be shipped out.

It is this type of victory that makes me go easy on Tinubu whenever he is being condemned. Without his political astuteness, PDP was ready to take us for fools for sixty years as they boasted.

May this victory not elude us at the end.
Now you know why the so called Yoruba elders hate Tinubu, they know he is a man with vision.
What this man conceived 8 years ago has now happened and those who condemn him are now praising him.
Your size does not matter, the impact of your punch is what really matter.

Dear Jesus last words before he died was "It is finished".
Hope PDP can start saying this too before they go 6 ft below due to dismay, disappointment and despair because they' ll all be facing the divine and a greater authority for all the atrocious crimes they've committed against humanity..

Buhari's victory is impending. PDP, it is finished
Sai Buhari.
Some tribalists forming Christian has been harrasing me in my hood, I have to told them that this election is a liberation struggle not a religious war, i have been proven right.
God is not mocked, I had two different dreams before this election, one about Buhari, one about Goodluck.
I kept asking in my mind "what's my bussiness with all these people.
A week later, i was led to the book of job, 20:4-29.
By time I understand that that message, I knew that God is angry with what is happening in this country and he is about to bring down his battle axe.
None of the people who oppressed Nigerians shall excape Gods wrath. Let my people go says the Lord.

Politics › Re: Buhari Is Beating Jonathan In Imo, Kwara, Ondo, Oyo, Osun, Lagos by 7lives: 10:57am On Mar 29, 2015
GentleToks:
Having witnessed about 4 presidential election in the past years in Nigeria, I knew right from day one that Yorubas would not vote for Jonathan even if Jonathan was a Yoruba man; Yorubas won't vote for him.

Yoruba citizens are like citizens of western world who are well enlighten as to elect and vote out their performing or under performing/non-performing leaders

Obasanjo messed up in late 70s but got his report sheet in 1999 from his own people by not voting for him

Bankole (former speaker) has been relegated to a mere grassroot politician in south west as a result of his political failure

Bode George, if not cos of Jonathan, Bode George political career is done in South west

Obanikoro political career is subconsciously done too

And their remaining political prostitutes and thieves in South west

The Yoruba politicians that might go down politically after Jonathan tenure are; Fayose, Mimiko, Femi Fani Kayode, Kashamu etc

Agbaje would survive it.....
This what some misfit among us failed to. understand, old women are in the rain voting while the youths scavenged for jona dollars.
Now they are fighting among themselves this morning because of money.

Said Buhari! Our president elect!
If you see how old women stood in that rain while the young men play soccer, at the end of it all in my ward in oshodi, afariogun to be precise Apc won in two polling units while I'm still waiting to confirm others.
That election was tough and voting continues tomorrow.
Baba abeg when you get there, remember old people because it is not easy standing in the rain.

truth is any political party can try to implicate opposition parties by disguise just to tarnish their image and make them loose votes.. Its naija politricks for you.
Oh boy forget, that yesterday incident started on the street where my bussiness is located.
Some of these boys covered their face with mask like a theif shooting anyhow, about 40 of them, age bracket 14 to 30 and my question is why?.
And everybody knows who they are working for, the funny thing is they mistook the current situation for their usual man u, chealsea, arsenal nonsense.
They have destroyed the image of pdp around here o.
As at yesterday people are removing the political campaign souvenirs on them to mask their political identity with a solem vow that come Saturday, these hoodlums and their sponsors "must hear am".

In 1999, Oshodi was the capital of lawlessness, filth, and other vices. Tinubu reigned in on Oshodi by using MC Oluomo. I seriously doubt if PDP with Koro can usurp Oluomo just like that.

Awon bawo, those Omo oju irin who goes about breaking the windscreens of peoples vehicles during Christmas are the ones that were enlisted by pdp to turn the. neighbourhood upside down.
They think they can terrorize people and still expect people to vote them, they are gonners.

PDP said APC cloned the PVCs yet it's APC that's supporting a device that will separate a cloned card from the original. smh.
They know that the card reader will reject cloned cards and this is what they are banking on for their victory.

OPINION:

Currently now, i enjoy only 0.1% of public electricity. But every month end it will rise to 0.2% of electrical supply, due to Power company staff's selfish act to go round and get electricity bills.

When so many minor African countries are enjoying 95% of public electricity.

Nigeria still remains the Giant of Africa by speech and not by action.

MY QUESTION NOW IS: Should i continue to pay for public electricity? Cos its very painfull here!
This is exactly what is happening in my area at this very moment.
The luck I had is that I'm on a card meter, since Otuba Shubomi bough Nepa in southwest, its been tears and regrets as people now have to pay even if the light is not available for as much as two months.
If you feel aggrieved, don't pay and remember to vote out oppression and repression on Saturday.
Sai changi.
