You're very confused. There are different higher beings from Egypt that are against Yahweh and religion such as Ra, Atum. That doesn't make Atum the same as Ra.

The higher beings have hierarchies, and Thoth isn't in the same league as Atum.

According to the Otem's book, the gods in the same league are 8 who first arrived on Earth: Atum, Yahweh, Allah, Chimides, Euphradites, Chaleb, Murmoh, and Euchlydes.

Thoth isn't in the same league as Atum, and no good literature would tell you both are the same.

Just like there are different atheists on Nairaland all against religion, there are also different higher beings against religion. That doesn't make atheist A the same as atheist B.
