I agree with everything you said but the embolden and that is because AB is not just a WR for the edges, he can also play slot receiver which we have witnessed severally. He is a threat on so many angles in comparison to someone like Julio whom I respect a lot. Have you wondered why Julio does not have enough touchdowns when the play is at the red zone? Julio is more dangerous when the QB still has ground to cover in comparison to the end zone. Over the last 2 seasons, the biggest issue for the Falcons has been how to locate Julio in the red zone so they can increase his TD percentage. Since 2016, Matt Ryan has had 1 of 20 when he targets Julio in the red zone and that includes playoff games, that stat is not a fluke. Even Mo. Sanu had more endzone touchdowns than Julio.

I'm a Steelers fan my gee. There are countless games I've seen AB shutdown in single coverage never mind double.

It's tough to gauge how good or how bad Julio is in the red zone. Jones does not get anywhere as close to the number of targets a guy like Brown gets in the red zone.

Julio is not as skilled but is a tougher cover IMO. One QB just has a better ability to get his receiver the ball in the redzone than the other

Mere looking at this list and the number of Steelers receivers in the top 30 of red zone receiving and targets that should tell you one is playing with a QB that is better at getting the ball to his receivers in shorter fields

Deshaun just played a full season this year. Hopkins has been dealing with rubbish QB's his first 4 years in the league before Watson (who's hardly elite btw). Osweiler, Keenum and other QB's so bad I can't remember them.

I didn't say Julio is better than Antonio I only said Julio Jones is a tougher receiver to cover than AB. Brown is a lot more consistent, a better route runner (which is 70% of what makes a good receiver) and overall the better receiver

The blame lies more on the defense than Ben. The previous year we lost to them at home after that Jesse James TOUCHDOWN that was wrongfully canceled Antonio was pocketed by Stephon Gilmore.
