E dey and we they agree say e they
So wonder why we no they agree say e they UAE..
I tire for them oooo... I simply stated my opinion and what my eyes saw when I was there.

If e no hard. Abeg help me ask them if anyone of them can afford to take a visitor if they have anyone from naija.

They simply want their family back home think they are living in a safe haven in there. Y not say the truth and let people know what is out there. GCC is the only place on earth where you have a resident permit and u don't have a life.

Can u imagine, you can't even open a bank account on your own unless ur salary is 4k and above which am sure 98% of folks here don't even earn anything near that. I dey collect 3400, walahi bank no gree open acct for me

Illegal immigrants sef in other part of d world like US operate a bank account galantly, rent confirm flats and sleep on king size beds with no papers cheesy cheesy

I tell you 90% of naija in dubai no b teko but only 1% can boast that they like d life they are living.. na lie? Not even Aunty Halimacurves grin

I will boldly go to Aso Rock and stand in front of press to say Naija is bad, dem no born an Emirati well make he just say dubai is bad for inside dubai mall not to talk of u ORDINARY YOU!!!!

Oro po ninu iwe kobo...... If i dont say the truth, who will? Abeg make I keep the rest grin

Do not bother about such comments.
Some people just want to copy every word said in someone else's interview.
It is no problem if people want to keep information private.
Abeg trash that thought of yours.

Have been following this thread for the past few days, I read all part 8 and 9.you guys are doing extremely good.
May God continue to bless you all.
Please I finished my OND from a federal poly in Nigeria And I was admitted to a community college in new York for my associate degree of 2yrs program. But I haven't read any correspond level as mine on this thread ,plz what is my chances. I have bus admin in OND n I'm going for bus admin n management, general studies in my associate degree. Help me please. Thanks in anticipation. One love
Bro going for Associate degree is like going for another OND in d same course. The best thing you can do is to look for a university that can accept you as a transfer student and send in your OND transcript to them.

It's so sad that we had to repeat saying the same thing over and over again to some annoying selfish individuals.

Pls tell us what difference does it make if you can tell us your personal stuffs like who is sponsoring you and why he's sponsoring and some little intimate details about you, my brother/sister why can't you now tell us something that is not as intimate as that?

Pls is the school or course you are going for your family secret business that no one should know about?

I ponder over this issue everytime it comes up and some fish head individuals will come up with some hate statement saying someone is hating? Abeg what's d hate here when you yourself initiated the negativity towards yourself?

I have been on this thread since the beginning of part 3 and if everyone has been doing this am sure we won't even make it to part 5. All you " sare wa gba " that we won't even see here again once u enter yankee cannot just do one thing that others can appreciate when u are no more here. Shioooor for u. Dumb Ass Nigg*s

In as much as i changed plans and opted to go to the UK since my Undergraduate GPA didnt favour me, i still love everything about this thread, cos one day, after my Masters in the UK i will still come here and testify of visa approval to the US.
Please guys, i still need some info from you guys. I believe it will be of help to others too. Will appreciate answers to the following:
1. Please now that most banks have started withdrawing the use of debit cards for International transactions, whats the alternative if one travels out and how best can one access his or her maintenance fee? How then can one have access to the money in his or her Naija bank account?
2. Please i might be a novice but it won't be a bad idea if i asked this. Please can someone please explain what domiciliary account is. Whats the use of it to a student travelling to the UK for studies. I will admit that i don't know what it is.
Thanks.
Q1. To be able to access the funds in your account, open a dorm acct and sign up for online banking, that way u can easily transfer money from your normal acct to your dorm acct or money can be paid directly into your dorm acct by anyone.

Q2. A domiciliary acct is an acct that is denominated with a foreign currency. A Nigerian dorm acct can be denominated either by $, £, or €. So in your case as regards UK, u will need a £ dorm acct. The dorm acct allows unlimited withdrawal from anywhere in d world. There might be charges though, depends on your bank.

As a student your funds from home can be made into this acct and the rate will be the CBN rate. Also you can transfer into this acct from an international bank acct and vise versa.

Hope this helps.

But i have been denied before last year, won't they see it as desperation?
Applying as an undergraduate would make it worse. Once you can explain to them why you choose to go to sch this time and you are convincing enough, you should be fine.

Hello house, please i need your advice.

I am a graduate of Industrial Chemistry. Twice last year i visited US embassy for visit visa, but was denied.
Now i want to go for study after my service.
I am contemplating if to go for a fresh undergraduate program in Chemical Engineering (which is closely related to my previous field) or go for a masters program in Chemistry.

Pls advice me! Thanks

Masters would be the best for you bro. Just take all the necessary test and throw in as many applications as u can.

Good Morning Mr. Gunthers6,
Hope you having a nice day. I hardly comment on matters that do not concern me. Lets cut the dude in question some slack. Some people's interview might be short (Like my wife's) while others might have a relatively long interview. Please, lets stop tackling people with short interviews. For me, I do not like reading fluff e.g. How I enter bus from cele, tyre come burst, How them dey deny people wey dey my queue, I come change lane, come run go toilet make the VO no for interview me, come dey for toilet dey pray for God to intervene. USA interviews are pretty straight forward and I feel the transcripts should be concise.

I mean no disrespect to you or anyone on this platform. Your transcripts really helped me.
Thanks guys.
I guess no one is interested in those fluffs either... All we care about is the details of your interview. What piss people off is when u start hiding details like name of your school, course, answers to some questions that might be useful to someone else.

If everyone one hid those details, the transcripts will be as good as reading a phrase in an English class that says "visa approved."

in slimmy's voice if your. F1 visa journey is not an "escape route" why do you need sessions of other people to "scale" through? is your condition(s) ( course of study, discipline, work experience, money in bank, purpose) same as theirs?
Sorry if am harsh..... but this is Pointless! and Baseless!

Learning from people's experience does not mean you must have the same story as theirs. In your voice "use your head" cheesy wink

I have said it before it is TOTALLY INAPPROPRIATE to have interview sessions posted online. as bad as it is people like you want applicants to write a book detailing their session even when the session no reach 1 paragraph.

Congratulate the boy and stop worrying about the fat size of his interview session abi you are putting it microwave to warm and eat ni?
Boss, detailed transcripts has helped alot of people here on this thread and nobody's visa has been revoked because they posted their transcripts online.

The tradition is just a way of giving back to where u took from. No matter how large your transcript may be, it can never be more than what you have gained from this thread

Pls do you have an idea why
There is no particular reason why.... its all depends on your ability as an applicant to be able to convince the VO that your intentions are real, that u r not trying to escape the (good) Nigeria condition grin

And the Grace of God might b a factor to consider too.

You are your own best adviser and google.com is your best friend. Devout time to go through schools in states that interest you and check their requirements and fees one after the other. That way you will figure which one is best for you.

Then when u get confused after doing that, you can come back and ask specific questions for people to help you out.
