In my own opinion, Tinubu won the election because none of the other candidates claimed they won or presented evidence of their vote swapped.

The only issue I see is if he's qualified to contest or not... If he was not qualified, he should be disqualified and declared the first runner-up as the winner, but both of them did not also meet up the constitution-required vote of 25% in 24 states, so the best is to have a reelection.
