You only believe that you are not good at Maths. You are the one restricting yourself.

Instead of wallowing in your inability to do maths. Take a Maths textbook, seek for a teacher, go the extra length to know maths..

Genius is simply just inflamed enthusiasm.

Yes, sorry for not mentioning that earlier. I can be a shitty teacher....
But here's a tip for you incase you can't be downloading fresh project everytime. Once you've downloaded a project the first time, duplicate the folder so you can reuse it when you like
You are doing pretty okay.

Noted.

Now the beauty of Laravel is you don't have to out it in the root folder of your local server. Hell, Apache doesn't even have to be on. Just goto the folder where you want your laravel project. Open your command prompt and navigate to that folder.

Now type: 'Laravel new site'

Where 'site' is the name of the project.

Laravel begins to download all the project files for you...

After the download is done, navigate into the site folder with cmd by typing: 'CD site'

Now type: php artisan serve

You'll get a message saying: server started locally at http:// localhost:8000

So you can open you browser now at type the address you see. Congratulations, you just installed Laravel.

Chaiiiiii too much story and English. Abeg let me sleep. We'll continue tomorrow. Please drop your comments.
Do you need Internet connection for all these installations and download?
Career › Re: Which Skill Would You Advice I Learn? by abdeiz(m): 8:45am On Jan 08, 2019
We have tangible and intangible skills.

Choose one you have passion for and one that you wont quit when it gets tough and not giving you money as expected.

And most importantly look around both online and offline to see which needs aren't fulfilled and which skills can satisfy those needs.

Then go about gathering resources, knowledge and network.

Hope I'm clear enough?

Choose a skill that has demand oo

The Efcc is supposed to get on with it now.
Find out the address of the scammer via BVN
Freez all his accounts and lay a nation wide manhunt
and after that some of these elements who are sooooo mean and oblivious of the power of Karma for pecuniary gains will begin to learn lessons.
EFCC even if nothing else these are proofs.
Nationwide hunt because of one scammer??

I feel your concern too bro...here we are hustling really hard to make a living online but these asshats come and keep ruining our reputation. Our image outside as a Nigerian freelancer is nothing to write home about.

Webmasters › Re: Website Designing Trends You Should Not Ignore In 2019 by abdeiz(m): 4:15pm On Jan 04, 2019
akeentech:
Year 2018 has definitely been an amazing year for web design. There have been a lot of advancements in terms of technology that helped business owners establish connection with new users. Web designers got new exciting opportunities to push boundaries and give a stronger focus on documentation.

“With a number of developments taking place in the field of web design, it’s crucial to slow down and take a look at web designing trends that will continue to thrive and the new ones to join in 2019”.

Here’s a list of some of the more prominent things and web designing trends to expect in field of web design for the year 2019:

#1. Flat Design

This is a minimalist design approach featuring usage of very clean open space. It also incorporates bright colors and 2D illustrations. This is another trend which has grown to emerge as standard for web design. Year 2019 will be seen as the rise of flat design attributed to the need for faster-loading websites that help users experience enjoyable browsing on mobile as well as desktop.

#2. Animated GIFs

The trend has emerged to capture attention of users. GIFs will help users convey complex ideas in a very short span of time. This is also quite engaging and enjoyable. These work on most browsers and mobile devices.

#3. White Space

Present age websites have been integrated with simpler layouts with huge amounts of white space. White space (negative space) is empty space on a web page. You may consider it as breathing room around page elements. When you use white space to disperse different sections on your pages, it helps boost readability and facilitates users to digest crucial information.

#4. Broken Grid & Asymmetrical Layouts

During the last few years, web design is paying a lot of attention to designing within a fixed grid. This grid system allows designers to maintain alignment and consistency through a design. It also facilitates developers to bring a design to life. This also helps designers get more creative freedom with their work. They can create a new revolutionary level of hierarchy on any page they wish to. This is very helpful in guiding eyes of a user down a page and helps them get to actionable parts of website. It ensures fascinating and exclusive designs.

#5. Organic Shapes

A shape that’s uneven and irregular is organic. It is a perfect way of referring to something imperfect. These look more human and hand-drawn. Their unusual appearance can easily grab attention of user. You can also expect these shapes to add a personable touch to your website. Combination of image/illustration and organic shapes can add an amazing level of depth to a website. This is important for breaking monotony of squares and circles used commonly seen in design.

#6. Website Accessibility

There’s no way you can ignore this one in 2019. For those new to accessibility, the movement is for individuals with disabilities. It is all about proper designing and coding of website to help people with disabilities use them. Most websites have accessibility barriers that make it very tough for disabled individuals to use. With WCAG 2.0 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) becoming more compulsory, it will be immensely crucial to ensure the website is at par with accessibility rules.

So here are the latest web designing trends that you need to watch out for in the year 2019. Keeping up with the trend will help you offer the best to the clients. Professional website designers will consider these web designing trends as huge for the approaching year.

It stems in our value system right from a young age, instead of having values like honesty, kindness, altruism and the likes we have bad values like material success, pride, I better pass you mentality. It's messed up. And as predicted this post would be skipped by as people don't wanna be uncomfortable hearing the truth.
Romance › Share Your Toxic Relationship Experience by abdeiz(op): 8:47am On Jan 03, 2019
This morning I woke up to the news that Ireland had passed a law to prosecute those found guilty of psychological abuse in relationships. If you were found to be in breach of trust to your partner, verbally and emotionally abused them. You'd go to jail.

This kept me thinking. .wow if we had such a law here our whole budget would be dedicated to building prisons because almost all of us here have either perpetrated or suffered from a toxic relationship.

Share your experiences and advice for others to learn.

Yes black panther was overrated. ...the riot fight in Venom was figurative even though it was actually darker than normal even in the cinemas.
