I'm atheist but I have no problem voting for a theist whose ideas and philosophy closely match my own. No candidate, even an atheist, is going to be 100% of what I want. And there's no guarantee that he or she won't be corrupt. Being able to vote for an atheist would be nice but I wouldn't like to box myself into voting for that candidate.

Religion is not a factor in the behaviours of men............i av met both good and bad people from all d various religions and also good and bad atheist.............its so painfull that we chose our presidents based on ethnicity and religion rather than intelligence, academic qualifaction and track record of past service to Nigeria........I av a dream that one day Nigerians would come together and select a leader not based on is origins or beliefs but rather on what he has done and what he can do for the country

my friend why cant u be realistic for once? If u ask me i think is by removing that prefix UN and this can be done by tackling elementary economic problem of resource allocation,distribution and production ie what to produce,for whom and how to produce. if u want to know more vote for me next year and u will see how in action
