I am currently supervising a structural frame work of a dressing room/ vip stands of a polo ground in abuja.

description of job
plan geometry: a rectaangula plan with dimeenssion of 12 x 30m.

with column height of 4.5m from ground level to first floor, 3.15m from first floor to second floor and 3m from second floor to roof level.
the column dimension is 230x 300mm with column reinforcement of 6Y12

the structural layout is arranged in a such a way that the slab span one way across the 15m span. along the 12m span, columns are spaced 5m c/c and spaced 3.5m c/c along the 30m span.

The beam are of 450x230mm with bottom and top reinforcement( at support) 3Y12.

Slab thickness of 175mm (7" with reinforcement of Y12 spaced at 250mm c/c bottom and top (at support ).
