Karanka: When she and Ja rule were hot they never considered Nigeria in their plans, but now they're almost irrelevant in the industry they want to come now and present old skull stuff to Nigerians; probably to revive their almost dead career.
early 2000, Nigeria was a more messy country than now. no serious singer will consider coming to a country with only 500k telephone lines and less than 20k people with access to internet.

These singers.are coming to Nigeria because we have seriously improved

Ediskcab: YES. We have even descended far beyond this due to bad leadership nd worse followers.

India, Malaysia, the UK nd the USA, even neighbours like Cameroon nd Ghana treat us in like manner. Definitely something is wrong with us as a nation.

From drug trafficking to money laundering, Internet scam to ritual killings, religious and ethnic bigotry to bad governance. The list goes on. All these in a country where th number of religious houses are more than schools.

The average Nigerian can't even maintain a simple queue either in traffic, @ d bank or shopping mall. Little wonder we can't come together to demand for gud Governance, accountability nd transparency.

Shiooooooooor!!!
I like this comment so much....
what do you make of people that failed to put theirs destinity into their hands.

Nigerians are second class even here in aour country to any browner or lighter skin people. our people are paid peanut in construction company owns and run by german, labanese, Egyptians, Indians and chinese. if you want to be respected you need to demand for respect.

our ability to look too desperate and our lack of self esteem is our greatest problem

Foreign AffairsRe: India Successfully Goes To Mars With Just $74m. by abdulwastecx(m): 9:41pm On Sep 28, 2014
plaetton: My point , as always, is that if your so-called understanding of the things of the spirit of god cannot ever help put food on the table, help grow crops, help find the cure for diseases, help send us to mars, etc, then such understanding is completely useless to everyone here in Terra firma, except perhaps, morons and imbeciles.
I ask thesame question bro.

why cant the so called book of God solve Nigeria power problem, lift people out poverty, help to developed technology etc.

thesame book will talk about wht will happen we die or sme virgin stuff in paradise
Foreign AffairsRe: India Successfully Goes To Mars With Just $74m. by abdulwastecx(m): 9:38pm On Sep 28, 2014
plaetton: This past week, there was triumph and jubilation in India as the people of India proudly showcased their Can-do attitude when their Mars mission craft successfully took orbit on Mars, earth's neighboring planetary body.

India has not only proved that education, scientific education specifically, is an equalizer, but that determination and financial frugality is not a myth in developing economies.

I have sounded the alarm, that their is a quite but very frantic space race happening at this very moment.
Aside from the well-known missions of the US and Russia, Britian and the EU have recently joined the fray with their own Mars missions.
For anyone paying attention, China just landed a craft on the moon not too long ago. Japan already has a Mars mission as well as elaborate plans for future space missions.
Brazil, and even Iran have also gone far in their space programs and missions.

From both an economic and military point of view, whoever controls or dominates space will inevitatbly dominate and control the Earth.
So for the future, the presence and dominance of space will, just like in the colonial era, determine who is going to master and who is going to be slave.

It is for this reason that any nation worth it's salt does not want to be left behind.

It is worthy to note that the US congress and senate recently passed a bill authorizing private corporations to claim as property any resources (or technology?) that the corporation discover in space.
So, the scramble for the infinite resources ( and technological artifacts wink?) of space has begun in earnest.

I reiterate this again will all seriousness:
Africans hoping and waiting to be raptured should beware, otherwise, they may just find themselves on the dark side of the moon digging for precious metals , as space slaves. sad

I do not think that fundamental human rights extends beyond our planet.
my bes pas are in the political sections....these guys have the right mindset

USA with a gdp of 17trillion dollars compare to Russian gdp of 2btrillion.

USA with a population of 325million compare to Russian of 129million

America has more military hardware than Russia. ..it will be a straight forward victory for USA

IGBOSON1: ^^^Nigerias problem is much more than who you vote for!......If they tell you now to allow MERIT to take the place of federal-character and quota-system, will you agree? If they say all states/regions should be in control of their resources, economy and destiny to engender robust competition among the federating units, will you agree?

Our primary problem is that Nigeria is built and sustained on faulty foundations, and not being able to elect the right leaders (for whatever reason) is a symptom rather than the cause of our problem/s!

Fulaman198: First and foremost, you said Africa is a jungle....Whether you meant that as a figure of speech or you just said it out of pure naivety I don't know. If you knew the history of Africa and its vast and rich civilizations you wouldn't be talking with such a warped mindset. That's why I think it's important for people to be educated.
Nothing is rich about a continent with only 1 billion people, more than 75% of world resource... yet the poorest couninent. Afric os one hell

to live
