lindasweden: They gave you visa requirements according to what is obtainable in their own country. The credit card thing is not too popular in Nigeria for some reasons. My own brother got an offer of admission today (2nd June) from the University of Opole with instructions on how to pay his tuition fee. I paid his first-semester tuition fees today from Sweden because I live in Sweden. So right now we are waiting for the school to receive the payment first and send him a proper admission letter which he will use to proceed with the legalization of documents/visa application process. I listened to a YouTuber who is currently studying in Poland and she did the same thing (printing of bank statement instead of credit card thing). In the case of my brother, he is self-employed as a transporter (private taxi driver) who is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). So he will be applying as a self-sponsored even though I will help him by depositing the required money into his bank account.
Pls is it Bachelors or Masters Degree admission offer? Just to clear doubts |

Grupo: I have many people that work as bank tellers. So I'll give you advice and you decide on what you want.
End of discussion
One, being a bank teller is one of the most insecure jobs in Nigeria. Also, it has no career growth. You will earn the same amount for many years. especially if you are a contract staff.
There is high pressure on you. There is your supervisor behind you hurling orders and there is the customer before you shouting that you are wasting their time.
And if you dare make a mistake and over pay someone as a result of the pressure, you will pay back the bank with your own money.
If you make a mistake in a day and over pay someone by 50k, it means your salary for that month is already 20k.
You will work from 7 am to 7pm everyday. And you may need to work on weekends. Although banks pay extra for those weekend hours.
You could be sacked anytime. Especially if the bank feels you are no longer strong enough to bear the pressure.
They will sack you and employ a new batch of OND holders that are still very young, agile and strong.
On the positive side, if you are nice to customers, they may leave you tips after transactions. Although banks frown at this.
As for Uber driving, I don't know.
The money there is not as it used to be in the early days. But you may make more than the bank teller if you are driving your own car.
But you will need to put up with the annoying attitude of silly and rude girls who think they own you by simply riding in your car. |

Odewaleadesoye: There are many things people don't understand about living in abroad. People think life is rosy over there. No, it's not. Let me tell you some few things with my little knowledge of stay at Dublin, Ireland.
1. You won't be able to attend the same school with the oyinbos.
2. Your credit score will always drop sha.
3. Government will give you a special apartment meant for the black and this will reduce your credit score.
4. You can't buy things even if you're extremely rich.. You must build your credit score.
5. I guess you can't withstand the abscond and bullying. They will torment your life as hell. Nigeria government can't help out on this issue. It has been like that and it will always be.
6. The place is damn quite.
7. Here in Nigeria, you can piss anywhere but try that in Dublin, you're a gonna.
My fellow Nigerians, honestly, you can make wave and ways in this country with the little that you have. Don't stress yourself absconding to abroad.
I'm talking from experience.
Well, to George Nkencho, may his soul rest in peace. God will comfort his family.
Let me also use this opportunity to wish everyone here happy new year.
2021 is going to be our year of divine breakthrough and unlimted blessings. We shall recover all things we lost in many folds.
ODEWALE ADESOYE We're more prone to death, diseases and deprivations here. Grace we pray |

For the first time I saw myself in a hospital , after several diagnosis, it called for a surgery. chest tube surgery. After every preparation and payments, it took off. My disappointing moments was walking to the theatre room on my own all the way from the wardroom as far as, afterwards no means of conveying my weak body back to the wardroom again. I waited for over 1hr before a group of IT students came with Wheelchair, you need to see how I carried my chest tube container and the hose wte. SMH. We fell down twice before reaching the wardroom. The same wardroom without windows and doors. I slept there more than two weeks. A parapneumonic patient for that matter!. A federal medical center for that matter!. Na God dey save us in this country. #ONGOD |

dahonestboss: treeofhelp
the upcoming application period is 2012/2013. Some schools are already charging tuition fee to some courses from 2010-2012 as suggested by the Finnish Ministry of education on a trial basis in making decision of implementing tuition fees for non EU/EEA citizens.
http://www.uwasa.fi/midcom-serveattachmentguid-513343f6b29b00a406ba601704431f96/CIMO_Tuition%20fees_structural%20change.pdf
Tuition fee might be implemented soon from 2014 at earliest, so its advisable to apply early
etochi1 I want to run Bsc in any biological sciences by next year 2021. How do I go about it? Thanks
Only tuition fee is free, you have to finance your living expenses, and you need to show a minimum of 6000 euros per year when applying or renewing your residence permit, but it you have a job in Finland that earn you at least 500 euros per month, it can be use as a substitute. |
