On this our beautiful airport.

Everybody will openeyes to know the company that will be awared various contract.

Also, the kind of people Federal Gov send to work there.

We want to make sure Ndiigbo get their fair share of representation.

The airport should not be turned to an extension of Kano international airport or Lagos international airport or even Abuja inetrnational airport were Fulani and Yoruba control everything.

We need to start now to secure our future and children future.

anyi ga mepe anya, oo
That airport is not the design for the Anambra airport. For one Anambra will not attract over 30 million passengers per year. That airport looks like it has the capacity to handle over 50 million passengers. There is nothing happening in Anambra that will attract that many people. And I know for a fact that render was not made for the Anambra international airport.

Anambra and Akwa ibom are the only two state in Nigeria that have governors that are working in succession

The rest are just there

And before anybody shouts Lagos
Tell me what Lagos governors have done in that state since the capital was moved from Lagos
Na maintenance them dey do for Lagos

As big as Lekki there is no general hospital
Really? So Lagos light rail, Lekki free trade zone, egbin power station, attracting investors for ilubirin, dangote refinery, Lekki port and alaro city. If you wanted these your governors would have attracted them to the state I agree with you on akwa ibom but Anambra governor is not doing well in my opinion.

Within 3 to 6 months, the Coronavirus delayed the earlier completion. It for smaller aircrafts only
The picture you showed of parallel runways does it hold small aircrafts, the render you showed is an airport larger than the ones in Abuja and Lagos. Which both have only one runway, to have two runways looking like that it should hold 50 million passengers per year, and we both know no where in Nigeria has that much demand.

Very very sad development a Nigerian soldier was shot by his other soldiers because he killed too many boko Haram members and the Muslim soldiers say boko Haram is their brothers and shot him

I WAS SHOT ON PURPOSE BY MY COLLEAGUE BECAUSE I'M A SNIPER I KILLED MANY BOKO HARAM - Ex NIGERIA SOLDIER.

"I'm an ex soldier, we were fighting Boko haram, I'm a left handed person, my parents thought I was dead, I was fighting, one of our soldiers shot me on my waist, they spoke in hausa meaning that I killed Boko haram too much, they shot a woman and her daughter, i was trying to save her second child, i was running, they shot me."

"I was barely breathing, it took the grace of God for me to survive, when asked by Sandra the host whether he was shot on purpose, he replied that he was shot on purpose. I don't miss my target as a sniper, i'm one of the best snipers, I resigned because I don't want to serve the country again, I resigned, I have evidence, if they shoot you you will die and they will gain. Nigeria army needs to be investigated."

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0qd2ocsolJg
And why should we trust him. It’s a very nice story, and if it’s true then it is very sad, but he has provided no evidence whatsoever. And if the person intended to kill him they would have shot him more then just once. I personally suspect that either he wasn’t working well, he got into a fight with another soldier who shot him so he made up that story, or he was killing a lot of Boko Haram fighters but one of them infiltrated the military frontlines, in disguise and tried to kill him. Your seriously gullible

Nigeria’s gold industry is coming to life. According to the president ti can create 250 000 jobs and create over 1 billion dollars in profit per year, and Nigeria’s foreign reserve will now be in gold, and not petro dollars. By 2022 the president wants to revive the steel and textiles industry and by 2023 the paper mills will be revived as well, we are gradually bringing back industries that died in the past. Nigeria will be in a much better place by 2023.

Where are the lies?
Oh! You agree to the AKK project but claim it's gas that's being piped. Isn't this gas from crude oil?

Aside the gas piping, how many northerners own oil blocks?
Who own more of the oil blocks in Nigeria?
Where are the MD's and GMD of our indigenous oil companies and subsidiaries from?

Check facts before coming here to say what you don't know.

By the way, your moniker makes it clear where you're coming from....
I'm not surprised.
Gas doesn’t come from crude oil you imbecilic idiotic donkey, natural gas is a completely different product from crude oil, you would know this if you prioritized education over tribalism and your stupid understanding of history.

Our cities will start to look like Singapore. Nigeria doesn’t have enough land to handle billions of people. All buildings in major cities will have to at least 150m and they will need their own solar panels, so we’re not having high carbon production, all streets need hundreds of trees. Nigeria needs a lot of help. But hopefully this estimate is wrong.

Are they still going to build this?
Most likely, by 2024 construction of Eko Atlantic and centenary city should be progressing very quickly, with the completion of akk gas pipeline, ajaokuta, constant electricity, railways connecting major cities to ports, textile factories. Thousands of private companies will be attracted to Nigeria. That is likely when centenary city’s Africa tower will be built.

Nairobi Metropolitan Services (NMS) has established a new urban planning technical committee to handle building plan approvals.

The county has been without the committee after NMS director-general Mohammed Badi disbanded both City Hall’s pre-technical committee and the urban planning technical committee in May to pave the way for a single team.

The two committees were responsible for consideration and approval of development plans. However, they were accused of being run by cartels and engaging in corruption resulting in delays in the approvals.
In a public notice yesterday, Major General Badi said the new multi-sectoral urban planning committee would handle all planning approvals while the director-general’s office would deal with the planning tasks.

This means that all property development applications will be submitted to the office for consideration.
“For the avoidance of any doubt, all planning/development complaints, applications or hoarding, occupation, renovation permits and hard copy prints of approved drawings are to be submitted to the second floor, amphitheatre wing of Kenyatta International Convention Centre.

All the stalled buldings in Nairobi were visited and the developers/ investors were all brought for Questioning.
With that case. The first approved bulding which will be the tallest in sub Sahara is currently on course.
It will be the tallest bulding in Kenya surpassing the pinnacle.
Egypt will be the home for the tallest bulding in africa.
The building will be located in upperhill around KCB tower
It will be 350m with 73 floors.
Name of the tower is Kingdom city
Wet dreams this is the same thing you said about the pinnacle. And in any case, Africa tower is going to be built in centenary city and it will be 375m tall, when centenary city is finished not even konza will be able to compare.

True, the itakpe-Warri line will be making a lot of money, the iron ore is collected at itakpe, than taking to ajaokuta where it will be a de into steel, then it is either taken to Warri port for export or to Abuja and Kano to be further refined or manufactured by local companies. A similar steel plant is being built in kaduna, so in a few years Nigeria will become a massive exporter of steel in Africa same goes for textiles.

Forget Lagos elevation tower..I don't think it is feasible yet.....what I think is more feasible is the Newly Approved Eko Eye condo(55 flrs) at Lagos island CBD.....
I think sanwo olu and the Lagos state govt has strong backing the on that one..
True that one will be 200m and something in height, I think the government is trying to regenerate parts of Lagos island, for when the rail line is finished to attract more investments and tourists.

Lagos sky Tower is just 26 floor and it's about the same height with audacity tower(28 flrs)....both have been approved.
I am seriously rooting for corporate tower an le 'Reve tower..those two are 38flrs and 40 flrs respectively and their design is quite impressive...

I remember chagoury talking about Eko mall on a radio interview earlier this year...
Btw where did you get that information about amni tower flrs and height...
I counted up the floors, than created an estimate for each floor height in meters than timed it by the number of floors, and Eko mall is going to be one of the largest malls in Africa, larger than anything kenya has it will only be smaller than I think the mall of Africa and fourways mall.

This is how Nigeria will become developed. By refining raw materials and exporting them. Rather than exporting raw cotton and buying back a product made from it at five times the original value.

AMNI towers in Eko Atlantic has finally been approved it has 44 floors and a height of about 173m which would make it the new tallest building in Nigeria, I stand to be corrected with the height. Other projects awaiting approval are Lagos sky tower, le reve tower, Eko mall, Eko corporate tower, Lagos iconic tower and Lagos elevation tower. At least three of those projects are taller than AMNI towers.

If the gas is going to europe, and countries like Spain and France are benefiting from it they will make sure that their source of gas is not damaged, do you not understand that. Why do you think oil in Syria is still working. America is protecting the oil, because it benefits them greatly, and they have signed a contract with Siemens which will allow for more electricity to be on the national grid. It includes expanding the national grid to 25 000MW by 2023, which is when the akk gas pipeline and the electricity power plants will be finished, so ultimately they have planned it out.

The marina in Eko Atlantic is beautiful and when completed will be the major tourism drive in Eko Atlantic City. Nigeria also has the centenary city development but I don't know how far they have gone with that. But do you think Egypt government has the ability to put it off successfully considering the amount of money involved. At least Eko Atlantic City is privately funded but considering Egypt GDP and economic growth I think it will be hard to pull off successfully
I personally think new Cairo is the best, it costs 60 billion dollars. It will have the tallest building in Africa. Largest church, largest mosque, and it will also have a luxury residential area you can search it up yourself and make your opinion.
