Nnewi axis rates higher in my estimation than Awka.......! Nothing significant has been done there in over 20 years! Yet that is where old and new money is domiciled in Anambra! I wonder why ? really!!

Owerri,Abakiliki,Anambra and the proposed Abia airport are state projects!

The 2 existing gas pipelines in the whole southeast ......all in Abia state were not built by the federal government! one was built by mbakwe led imo sate government and the one built by Geometric power owmen by prof Barth nnaji! Onitsha Metro has to include Asaba. I mean it's literally right next to each other. I would say it's from Asaba to Owerri.

Similar to how Lagos metro which is the largest in Nigeria includes Agbara, Ikeja and the island.

you are correct!....................Onitsha downtown to owerri central is about 90km..............that is not the longest commute, in fact in the US that is a modest commute of about 45 minutes! no wonder the largest multiplex cinema in Nigeria is coming up in Nnewi ! According to the promoters of the cinema,they are targeting all the tertiary institutions around nnewi numbering about 10 universities but if you include colleges in asaba,onitsha,awka and owerri you are talking close to 50 universities..........................That axis will experience boom with good governance!
