BannedUser: Two Yoruba people fu**ed themselves and you are taking panadol for their headache. You don't know it but something is really wrong with you.
you guys razz abeg! your promiscuous sub culture is off the charts! do not bring your dysfuntionality to us in Biafra....how God joined us with you guys still baffles me! very different people and values! Shameless!
It’s never too late for the developers to develop their barren land.
It is never too late for you to learn to say NO so that the types of mc Oluomo can stop "shining your congo" every nite......crawl outta here, wetin concern you here...female riffraff !
I just knew it was a matter of time before investigative Nigerians dug out the identity of the man in actress Moyo Lawal's infamous sex video.
The general consensus of those who watched the trending and scandalous video is that the man in question was very dull and uninspiring in the act, in contrast to those of her industry colleagues who had their legs spread out from Kafanchan to Timbuktu (not that some of us care. Radarada).
I knew it will not pass the normal youba muslim owomida.........a former road union chieftain like mc oluomo forming sophisticated! Look at his agbero facial features............as razz as hell! moyo no get class at all!
ChiefJusticeFuc: Actually , Ibo women and girls were in high demand during the war.
As much as Nigerian troops were itching to kill 0koros, they still had to get their dik wet.
This is why women and children are off the table in war.
The three Ls of Liquor , Loot and Lust are a soldier's only reward.
So also ,as a conquered and subjugated people that you are , Nigerian men will always have first right to your women.
Such is life.
You captured our women in your dreams.........while Ndigbo captured Lagos in your worst nightmares.........face reality Oga........Igbo di too much for you guys! you wan try? no call UK and fulani to help you oo!
when they return what you do, constantly, you become motivational wailers...
spits...
Truth is Tinubu will need NOI sooner than later...........The fulanis used brooms to sweep all our money from CBN........especially forex! Tinubu should go and lie down for obasanjo,so that he can tell NOI to advise on the way forward!
na person wey no sabi Lagos................we know where all the bodies are mass buried in lagos nah! see what oshodi interchange bus terminal has turned into after 5 years! I pray that sanwaolu does better! God has already blessed Ndigbo wella we do not need your validation! we eat from all your plates...live with it!
Na so e go continue until una come back to una senses and stop allowing loss of election give you mental breakdown. mental breakdown as a result of election loss only happen to those who are new to voting which almost 90% Obidients were in 2023....and that why they lost because they think they can come and bamboozle everybody and in 6 months Obi will be president. If they still go about it this same way in future elections....they will still fail.
Elections is not about emotions and social media noise .... election is real hard work and not for the weak like Obi who even though claims to be youth couldn't even go round the whole country while shaky shaky daddy went to every nook and cranny of the country campaigning which paid of with a win.
Hardwork of rigging and glitches..........when soldiers pack ebola outta aso rock, you will act all surprised, meanwhile na una dey invite dem so!!
Peterobiisathie: even Hausa Fulani they use to call cow can never reason like this
Is that how fulani men call you too into the oza room? seems to me you routinely forget your brain in d oza room after your nocturnal dalliances!!! no provoke me dis nite!
Malroux: Tales by moonlight. This one is continuing from where El midget stopped.
Xtians in Nigeria are completely naive, blinded and seduced with their prosperity gospel, they have forgotten that God sanctions self defense in the bible............middle belt xtians have stridently refused hook up with IPOB to teach dem how to do proper self defense! well ! that is dia cup of tea!
abuzz33: Malls are not going anywhere. They are modern marketplaces. What has happened in America is online shopping has cut into the novelty of physical shopping. But online shopping lacks the fundamental social experience, the human thirst to physically explore, discover, interact.
For Anambra we need to realize that a major strength we have is our markets and trading acumen. There is nothing you cannot find to buy in Anambra. There are lots of specialized markets in and around Onitsha. Those markets are the cornerstone of the Anambra economy bringing in millions of shoppers from around Nigeria but the state government only remembers them at tax time.
The state needs to go back to the drawing board on its policy on markets. They need to be cleaned up, fixed up with services and made presentable and attractive beyond a place to buy goods. They need to be planned and have zoning for proper parking, truck loading bays, warehouses, waste disposal, water, toilet, security conveniences. Their shops need to be put online and drive trustworthy e-commerce. Basically bring them into the 21st century.
The state talked PPP and diaspora bonds. To me, markets are the low hanging fruit with assured returns. Markets generate money every day. Anambra markets brought to standard can compete with Lagos because Lagos itself is a distribution point. 70% of goods bought in Lagos markets are trucked elsewhere.
The issue for Anambra is how to compete. Lagos has two major advantages over everywhere else. One is volume and the second is proximity to it's sea port.
Onitsha or any other place that wants to compete with Lagos has to compete on all the cost factors of Lagos. Lagos has higher land costs, is a lot harder for trucks to move in and out, and for a visitor is expensive to visit and lodge. The fact that the cost of shipping a container from China to Lagos is cheaper than trucking it out of the port should be instructive to ANSG. If you want Onitsha markets to explode as an alternative to Lagos, you have to make its markets EASY AND CHEAP to access.
Number one is to ensure efficient trucking with massive development of trailer parks. Second is to ensure lots of low cost warehousing. Third is to tap into nearby underutilized ports like Warri and explore linking it by rail with Onitsha. Fourth is to utilize barges to take containers from Onitsha river port. Fifth is to heavily cut out all the nuisance that adds cost to trading from agberos on the streets to police custom road check points to street hawkers. Ensure roads are free of encumbrances to make those markets as accessible as possible, make them great to shop in. Put trust systems in place to boost e commerce so shoppers from around the country don't have to physically come to Onitsha or Nnewi to order. You organize marketing teams to promote Anambra markets around the country and region and online.
The only tax system you implement is VAT. The markets do well you make lots of money.
Mega malls are way too expensive for a poor economy like ours.............it costs way too much to maintain! See what polo park mall has turned into! The vacancy rate there has also gone up........so called anchor tenant shoprite could not survive our bad economy! the name shoprite was only franchised to the local nigerian investors.......................their shops are badly lit and dirty nowadays...........way to go is to map out ares for well designed strip malls ...with enuff parkin space!
This is what cities are doing now............strip malls are not as sexy and classy as mega malls but when well done,it is more efficient and cost effective!

You see all the skyscrapers and multi billion naira homes in the so called mega city lagos, that the blundering agbadorians miscontrue for development, na from embezzled funds o! Increasingly, yorubas have become dependent on government patronage and looting of the commonwealth to maintain their facade of wealth............without access to federal government coffers their povery will be laid bare for all to see! The douche bag from Daura.......Buharia actually gifted 3 key ministries to the arch hypocrite Fashola to enjoy with his people............see the shenanigans the slimy character was up to! The real parasites on the economy is the fulani/yoruba consipiracy............no wonder they were so desperate to maintain their grip on power!
VEHINTOLAR: Lol,we will,we will,we will, blah, blah, blah ! Chinedu go and develop your village,no be by mouth ! You hate us yet you want to prosper in our land ? You guys are yet to realise that a curse has been placed on you by virtue of your actions during the last elections ! You have no idea, trust me ! Those who hate us yet, depend heavily on our land to prosper, will eventually go back to their various villages empty handed ! Na Oodua talk am ! Una neva see anything !
Will your governors ever wake up,kiddo ? Even your so called governors live in Yoruba land,Lagos precisely ! Na catch up una go dey play till eternity;Yoruba no be your mates ! The records are there for all to see.
History keeps repeating itself ! Their forefathers too came to Yoruba land to witness what development was all about ! The way their offsprings are rushing this Blue rail today was exactly the same way their primitive forebears rushed the locomotive train at Iddo decades ago too ! Baba God is truly wonderful !
Yeye "developers" !
Lagos and development do not belong in the same sentence to be honest........even in west africa, Lagos is not rated! Your escobar eBola is now in power in abuja.......go and develop Nigeria, stop drooling all over the internet from your amala stained bucal cavity! onye iberibe!
Acekidc4: Lagos Suppose be full Country on its Own!! Yoruba Land is Greatly Blessed!! Choke on that 🤭🤭
Igbo people are very competitive people, we are not put off by hardwork or hardworking people! We are not phased one inch about whatever is happening in Lagos.......we will take advantage of the new rail to do more business and even get more wealthy in LAGOS NIGERIA............... you choke on that..............! When out governors wake up from their slumber ,we will launch our own rail lines......we dominate inter state bus transport, we dominate airline transport, we are predominant in shipping business.........Igbos traditionally have always dominated tailway management ....we will be prominent in commuter rail in due time!
Jcoleworld911: There’s something about “brands” you should understand in business. “Next” and Genesis” is a popular/acceptable brands more than market square, remember that place is big, market square haven’t accommodate any brands in their malls before unlike like Next, Roban, Everyday, Genesis etc
If you have visited Ebonyi mall, you will understand better, Everyday supermarket mess up the whole mall, let’s assume it’s SPAR or SHOPRITE that occupy there they would have attracted more businesses more than Everyday, everywhere in the mall is looking scanty, is takin silverbird ages to complete their cinema there
Then back to PO and “Next” investing in Anambra state, I don’t really know your true intentions about that but I will tell you this— Hero factory in onitsha is more economical viable than Next coming to Anambra state, tho in the near future Next will still come to Anambra
PO is a worthy Anambra son and we love him so much, at times we attack only his attack dogs trying to talk down on either Soludo or Obiano because all of them are worthy Anambra men
In the end, Anambra will continue to win with the extension of other eastern states
Dalu Nwanne
Every serious business organisation has its operational strategy...........I do not believe next and Genesis wants to open branches in every mall in town ! Everday may have even saved the ebonyi mall sef! The truth is that the hey days of huge malls is gone in Nigeria .......even in America most businesses prefer to be located within strip malls ,with their business facing the open road/streets! nobody wants to be billed for the huge costs of running a huge mall.........better to rent a shop facing the street!
The novelty of visiting a mall wears off quite quickly, better to develop high street shopping districts within our major towns and cities, government should develop parks, sports clubs and leisure complexes as distinct projects! Urban planners needed desperately in Anambra!
Kossyso: Very nice summit. I just pray Soludo attacks all this MOU with all seriousness he can muster that is totally different from what is currently obtainable.
I don't want to sound pessimistic but the way Soludo dey handle road construction in Onitsha, I doubt if the man get taste.
The existing businesses in Onitsha is suffering because of bad roads, activities of Ocha brigade, various touts, and criminals of all sorts.
Ike okwu adirom na ututua, mana Chineke nyere Soludo aka maka na efe enyeloo at all!
Advocates are never good executives........................that you are a good Surgeon does not mean you are the best Managing Director for a hospital! Well for our sake...I wish Soludo well.....he needs to strengthen his own arms by appointing more capable hands to take charge of key aspects of his admin. Congrats to the young head of Ansippa ,Mr Okoye.........guy tried with this investment summit!
Isobug: First Reason: They were made to believe coal is not a clean source of energy.( Which is a a lie depending on usage, machine and method of processing)
Second Reason: It's rich deposit is in the south East, you know what that means. South East is just part of Nigeria on paper. Anything that would develop the south East is a no go area for Nigeria. If you want to succeed in Nigeria politics, hate the igbos openly, Reno Omokri is a coming up Testaments
I hate the abominable zoo with a fiery passion.........that place is useless ...a territory where dreams are killed!
Omoawoke2: Please help us develop southeast so they can all stop running to our region and creating overpopulation and pressure on our infrastructure.
When southwest leaders were having vision and bringing massive development to southwest, I wonder what their leaders were doing?
se dis mumu! you are tired of the double handed abara barely educated Igbo hawkers turned millionaire traders are given you in Lagos! Given a level playing field ndigbo will overshadow you even in Lagos........talk less of Abuja, kano or portharcourt.............These are traders o! what if our diasporan population comes back and join the fray!!!! Na fulani dey give una mind!
