ExudeLoveToAll: Calm down if you know your history well you wouldn't make this assertion.
Waloped? and they lost much more than the defeated army? If not the allies help and the US lend lease to the soviets in March 1941 worth over 200 billion dollars in today's money soviets would have lost much more than that. Obama historian check this out! Africa lost less than 1000000 in fight against colonialism today what you have in Africa is nominal independence! When presidential candidates come out in Nigeria they go pay homage and obeisance to Britain by laying down their subservient policies at Chatham House! Russia has lost over 25 million of her citizens defending mother Russia......today Russians work tall and are respected by all.........take your warped and shameless mentality out of my mentions........you have no idea what you are prattling about! Russia is almost bigger than the entire Europe , so stop believing in the past for the future is here and Russia will be very lonely and unattractive to Europeans after this war, Where do I begin to cure your geopolitical naivety ! So because Russia is blessed with land and materials, they should surrender their land to colonial European nations........do you think Russians are timid and foolish like African leaders! If you are shameless enuff to surrender your land to your white gods and then Japa to Europe to go wipe bottoms...the Russians are certainly not that insanely stupid! |

Volksfuhrer: Nothing extraordinary about Russia. The Russians were lucky against Hitler and Napoleon...Russia was that close to catastrophe. Russia was only saved by fate that wounded her enemies mortally enough for Russia's desperate counteroffensive.
Nevertheless I agree Russia isn't an easy country to defeat. She is too vast in size to seize by force alone. But a very long war of attrition could end Russia's might. It happened during the Soviet Union, it could happen again. Need I remind you, Russia is this time taking on the might of NATO...BRICS or no BRICS. The harder you work ...the luckier you get! Not even the hardest working Igbo man carrying gala all over Lagos traffic can compete against a Russian patriot! |

Let him rest in a cage in a prison of the zoological palace of Nigeria! Nnamdi Kanu is a truth bearer, his truisms is something you one Nigerian hypocrites cannot bear, how can this irrelevant Igbo man have the audacity to challenge the mendacious conspiracy of Yoruba and Fulani oligarchy that has milked the country for 53 years since the civil war ended! Not in a million years did the oligarchs envisage that an Igbo man could arise that could stand his ground and speak truth to power..............and had the effrontery to set up an independent and effective security outfit to provide a defense barrier against a politicized and militarized Fulani herdsmen that was carving a deadly swathe of jihadi terror from the heights of the Jos plateau to the depths of Benue valley............these orc hoard had entered the Igbo territory through Nsukka axis and Ebonyi northern border with Benue.............they were emboldened by Buhari’s reticence silence ,which sounded louder than a scream to action......the herders took that as a marching order and descended on Igbo women and girls working in their farms......cases of rape and pillaging of carefully planted farmlands was the order of the day............it took the the coming of ESN units to push back the Sahel Ian savages, who by 2021 had killed over 5 priests and hundreds of Igbo civilians.......while the carnage lasted our brothers in the west who did not want to rock the boat of political ambition of Tinubu kept a studied silence........some even mocked Ndigbo for being cowards but Kanu shut them up fast enuff.....the coming of ESN is the making of legends, when the all is said and done, and peace returns to the battle fronts Ndigbo will take time and honor the ESN commanders that truly and sincerely fought to defend their people, not the motley crew of rabble rousers who entered the forests to constitute a nuisance..........we know that most of the activities of the unknown gun men is psy-op of the DSS and politicians.............. As for those who enjoyed and cheered whilst Fulani and security agents summarily shot unarmed IPOB and ESN operatives.....those days are long gone, we have waved those days bye bye! It is an inalienable right of Ndigbo to provide security for our people! Calling Kanu a criminal or terrorist will not cut it! Ndigbo are a different animal from the rest of the timid tribal nations that occupy this nation! We will not swallow phlegm in the name of social etiquette! For those trying to antagonize Ndigbo are wasting their time, the issues worrying Nigeria does not deserve to be politicized, Tinubu had better use the guile he used to get to power to dismantle the formidable Fulani hegemony that is making life unbearable for Nigerians.....IPOB I know is not interested in who is president nor where he comes from.........the mantra that is dear to Ndigbo is restructure the country peacefully or allow the federating units to exit the union via a referendum ,this has always been the call of Kanu and IPob but the Lagos press has consistently described Kanu as the secessionist leader of IPOB........another example of political sophistication which Ndigbo have unfortunately not mastered! |

Flets: As long as CBN and banks cant meet the FX demands completely without hassles of Form A, M etc..... you cant do anything about the black market. The parallel market addresses the inefficiency of the banks.
CBN does not have sufficient FX to meet national demand and that is why floating rates was a bit premature There are legitimate demand for forex in the system like imports of raw materials and payment for school fees /services.....on the other hand you have demand for forex borne out of desire to siphon proceeds of corruption and embezzlement of public funds/ and worst is the fraudulent speculation on the dollar by banks and forex operators............if Tinubu is not ready to seize banking license of such banks..........then in less than 3 months the gap between the official and parallel rates will begin to widen again! A lot of forex demanded of CBN are cooked up by the banks! The biggest pressure on the Naira itself is the astronomical rate of foreign borrowing by the federal government itself! If Tinubu likes let him not consult the service of people like Okonjo Iweala.........to start engaging Nigeria’s creditors! |

post=123690744: ANSIPPA Hosts Media Roundtable, Discusses Investment Potential and Future of Private Sector-led Development in the State
June 9, 2023, Awka, Anambra State - The Anambra State Investment Promotion and Protection Agency (ANSIPPA) hosted a media roundtable today at the Agency’s Boardroom. The event, themed "Unleashing the Economic Potential: Anambra as a Prime Investment Destination," brought key media representatives together to discuss the Agency’s activities thus far and its future plans to foster economic growth in the State.
Speaking at the event, the Managing Director of ANSIPPA, Mark Okoye, expressed his gratitude to the media for their role in promoting the opportunities in the State. He explained that the Agency has attracted o major projects and numerous minor projects since its inception in 2014.
Okoye further unveiled the Agency’s future plan to transition into the Anambra Development and Investment Corporation (ADIC) – a full-fledged development corporation that expands ANSIPPA’s role, enabling it to undertake key phases of project development, such as conceptualization, design, bankability, structuring, and financing.
"Prof. Chukwuma Soludo has highlighted three key sectors as cornerstones of his transformation agenda: technology, industrialization, and leisure and entertainment. As ANSIPPA, we are mandated to crack the financing of key development projects. ADIC will give us that legal backing we need. Now, we can prioritize projects with a huge economic and development impact for the benefit of Ndi Anambra," said Mark Okoye.
He also provided insights into the Anambra Investment Summit, an event scheduled for September 7-8, 2023. The Summit will bring together key Development Partners, Development Finance Institutions, Investment Banks, Captains of Industries, Government Officials, and other stakeholders to showcase Anambra as a prime investment destination.
"The investment summit will be the first of its kind. We do not plan to invest our time and resources in organizing a talk shop where people speak English and leave. At this event, we will not only launch the ADIC, but we also intend to sign about seven (7) flagship projects that align with the Soludo transformation agenda.
“There is something for everyone. We will also have a start-up pitch competition where great ideas cutting across key sectors will receive seed funding for implementation. This administration is intentional about investing in our youth, and the summit will showcase that," added Mark Okoye, MD/CEO ANSIPPA.
During the roundtable, prominent journalists had the opportunity to pose questions and engage in constructive discussions. The questions touched on various subjects, including the housing challenge of the State, the Onitsha River Port project, the Oseakwa port, the developing service industry, the agro-economy, and the ease of doing business in the State.
To address the questions raised, the Managing Director gave details about ongoing engagements with stakeholders and potential investors to finalize some projects such as the Anambra Mixed-Use City, AUU Automotive Industrial Park, Integrated Agro-Industrial Park, the Anambra Export Emporium, Anambra Intra-City Rail project, and Solution Innovation & Technology District. He also explained that the Governor was in talks with the concessionaire for the Onitsha River Port to discuss how best to finalize the dredging of the River Niger.
Mark Okoye reiterated ANSIPPA’s commitment to working with other MDAs to fulfill the transformation agenda of the Soludo-led administration.
To conclude the event, the Agency promised to hold seasonal media engagements to foster a stronger relationship, especially with the official launch of the ADIC. This Soludo administration is yet to make any significant impact 16 months after inauguration, so this young administrator mark okoye is conducting his first press conference after 12 months plus! Does the young man understand the scope of his agency? this work of attracting investors is not by carrying iPads and laptops all over the place..........this govern is way too slow for a dynamic Anambra business community! Anssipa wants to attract investors from abroad and outer space but how have they made daily life tolerable for the long suffering local Igbo investors living in Onitsha GRA,Nnewi ,and Akwa .............I have been consuming Yangalife’s expose on Anambra towns on YouTube over the past 2 weeks..................the state of Anambra cities is intolerable....Soludo is yet to understand where he is!!! there is more than sufficient investible funds in Anambra and Igbo living In Alaigbo to kick off a renaissance of socio economic development in Anambra but the government has stridently refused to invest in Nnewi especially......this is an axis with seasoned business and academic elite! Nnewi as a whole looks like a motor park , even the abode of wealthy Onitsha business men in Trans kissi, GRA and akpaka forest lack roads .......take care of the local investors and the foreign investors will follow naturally!! |

humilitypays: I have been wondering a lot of things for days now or even months prior to the election this year.
In 2012, mostly famous Yorubas; Men of God, Political Activists, Celebrities, Politicians, and even Students, Market women, etc carried the petrol subsidy removal by Goodluck Jonathan's government on their head and slammed Goodluck Jonathan, calling him all sorts of demeaning names even though it was Jonathan's economic team including then CBN Governor Sanusi Lamido Sanusi that championed the subsidy removal.
Yorubas didn't bother about Sanusi or any other but focused on defaming and condemning Goodluck the President.
Same thing happened in the purchase of arms during Goodluck's regime, Yorubas didn't bother to condemn Col. Sambo Dasuki or Doyin Okupe, but focused on condemning Goodluck Jonathan the President only calling for his arrest and prosecution as soon as Buhari took over office.
But fast-forward to 2022 or so, Yorubas have never condemned Buhari for any of his evil, people killing policies, even the recent currency redesign policy which Buhari himself came out to tell Nigerians that he approved it, and it was Buhari's inlaw that supervised the minting of the currencies, and never for once has Yorubas condemned Buhari massively like they have been calling for Emefiele's head who is just an appointee of Buhari that take orders from Presidency before implementing any major CBN policy like the currency redesign. Yorubas have never condemned or called for Buhari's arrest and prosecution for his abysmal performance and open looting as President of Nigeria like they did against Goodluck Jonathan and now Emefiele.
Now DSS arrested Emefiele, Yorubas are all over the internet and even on the streets celebrating as if Emefiele was the President that just handed over.
DSS have just leveled some terrorism charges against Emefiele for paying an alleged money to Taliban an Intl terror group, and Yorubas are all calling for Emefiele's head even without hearing the full story or caring to know that Emefiele cannot make such payment without the approval of Buhari the President.
Please dear Yorubas, I want to know why you guys are always scared of condemning Northerners when they do something bad but very fast and bold in condemning an Igbo or Niger Delta person even without hearing the truth of the matter? Is it that you guys are scared of Hausa-Fulanis or you hate your Southern brothers so much and ready to slaughter their head to get whatever political favor from Hausa-Fulanis?
This is absurd.
Let's remember that there is divinity, there are forces beyond human control and they must balance life events with time, it may seem rosy and smooth for us now, but what about tomorrow? It is called political sophistication! The yoruba people have it in abundance..........never cut the very tree that you are perched upon! Yoruba socio economic and now political preponderance is 100% dependent on their hidden support for fulani hegemony!! Na Igbo republicanism dem wan support ? That is why they will never call out the excesses of fulani power projection..........in the middle belt or elsewhere! Thank God for the long suffering true ESN units..........fulanis would have turned alaigbo into a punching bag tey tey! |

Food arriving SE will subsequently become cheaper as no police to roger train, and no bad road to hike train faires, as it is obtainable in road transportation.
May Tinubu succeed. It should be the prayer of every Nigerian that Tinubu succeeds ...he is the driver at the wheel! If he messes up .....everyone suffers! The APC chieftain in a statement issued on Friday labelled Emefiele a beast.
Na wa for dis ppl sha!!!
Fani-Kayode alleged that Emefiele financed terrorism and committed monumental thievery and corruption.

Now he must face the full wrath of the law for his crimes against humanity, his treasonable acts, his funding of terrorism, his massive and monumental thievery and corruption, his wicked and barbaric ways, his conspiracy to thwart the will of the Nigerian people and his attempt to subvert & scuttle our democracy.
