. I love them, but I’m done![/quote]If you aren't busy this holiday, could we meet if you stay in Lagos? My email is acehartuk@yahoo.co.uk. I'm sorry if this embarrasses you ![]() |
Xcelinteriors:How much for this one you displayed? |
InansBobo:Hmmm! Okay. Thanks |
InansBobo:I'd like to know. No offense intended. |
InansBobo:Who is your spiritual father? |
InansBobo:You are correct but you did not write initially to correct the guy who put up this topic and your initial response was not sufficient. The topic seems to address the norm where men have the 'title' - spiritual father. Paul didn't put it as a title. He wouldn't have wanted any one to. |
InansBobo:Not my spiritual father, my spiritual father! What you quoted was a popular metaphor in Israel exclaimed by Elisha and Joash meaning "My father, the real strength and power of Israel against its foes". Paul and John never referred to themselves as spiritual fathers but used the word 'father' in the sense of father in the faith (as an endearment). Though the mod quotes the verse without considering the context - which will mislead many people in my view. Nevertheless, our only father in the spirit is Christ Jesus. |
Shanana1:Please read Malachi chapter 1 through to chapter 4 carefully. You will appreciate what God said better. Thanks |
Companies hate lateness for an interview. It shows one or many things they hate. The greatest of all of them is not being pro-active. I know someone who had an interview in Ikeja scheduled for 11:30 am; but he left his house at Ajah by 5:00 am. For one who lives in Lagos, traffic, fuel scarcity, car breakdown etc. can hold you bound for several hours. Anticipation is the key word. Does he have an excuse? One thing I know, all things work together for good to them that love God. His loss is to his advantage. Let him cheer up. |
bedspread:For many a religious man, the scripture is not sufficient to settle a matter; hence they resort to their treasure of experience and tradition - for you have not spoken according to the gospel. You have said "Those who Genuinely Accept Jesus can be delivered". The word 'can' denotes probability. You deny the absoluteness of Jesus' salvation by your words. If you possess the nature and power of omnipresence to know whether his children have not, and will not seek refuge from generational curses at the bosom of the Son of God, Mr. bedspread let your will be done. P.S: Certainly all who depend on the actions of the Law are under a curse. Galatians:3:10 Mr. Bedspread, for you to insist on the generational curse, you are under the law. Those who suffer from these curses are under the law. Those who depend on law are not justified in the eyes of God. |
bedspread:God said though Jeremiah: v29 At that time, the people will not say: 'The fathers have eaten sour *grapes. And the children have received the sour taste.’ v30 Instead, everyone will die because of his own *sin. Whoever eats sour *grapes will receive the sour taste. v31 'The time is coming’, declares the *LORD, 'when I will make a new *covenant. I will make it with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah. v32 It will not be like the *covenant that I made with their *ancestors Do you know what time verse 29&31 was talking about? it was the moment the Son of man was lifted up with men's sins crucified. You seem like a religious man but your retribution doesn't move God's heart concerning his new covenant. When Christ Jesus died, he bore all the sins of Freeze's children and Freeze himself. Whenever they sin, when they run to the stream of the blood of the lamb at Calvary, they will be new again. That's the bitter truth |
bedspread:You are a very religious man. How does this sound to you - your father's sin will be transferred to you? |
FamousHaybee:You will be disappointed at yourself if you read this again |
GavelSlam:It is terrible what he just wrote! Did he read? |
Newboss:They don't read |
Alezy:Did you read? |
Did you read? |

Where are paracord strings sold in Lagos? Thanks |
Didn't people see Alloy Agu's 'snub'? Why fuss about Musa and Moses? |
It is potto. It shouldn't have been killed. It feeds on insects and veggies. You can check it out on Wikipedia

The person they're talking about ain't Freeze!
