you are just showing how backward you and your people are. That's why no anambra or imo man can ever marry you.
I bu anuofia...who will like to marry unoka in 'things fall apart' like u. Ngwere enwero uche like u. |
what they speak in ebonyi is not a dialect. It's a language quite very different from igbo. I'm from Imo. And when I go home I tune FM of different igbo states - abia , anambra, enugu and imo and I understand all they say. But once I made d mistake of tuning that of abakiliki and I regretted my life. Ebonyi people speak more of calabar than igbo. Ok state the ebonyi words for cup, plate, spoon, love-making, bottle and compare them with the ones of central igbo. Ebonyi people are bush men joor. Are they not the ones that litter my village and help us in farming and cutting palm kernel?
Ok...let goes there ... As I write this nonsense i'm chilling out with one jewman from that ur dearling Imo state who can hadlly write his name. So,the are the last caword standing ...EBBC is the most active digital radio station east of the niger with enough educated programs.U are the last foo.l standing here. Again, as an Ezza man speak and hear all the easthern languages including Imo etc. U are an internet money for all I care.... in fact, i'm tired f.ools like u |
smudge2079: d truth is bitter mufu. 44 days to go.... am leaving dis shyt holeAs u are leaving Ebonyi state ...may ur days be numbered before 2014...may the Ebonyi blessings elude u before u escape ....may the legacies that may com ur way forget urge user name ...may the government of Ebonyi state forget u entirely before 2014...may ur last transport fare finishes at Peace Mass Transit ....may u may struck with parkising disease when u say goodbye to Ebonyi. Amin. |
...and all the street in Ebonyi is well tarred with good street light. Can that be said of ur state? |
Iykeponti: i just want dem to grow up like their neighbors....but really,am not lying,o.k mabe like 60% (**) most of dem r housas...Bia oke mkpi a,because you have been lying and painting the good people of Ebonyi state in bad light ...may ur own 2014 be far from tomorrow. ewu aba |
Pukkah: The Afam! The young man Afam is a cunning fellow, he speak from both side of the mouth. The hatred about Ebonyi is too much in him.I do read him before I join nairaland. |
awodman: I just the watch as una dey bash my state..no wahala sha but I know we are great guys...I remember the look on my friend's face when they get to know am from Ebonyi..cos of how polished and enlightened I appear to beHay!! just hold it there with that ur south bull.shit. Most of you southerners are too ashamed to be called ebonyians ....'it is only when it suit you' The earlier we team up and salvage our state the better. |
mannyiyke: Ebonyians are a hardworking people. They never ate human beings in d past, and they don't even do that 2day. They're not the only WAWA people. Even some or all Enugu indigenes are a wawa people. They're not even mumus; it's just that they're poor which is not a crime. I don't know why they're hated by their fellow igbos. The poverty is as a result of long years of neglect. I believe that poverty, neglect and long years of underdevelopment can affect a people negatively. Poverty is a disease to any people esp in Africa where our leaders are cruel, corrupt and haters of development. Ebonyians are picking up gradually both educationally and infrastructurally. When a child is not fed properly due to poverty, it could lead to poor mental development and psychological trauma when he or she grows up. Poverty, lack of education and underdevelopment lead to inferiority complex, poor mental acuity and morbid fear of the rich and unsociable traits. That's what they encountered before. Ebonyians are not mumus and never do wells. They are catching up thanks to Dr Sam Egwu and Chief Martin Elechi led administrations. Ebonyi children came 1st in the 2011 and 2012 national quiz competitions and thereafter represented Nigeria outside the country and also did marvelously well. Nobody, when coming into this world, chose where he or she would be born; else i wld've opted to be an american.Thank u my guy. Where were all the other educationally endowed states of the east when Ebonyi students trashed them out in the recently concluded school competition and will represent them the third time on the national and international level. Haters go sleep in da lord. |
omusiliyu: What do you expect from a state rullin by helpless Octogenarian man. The state with smallest landmass and population in the east.. I heard that they're still drummin 4 the man to represent his senatorial district in senateThe smallest in land mass in the SE? Ignorance adiro MMA. |
mascot87: You are your entire family cannot compete with me when it comes to expressing ourselves in a public speech.clownI hope ur reading ur own speech here.sir so shameful of you |
Freedani: God bless u! I'm an Ebonyian from nkalagu to be pricise. I use to be shy of mentioning that but from today, i will proudly mention thatSo, i'm not only Ebonyi person in this fu.ckig site?? yet each time Ebonyi news, thread or discussion were being made all of u will hide or run away. The earlier you represent urself here the better. Stop being ashamed of what God created you to be, as for me and my family ...Ebonyi we shall be till the end of time. |
Okwyjesus: Am just from the state, l can tell you that there are alot of Federal project going on there.Afikpo ppl unlucky in Ebonyi state? please educate me more on the above question. biko before I say something wired. |
emmahoney: You are 99.99999999 percent correct. Their two main towns are Abakaliki and Afikpo which are nt even in better condition. Their Governor is the oldest without proper governing experience. Even Ayim pius Ayim's hometown is nothing to write home about (I.e Ishiagu in Ivo L.G.A wia I served) Team. My friend and I wasted our money while trying to carry out some projects in their locality. Their Leaders frustrated our innovative ideas. May God help the poor people in that state. They are really paSsing through hell. You are the one PASSING the real HELL right now. You carried a stu.pid project ( an outdated project for that matter because u want to win the heart of the local politicians there) ,just park well. |
God! where am I when this thread was created? Anyway, as many of you may have known, I'm an Ezzaman from Ebonyi state and I have no regret about it. Yes,Ebonyi state may not have been making news all the time but the once we have been able to make are/were positive. We have represented NIGERIA in two occasion to international secondary school competition and we are still leading in the east as of this month when we trash all the other 5eastern states. So many news abound in my dear state. |

Dewze: it is obvious that you are not an Igbo person. A typical ibgo man will not cordone off the area like you said, he will instead find a means to scoop up as much as he can, give it a fine package and then travel off to other tribes to sell, while aswell allowing others with same intention to have their share. |
Afam4eva: I actually prefer American streets to European streets. I don't know why we're too laxzy to plant grass and tame it instead a lot of us just cement the entire place thereby making it look ugly. If it was tiles that were even used, okenedi(i would have understood.). I also don't like the way we build houses very close to the road. Some space has to be left between the houses and the road, so incase we want to incorporate a workway and also to beautify the street with green grass and flowers.I wonder why government should allow people to build their houses almost at the edge of the road? Only in nigeria but rate Ebonyi high on dat Enugu is also trying. |
playing ps with my android and visiting nairaland everyday. Can download my music and pon pics ![]() |
They look cute though with tribalistic mindset. |
centje: not fine buildings rather street and aerial views.exactly! please make sure you use original camera. |
Sincere 9gerian: Anti-PROGRESS elements (APC e-warriors) have maintained a safe distance from this thread. They hate progress in all their life. |

Okpuzu01: I am saying dat she shuld nt give her people money but I must be informed. Wotever I do for my mum, I let her know about it. We still have along way to go. Kids are coming, house rents n feedings are there. She has brothers who v grown to work to support their parents bt wnt work. They all believe in asking for money from her. I opened d business for her. Without my consent, she took money from it to pay her parents house rent.Oh! ur in-laws are still living in a rented apartment? My guy, some people here may not understand what u are passing through ...carrying two families at ago is never an easy task. Find a way my man. |
ngozievergreen: Imagine one of them asking me where our ppl were when they shared oil license .Those things you listed above are the saving grace of igbo people in nigeria after the civil war.Had it been that igbos were too sluggish, lazy and blind to see things before others ...my sister our territory would've been a forgetting zone. Igbos migrate to where the 'host' are some how a bit primitive and less competitive in businesses...., teach them a little lesson before they can opened their eyes. My love for yorubas can never die... ![]() |
superstar1: You are a very funny guy. Do yourself the favour to look at the share composition of those companies, you will be dazed. Even odua group, buys shares of those companies for the odua states, apart from individuals. Thanks for the info. One more thing, how did those companies you mention with their mega profit etc etc impact to the life of an ordinary man in the street.Or should we be celebrating their success while we keep yanshing our teeth. The earlier an ordinary yorubaman wakes up and make his money like igbos do-the better. I'm not saying that an average yoruba boy didn't make his own money but they few number compare to their igbo brothers. Average igbo boy make his money and leave like a king in his own empire. Fact. Our our problem down east is that we hardly had time to hold our politicians responsible in nost of their short coming ,an igbo man is busy doing his businesses ...that's why alot of sweet homes scattered everywhere in alaigbo. Together we can build a nation. |
