What that meant is that it is easier to sell a land than a car if both cost N3m each. People have woken up to realize they need to invest more in by a land than acquiring a car of that same amount.

Some men work and still do the cooking and dishes once a while as well.
Depending on the man, I for one detest dishes being left in the sink.

Nothing wrong in a man washing his dishes as soon as he finish his meal. That won't make him less of a man or will it?

It is really disheartening the way the short text has actually made people a bomb shell in written english.

Primary and Secondary school students now find it a crime speaking proper english. All you hear from them is pidgin english both within and outside the school premises.

Our government, parents, teachers and even the students themselves have all failed this generation.

Workers taking loans just to buy the lastest toyota car or 3 boxes filled with TM and Hutes and Cutis shirts or a business owner spending all his profit organizing a lavish 30th year remembrance for his great grand mother all for the sake of him paingting the "I don arrive" image.

It is so sad how our educational system has deteriorated. A friend invited me to come and help him with the test given to applicants for various positions in his company.
The whole vacant positions were for B.Sc Holders in different fields like Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Geology and so many others.

A total of 67 people were present for the test and believe it or not, only 3 people actually knew the difference between the below words.

More than Half of them kept on typing in short forms thinking they were chatting with their Blackberry or Facebook friends.

LITTLE ATTITUDES THAT CREATE BIG PROBLMS IN HOMES.

Marriage is a union mostly within two people from absolutely opposite backgrounds.

Statistics have shown that most problems in married homes are usually very trivial and avoidable acts which if well checked, could have been avoided.

People have gone to court to seek for divorce for the flimsiest of reasons.

Below are some of the acts both men and women need to check to enable a happy and non tensed home front.

* Getting up from the bed without bothering to lay it.

* Leaving items liter around the living room and bed room.

*Not agreeing to if the toilet seat should be kept down or up.

*Refusing to take food from the bottom of pot.

* Refusing to eat the top of a sliced bread even when you tore the wrapper open.

* Chatting or Playing with your phone, laptop, tablet, reading a book or watching tv while your spouse is saying or complaining of something important.

* Walking out on your spouse while he/she is complaining of what is hurting them.

*Refusing to eat a food if there's no meat, fish or egg decorated on it.

* Refusing to flush the WC after using the rest room.

* Refusing to mop the floor after littering water all over the floor after having a bath.

* Piling up dishes in the sink.

* Not turning off the electronics while going to bed or leaving the house.

* Too pompous to use the words "thank you, I am sorry, Please".

* throwing used diapers around instead of disposing them properly.

* Buying luxury items without prior consent of your partner.

* Thinking you don't owe your partner an explanation for coming home late or leaving the house at whatever time you want.

* Going through your partners items (phones, laptops, pockets, hand bags etc) all for the sole aim of catching them cheating.

* Always eavesdropping on your partners phone and physical conversation with family, friends, colleagues, neighbors and strangers.

* Waking your partner from their sleep only to complain about events that happened during the day.

At least one of the above listed is a major cause while a marriage is about to get disolved aside major reasons like infidelity, Finance, and Family interferance.

this is the type of mindset that keeps dragging Nigeria backwards.

Go to Accra, Nairo, johanessburg and common Dakar, street trading is outrighly not tolerated.

USA, UK, Canada, Belgium, France and other countries all over the world have more population and at times tougher ecenomic policies yet their citizens survive without street trading. Or Greece, Spain and Italian citizens which are going through terrible financial crises don't have things to also sell on their streets?

The most difficult 'paper work' in any business entity is a "building a business plan". Since I am doing a FREE consulting here, I won't have the whole month (or few weeks) to create one for you from scratch to finish.

However I can give you guideline tips on how to achieve one just like I did earlier for the "proposal". I hope you are okay with this or can recommend you to someone who will readily build one for you, only thing is he/she will want to collect a few cash from you.

I think N5million is someworth okay to start up a petrol transporting business.
Haven't done much on that industry (Oil and Gas) in a few months.
But from what I know, depending on the size of the tanker you could get a very reasonable and realiable tanker within that range or slightly less.

Could make detailed enquiries for you on this though......

God answered the prayers of some men on a raining say when his neighbor rather than just drive pass, actually horned at him and his wife while they were standing at the bus stop waiting for a public transport. Knowing fully well he is heading toward their direction.

Another man's prayers was answered when a driver splashed him mud while speeding pass. The driver realizing he has splashed the pedestrian mud rather than appeal for his forgiveness rained him with insults like "am I the one to tell you not to have a car?".

A woman who went to pick her children from school. They stood by the zebra crossing for over 10minutes as no vehicle refused to slow down for her and her kids to cross.

These 3 people and many others while in that sad situation looked up to God at those moment for Him to also bless them with a car. And then and there God sent down His abundant of blessings on these people and their prayers got answered.

......3 months down the line, these same people who were weeping on the streets while working became terror to other road users, pedestrians, street hawkers, school children, neighbors and others. They stopped associating with their friends who had no cars, and at the slightest opportunity mocked people they know who haven't gotten a car.

They drove in at 1am blasting their car sound system heavily to alert neighbors they are back. And accelerated the car heavily in the mornings all in the name of warming the car engine.

Well...the good news is God fulfilled His part by blessing you with your request but could also use that same car to humiliate you.

For wise men and women with wisdom, if you fear to return to where you are coming from, act right and be humble.

God that gives today can decide to take it back tomorrow.

Heard of men who had nothing less than 6 wonder on wheels but ended up walking through those same streets they once oppressed people.

We know of people (musicians, businessmen and politicians). Which the very car they bought with their money was what killed them.

Car or no car....treat every man right if you are really scared of the unknown (future).

Afterall....life na turn by turn.
