I ignored it...now wake up again by 6:30pm to eat the remianing food in the pot and dump it again...when I told her, she got angry...that I don't suppose to remind her...that she will do it at her convenient time...mean while the sink was filled wit used dishes..thank God for courtship b4 marriage
I can just imagine how irritated you were.
Like you said, thank God for courtship before marriage.

sashaa: aww, take it easy on us, plz. We dont mean to get u crossed. Am not much of a food person so meat, fish, egg ar like motivators for me. But wen am really famished, i wunt mind eating it plain.
Ole! Mwhy you no buy eja shawa and pomo to be motivating you. Abi you no know how much crate of egg, fish and meat be now for market? Even pomo sef is now expensive.

Woooh! You better start motivating yourself with saliva oh!

Shut up and stop being a foool!!!
It is nuisance like you who will make mouth to high heavens only to perform worse.
Is it a medal I am expecting from you that I came out to share a real life scenerio?
If you can't learn and advice dullards around you to all change for the better, can't you keep your fingers where they belong?

kama1210: OP: I guess your friend must have been looking for English students not really those with the corresponding potential. Why not ask questions based on the company setting? Once more, was their failure based on short text , spelling error or unable to define the words? Why not give questions that explores their dexterity? Even those that made it may not even do the main job well. My friends went for Bank test, she is a statistician, but was given essay on Boko Haram instead of calculation or bank related questions.
It is this sort of mentality that is killing Nigeria.

So because he needs Engineers and Economist is his father's company he just employ those who will mess up his father's company when they go for presentations and meetings?

Please be realistic, We scream English isn't or mother tongue and all rubbish and go as far as comparing them with the chinese and Indians forgetting that if we can't dare match them in terms of creativity, shouldn't we surpass them in terms of managerial skill?

Must we always be the worst in everything?
As for your friend and her interview, it is only normal for everyone to know little of everything. The bank wanted to test her reasoning, and from your comment, I believe she messed up big time because she thinks just the way you do.

Sounds funny but true.
When you can always get her to do your cooking, dishes, laundary and run errands, why when go and pay a pride price for all to still do the same duties.

There's something called financial education.

rimzo: I wish they can post the schools they all attended with there CGPA for us to see it.
About 15 of them or so are 2:1 and 1st class products.

The irony of it all is that, the 3 who passed all are all 2:2 products.

ferhyntorlah: Wow! I never knew you people plenty for this category. I only have my hair net on when I'm praying on the go or if I forget to remove it when I get out of bed.
If your usual time to get out of bed is 6am please set a seperate alarm for 5:45am. That time is to remind you to pull it off. It isn't sexy one bit seeing that thing on even a beauty queen.
PoliticsRe: A GEJ Supporter Lists Gej's Achievements, Let's Talk About Them by acidtalk: 11:07pm On Jul 29, 2012
Acidosis: Nigerians lets learn to always say the truth when we see it. This man is a visioneer, a policy achiever, and a thinker.
Some of you crying out for a change of power would still be the same set of people crying by the time we have a new president.

Nigeria is a big country carrying the good, the lousy and the lazy citizens, so you can imagine what it will take to convince everyone.

Militancy in the south today is a thing of the past, all because of Mr President (Yaradua?).

Please lets leave sentiments, party and religious differences aside.
SHUT UP Dude!!!
That drunken fisherman is Visionless, A Dull Thinker and a Bad Policy maker.

Inshort, he is the Worst Leader Nigeria has ever had. If he can't do anything then he should humbly take a bow and resign like leaders in Italy, Greece, Japan and others have done.

The only thing keeping that man there is because of the loot he his stealing away every single day.

Obj was corrupt but yet we can clearly see what he did, same with Ibb, even Abacha sef has physical achievements for all to see.

Let's leave ethnic and religious sentiments aside and face the truth.

GEJ is a total failure but I don't in anywhere blame him.

I blame the Nigerian youths who rather than face and fight the common enemies (politicians) have allowed ethnic and religious sentiments to becloud their reasoning.

Goodluck Ebele Azikiwe Jonathan is a total failure to Nigeria and Nigerians.a

mchenry: They gave the test to 67 people and only three people knew the difference between those words. Are you trying to say 64 people could have been dyslexic or possess a form of impairment preventing them from knowing better?
God bless you.
I decided not to respond to his post because it lacked merit.

He isn't the only one that hates it. I think we are many that don't like it one bit.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Graduates Fail Primary School Questions At Job Test by acidtalk(op): 9:07pm On Jul 29, 2012
adevicks: Bt these categories of graduates are the ones currently getting the plum positions in most of our parastatals. Come over to Abuja here, many heads of department cannot write a memo in simple and correct English. Worse still, some cannot even write it at all. Yet these are the crops of people implementing our annual budget and taking decisions about this nation. Smh for Nigeria's future!
That's why the country is in such a pathetic state.

Somenice looking ladies could walk few blocks to go buy something and that isn't just cute one bit.

phaya: Must every relationship be sex inclined? What's wrong with our thinking in this generation? N we say we are smarter than our parents but most of them married each other without even getting to know themselves yet they are still together today. God help us!
Don't also forget it was almost a taboo for a woman to take or demand any gift from a man she isnt sure of marrying or hasnt married in those days. Men used to beg endlessly for a woman to accept gift from them.
