asdf:jkl ha ha :
Is true sha n also naija pple can be annoyin at times
I believe naijas are more well civilized in white men's countries I.e, UK, USA and Australia than fellow African countries.

If you want to know how nasty behaved Nigerians can be, go to Accra, Nairobi, Conakry, Dakar, and Jo'burg. You go fear fear!!!

With all modesty and humility, I have traveled to at least 16 countries both within Africa and Over seas and I will tell you I have personally witnessed more than 95% of the above listed points.

Nigerians are VERY Lousy (even while trying to talk gently). I have seen a situation where the hotel security called their team to come settle a scuffle on the walkway only to find out our fellow Nigerians were only cracking jokes and laughing. The white men thought 'we' were fighting.

Whether Home or Abroad wherever you come across a Nigeria you might be skeptical of their origin (usually place of birth). But as soon as you hear a Nigerian who grew up and have a better part of their life spent in Nigeria, you can easily tell from their use of words and pronunciation.

Below are some of the words and pronunciations used by Nigerians both within Nigeria and outside.

* I want to Drop : this is when they are making their intention know they want to alight from a bus, taxi or car.

* Where's my change : this is to show they are waiting to collect their balance after a purchase.

* God dey : they are expressing their dissapointment in an event or feel cheating.

* E go better : When they believe there's hope in a current situation they are presently not happy about.

Others are :
* Jumpig of queues

* Speaking in loud voice

* Rushing to take a train, cab or bus and also in a hurry to alight
.
* Talking for hours and shouting while making use of a public phone boot.

* Talking so loud on the Hotel hallway.

* The highest spender in clubs, bars, malls and event centre.

* the man that keeps talking aloud inside the cinema.

More to come soon.

You didn't only just waste your bandwidth but also displayed to the entire world how stu*pid you are.

Na Jamb, WAEC, GCE and NECO cause nairaland problem oh!

Assuming most of this children knew they had to read really hard BEFORE they can pass any of the above listed exams, they won't be all over nairaland derailing threads with their stu*pidity and crappy offpoint talks on some garri nonsense.

@billyoniare, I agree with you on the payment thingy. If we needed to pay to use this forum, believe me, nairaland won't only attract heavy investors but also attract ONLY mature individuals with class and style. Then people will even feel free to come out behind the "anymousity status". All this bloody kids will be left with no other option than to return to their facebook life.

PoliticsRe: Nigerian Citizens Are The Problems Of Nigeria NOT The Government by acidtalk(op): 8:01pm On Sep 02, 2012
achukwunet: Citizens or politicians. Either way they're both corrupt. At least that's what I see when I watch the news. Nigeria needs to go through major rehabilitation undecided
I think more of a nation wide spiritual cleansing this time around because things in this country just keep getting worse by each passing second.

Na God catch am.
This is the same native doctor that gave me a bullet proof shirt when I told him I was going to Aso Rock to see Mr Jonathan but feared I would get shot by the man's aides because they accuse me of insulting their oga. I had to insist he test the charm on his son.
CelebritiesRe: Eedris Abdulkareem Calls Obasanjo A ‘Mugu’ by acidtalk: 5:49pm On Sep 02, 2012
Curious_city: When this same OBJ told this artiste "Ur father jaga jaga" in 2004, we all clapped for him.
Respect is reciprocal, n like some1 said earlier, Respect is earned not bought!!
Hypocrisy is the new password for Nigerian youths!!
I like people with sharp memory and you earned my respect for that.
But don't you think even still Obasanjo is older than Idris Father and probably idri's grandfather?

Does it mean if Idris's grandfather insults and slaps idri's father, idris's will go ahead and slap his grandfather for slapping his father?

Common we are Africans and an elderly one will always get away with is acts no matter how silly. Moreover if you wanna take on an opponent, take on someone you are sure to defeat.

Edris is just too TINY to want to take up a media or physical fight with OBJ.

Have you all forgotten out baba wiped off that former minister he considered a spy and threat to his 2nd term in office, or that other deltan man who had lots to say about oga's attrocities or the "gada general" who said even though Abacha jailed him, the late general was a good man. Omo make una dey follow history oh! Before una fall enter pit.

Eedris should better apologize to the "African Devil" if he really knows what is good for him.
CelebritiesRe: Eedris Abdulkareem Calls Obasanjo A ‘Mugu’ by acidtalk: 5:00pm On Sep 02, 2012
EEDRIS is the "main man" that turned the Nigeria Entertainment Industry around and made the local artiste now being appreciated and paid huge sums after his scuffle with 50cents (on board the plane) in the Start Mega Jamz concert. But that certainly gives him no reason to refer to OBJ as a mugu on a public social media.

A more appropriate thing like "the old frog with a pot belle and monkey face" would have been preferable instead of using the work MUGU on the mesiah of the Yoruba race.

https://www.nairaland.com/985128/fela-femi-falana-eedris-abdulkarim

When I started the above topic it was just to fight for those who I felt were "under appreciated in Nigeria" but Eedris coming out to call Obasanjo a mugu is not just a blatant bash to his already crippled career but also a political haunt and nonpatronage on his dead career.

Nigerians listen and listen good. Obasanjo is the 2nd most corrupt President after JONATHAN. But one fact still remains, he is the MOST CREATIVE and BEST Yoruba leader Nigeria will witness after Awolowo.

You Yoruba's don't yet know the worth of that man until when he is no more.

Obasanjo made the Minorities in Nigeria of today have a say, this man brought a certain level of development even though we know all those investment were all done in controversy and corruption.

OBJ like any other person isn't perfect but that man sure had a certain level of good intention for Nigeria.

But like PDP and other politicians, his greed took the better part of him.

Eedris you MUST come out to use that same twitter account to apologize to OBJ like Wizkid denied and apologized to Dbanj some few weeks back.

nanotechy: well, that's what happens in the face of tyranny. Seun made a grave mistake in trying to ban d garri guys in the first place. C what nl has become!
See without mincing words, I will say I will fall on the list of one of Seun and his moderators most hated member but that will never make me stoop low in wisdom and contribution by acting silly.

Please go through my threads and you will see severally topics I adviced Seun on how to improve on nairaland but yet got banned for.

They ban me for the slightest reasons but I try to even be more creative in contributing to this forum.

I feel so bad to see the level in which our generation (present generation) has detoriated. where people feel beingsty*pid is what is in vogue.

Garri has nothing to do with 99% of this post and it is chasing away mature members so why keep posting it.

I don't support Seun and his Mods on anything else, but certainly on this garri issue I am with him 101%.

I think In as much as I don't support Eedris insulting OBJ (my most favoured and loved Yoruba elder stateman). I think OBJ had always known the truth but too proud and ashamed to accept.

I started a thread on some certain individuals who deserved National Honors, few months later was when one of the recipients received a long awaited career upgrade and now this one coming up.

View the thread below.
