2. Obio Akpor Lga has native Ikweres as Majority, Migrant Igbos 2nd, general Ijaw 3rd, Efik Ibibio 4th.

3,Emohua LGA HAS Ikwere 1st majority and Ijaw residual population at Ogbakiri
4. Ikwere LGA has Ikwere as 1st majority and Igbos as 2nd
5. Etche has Etche as 1st majority and Igbo as second

Ijaw alone has 9 LGAS and the 9 lgas are strong pro Ijaw groups. Port Harcourt besides non natives has Ijaw as the largest group among the natives.. Port Harcourt city is an Obvious Ijaw enclave. Go to AGGREY road or club road or free town and speak Igbo and expect to be at home. Idiot. Port harcourt is not ELELNWO, OR OGBUNABALI OR ELEKAHIA OR OROGBUM. Port Harcourt is Port Harcourt and no Ijaw man goes to Ogbunabali or Elelnwo or Elekahia to claim right. Stop being a fool and leave Rivers state alone. The people love each other. justsmile: hi doc, based on this response of yours, i just want to be clear.... is it the vu.lva alone that should be washed? can inside the va.gina be washed with just water or should be left and only the vu.lva region be washed alone? cos i've heard so many opinions on this that have got me a bit confused. some say inside the va.gina can be washed with only water while others say it should not be washed at all,it is self cleansing. so pls can you get this cleared?! thanks.

But Doc can ulcer also cause persistent bloating,burping,belching,farting and the dry,scaly,gumy,sticky lips that i also experience?note this is even when the inside of my mouth has adequate saliva-just the lips are dry,scaly,gumy,sticky. The sensation is close to what i feel in my lips during harmattan season or when i just wake up in the morning.

-yes i do feel burning sensations in my abdomen and its worse before meals and when i take fried or spicy food.most times i feel relieved after defeacating.i suspect its ulcer because of the burning sensations but my worry is the dry lips and the belching.
-i brush twice a day: b4 breakfast and after dinner.i dont brush in the afternoon.
Doctors seem not to believe me when i narrate my story.i think they feel its psychological.

-my stomach is always troubled.when is not noisy,its rumbling
-my lips are always dry especially when am talking.this seems to make me to eject saliva when i talk.
-i belch noisily too often especially when i eat or drink anything
-i seem to have bad breath
the doctors say its ulcer but all the antibiotics i ve taken have not worked as the symptoms persisted.pls advise me on what to do.
