Exactly my point. i knew your were going to pick my mothers side as my heritage or maybe my country of birth lol . your really a kid and you above statement states why.
if you view more of my post you will realise ive always stated i take to my fathers side not only by choice but by law. i dont know of any country that a child is stated as being from that country because of birth. for you information im a national of the UK and my mothers from JA. that you dont know of any ikwerre man that married a foreigner is a shame and if you are ikwerre then your a great let down. one of my threads you put there was when i was going on holiday last year as ive always held a uk passport until last year. but can you explain or show all of us how that corresponds with me not being ikwerre ? Or is it that you want me to mention my fathers name here ? maybe you can meet me on skype an if you prove your ikwerre i can disclose this to you . im not here to brag on royalty or anything like that , i was not born into any royalty this all just happened few years back . you sound like another saddist truly

nawoah, all this dissing about tribes and cultures has any1 rememberd there r over 250 languages in nigeria ? every1 is talking his or her own like there tribe didnt break out from another tribe!! we may have all been taught that your tribe was there from ADAM and has always been there but common, thats culture an we pass these things down thru the ages even knowing this isnt the case. each tribe started sumwhere be it becuz of war, food, safety whatever the case was at the time . I personally im an ikwerre man hailing from PORT HARCOURT . Although im from a royal family as an ikwerre man i still see sence in realising that ikwerre broke from igbo. theres no two ways about it. every tribe conributes to todays nigeria. and for those that feal there tribe is superior to others im here to tell you - you have been misled by your own culture which is a shame.

Nna na wah oh!
You are the one that has poor comprehension ability. Now take a closer look at this quote.

Benamaisia said the Igbo nation were entirely within the South-East geopolitical zone, there was need for the Ijaw nation to have its own separate territory.
Entire: whole or complete, with nothing missing.

Meaning that Igbo nation is found only in the southeast. Now, tell me who lacks comprehension?

They should have rightly informed us that she was able to conceive after some sessions of fertility therapy. Why withold that vital information? Oyibos are proud to mention it. Why can't we? Remember that Celine Dion conceived through IVF. She was proud to announce it to the world. We all knew that Ajunwa is approaching the age of menopause. Fertility tends to decrease drastically in that age. Passing out the information will help some couples who are struggling to conceive, but have never heard of IVF. It will also add to the pockets of the fertility doctors. Thereby sharpening their skills in the process. Therefore, they should come forth with the full information.

PoliticsRe: Ijaw Rejects Six Zonal Structure by ACM10:
By the way, Ijaws are not united as they claim in newspapers. The former vice chancellor of Niger-Delta University, Yenogoa was an Ijawman from Delta State. These people fought this man because he's not from Bayelsa state. The man has to vacate the post for them.
In Bayelsa state, politicians fights bitterly on where to site federal and state projects. Alams sited Niger-Delta University in his hometown. He even wants to build an airport in his hometown. Not minding that his hometown does not have electricity and there is no access road to the town.
Bayelsa is one of the few states in Nigeria where nepotism trumps meritocracy. Those folks are stinking of corruption. I spit on their way of life.
lncest is not an abomination to them. That's why a man wants his nephew to sleep with him before he will give her money to pay for her school fees.
They are very lazy folks that loves easy life. Hard work is lost in the dictionary of most of them. They sit back and wonder why Igbos succeed. None of them has even bothered to learn the secrets of business success from Igbos. All they do is to envy Igbo success.
They claim that Igbos dominate them because Igbos occupy most of the retail shops on the streets of their capital. But they do not bother to find out the owners of the oil wells on their land. This is why I call them f00ls. For every N1 an Igboman makes in Ijawland, a northern politician makes N1million.
They choose Nigeria, yet they will always want Igboman to rescue them from their mess. All they do is to turn back to insult us. What an ungrateful bunch!
PoliticsRe: Ijaw Rejects Six Zonal Structure by ACM10:
asha 80: Benamaisia said the Igbo nation were entirely within the South-East geopolitical zone, there was need for the Ijaw nation to have its own separate territory.
Can't these retarrrrddss fight for their rights without poking Igbos? These people thought that we are in perpetual competition with them. Igbos have more important issues to occupy their time. We are not worried about people who cannot see beyond their nose.
The ranting of Ijaw ants hardly draw our attention. Igbos are not in the same league with them. They are simply our stup1id backyard neighbours.
No need to respond to ignoramus who handed their oil wells to abokis from desert, only to turn round to blame Igboman for their woes.
This eed1ot should know that Igbos are the majority in River and Delta state. So we aint bothered by the comment from a drunken misguided Ijawman.

you dumb boon. not everything is good about the aericans. the americans also inject steroids and other genetic modifiers into their animals. SHOULD WE DO THAT TOOhuh the other day i watched a documentary where towo Masaai gentlemen from Kenya went on a sponsored visit to the states. being herdsmen, they dont like to consume beaf, so they went in search of goats. they met a farmer over there who said he had goats to sell. the Masaai herdsmen then went to inspect these american goats. they were extremely tiny and as soon as one made a loud noise, the goatswould becme scared. now heres the interesting bit: when thegoats became scared, all their muscles tightened up and they completely got paralysed and they would fall aside like a rigid cardboard. this was the case with all thegoats. even a small clap could result in such a strange phenomena. Now, the Masaai were surprised and asked the american farmer, why was this. as soon as the farmer said , it is because he injected dsome kind of fatenning agent into them ad these were the side effects., The Masaai packed up and left. they didnt want to even touch that goat because they were scared they too might be infected.
its the same even with he kfc chicken you buy from outlets. it is packed with steroids. no wonder the chicken leg pieces are extremely huge and fat. the chicken in these farms are all of a deformed sort.

Sealeddeal: I do not see any reason behind this argument of ikwerre being igbos or not.anybody can decide to be what he/she wants to be.Ikwerres are looking for recognition as a separate entity.ofcourse,no one can change that afterall, they have been recognised by 1979 constitution.they will remain on their own.but the fact is that,Yorubas at Benin republic are not less Yoruba.Igbo people should bend down and work to liberate themselves from self slavery.one thing,i know,as an igbo man from eastern nigeria is that i am not afraid to go to any part of east of the niger.whether its Ijaw,Urhobo,Igbo,Efik,Itsekiri,i dont care.No matter what the disagreement is between one of these tribes, they still love themselves and can work together now than before to achieve a common good.
Who told you that it is the will of Ikwerre people to stay as separate entity/tribe? Did you conduct any referendum to back up your claim? Why should encourage us to believe the careless statements from few misguided elements? Get out if you got nothing to say.

GTFOH.
Remember that English is a foreign language to me. My primary language is Igbo. So I will be bothered/ashamed if my written Igbo is poor. My primary aim here is to communicate. So I'm glad that you got the message. Moreover, we are not in English class. Feel free to correct me. Fluency in English is not related to intelligence or brilliance.

What we are debating here is an issue that can have a wide reaching consequences in the future. Any decision taken today by us determines if we or our children lives in peace and harmony in the land of our birth. You can take you English lesson to education section. Just like I remarked before, this is a ploy aimed at land-grab. We have seen the Fulanis play this game in Jos. So we can't be f00l in this information age. We discarded some aspect of our culture to adapt our lives to the modern age. Why can't they?

So you lack an indepth analytical power to comment on this serious issue. Cool off for a while at Romance section. Better still, grab some copies of history of Fulani cattle nomads in Nigeria before you'll qualify to comment here. You can play the role of a casual observer if you can't stay off this thread.

Thank you! The bolded wise saying of our people is in stark contrast to your position on the issue of land right and settlement of Fulani nomads. Going by your quote, you acknowledged that the Fulanis are strangers in other parts of Nigeria especially the south. So, why should fulani strangers demand for land right outside their aborignal land? Why can't they rent/buy the grazing land from the indigenes? Your position at times on Fulani issues on this forum is a sharp departure from common sense. I know that your are biased towards Hausa/Fulanis, but, wont you try to be objective for once?

A huge population of Ikwerre men also has Abia and Imo women as wives and there was no language barrier.
Talking of Opobo people. I met a young lady at Bori, Ogoniland in 2007. She sells roasted ripe plantain and roasted fish by the roadside. Roasted ripe plantain and fish is one my favourite delicacy(My friend wasn't amused to eat any delicacy sold by the roadside).
The young lady was discussing freely with us in Igbo while she prepares takeaway for us. My friends asked her where she's from; she responded "Opobo". I asked her whether she learnt Igbo by interacting with Igbos or whether Igbo is their primary language. She told me that igbo is their primary language. I was amazed! I haven't travelled much to southern Nigeria, but the more I travel the more I learns that the Igbo shadows extends far and wide.

PoliticsRe: ACN Explores Partnership With US Democratic Party by ACM10: 3:54pm On Sep 08, 2012
you seem to be angry and your consistency for resorting to insults when having a civil discussion with someone are the two primary reasons i feel you're not emotionally ready to have this discussion. I had not intention to rile anger in you by stating the illegality of a partnership with foreign parties. If the ANC wants to go to the democrats and learn that's not a partnership, it's a tutelage and once the democrats begin gaining from the ANC, in other words establishing tutelage, it's a felony.

i'm speaking on the subject at hand. It was called a partnership, a partnership which is classified by mutual benefit, is a felony in the US with a foreign political entity. If it's tutelage and the ANC wants to go and learn from the democrats, that's not a partnership and shouldn't be called so. Words are taken very seriously in US law and this article because of it's language is slandering the Democratic party by saying it's preparing to commit a felony (partnership)

This is my last attempt at clarifying any confusion that may be abound. Whether it fails or succeeds my taste for this debate as weened and agreeing to disagree is the most adult thing either of us can do.
It seems like you are new to the antics of that fool called Eko ile. You can never have any civil debate with him. Can't you see that he has slyly labelled you "an Igbo posting from a cybercafe in Aba"? These folks thrives on tribalism and partisanship, and that is the cardinal reason why the so-called "partnership" can never work. Any folk who tells them the truth is automatically labelled an Igbo. Moreover, he and his ilk debates with so much emotion on any issue that concerns Tinubu. Just like u've just remarked, they suffers from inferiority complex disease.

Come to think of it. Do you think that those two past democratic governors are ignorant of American laws? Sir, they knew about all these limitations.
But remember that these folks have been working as lobbysts for sometimes with little success. So they are happy that they've landed a kill with gullible Africans. Every party official in US knows that going into a partnership with a foreign party is an offence that is close to treasonable felony. US guards their democracy jealously and wouldn't want it to be influenced in any way by foreign power. And you think that those former governors are not aware that those laws exist?
PoliticsRe: ACN Explores Partnership With US Democratic Party by ACM10: 3:14pm On Sep 08, 2012
ACN is free to add to the burgeoning pockets of Americans. But I want to remind their gullible followers that it cannot work! ACN is a tribal party, while democratic party is a national party. ACN is filled with partisan leaders at their helm to the extent that bipartisanship is lost in their dictionary. When those Democrats learns about the toxic atmosphere of Yoruba politics, they will fled to US with the cool cash they separated from their magas resting in their banks.

I was at Yenogoa early this week on a working visit. I was actually invited by a colleague to participate in a procedure. I spent 24hrs at Yenogoa. I was in a hurry to get back to Enugu in time that I rejected all their offers for refreshment. It was when I was waiting to board a bus to Enugu that I noticed how hungry I am. I have to dash to the nearest restaurant. Inside the restaurant, I met 3 ladies who seems to be in their late 20s and early 30s. Since I was unsure if they are Igbos. I opened a conversation with them in English, they responded with pidgin English. I later settled to gulp down their well-prepared delicacy of Akpu and Onugbu soup. While I was eating, those ladies were chatting with an Anambra-type of Igbo dialect. I interjected by remarking that I thought that they were Ijaws. I proceeded to ask which part of Anambra they came from. To my utmost surprise, they told me that the are from River State. So I inquired further by asking them about which place in River State is an Igbo-speaking area. They proudly responded with "Ikwerre". I was so amazed to say the least. The lies I get here from Alj harem, Dayokanu, etc is that there is no Igbo speaking part of River State. There are many Igbo speaking parts, from Ahaoda, Elele, Mbiama, etc. I asked the ladies "why do Ikwerres deny their Igboness?" They responded by telling me that they feel so ashamed by the action of their elder who denies such.
I was also amazed by the way the residents of Yenogoa speaks Igbo as if it was their lingua franca.

I advise you to visit your nearest hospital for proper examination and investigation done under supervision of a doctor. Lab scientist is not a doctor. He/She can only do investigation under the direction of a doctor. Only a doctor can order for an investigation.
Secondly, only a doctor is authorised to prescribe drugs. It's unethical for a pharmacist to usurp this role. Pharmacist dispense drugs.
Once again, visit your nearest hospital for a doctor to take a closer look.

That's why this whole Niger-Delta/ south-south thing pisses me off!!!! People out there think d Niger-Deltans r a people! No, they are not!!

#The displaced people of Bakassi have been abandoned by d FG!! It's so unfair! No proper re-settlement wot so ever!!
This shows that their is no unity and brotherliness in ND. That's why I laugh when people talk about Niger-Delta Republic. Such concept does not exist and can never exist. Niger-Deltans should know that their interest will not and can never be protected in Nigeria. The fact that Nigeria can give away large chunk of their territory to another country without due consultation to the indigenes shows that their dignity is on par with that of tissue paper.

Everyone is fighting to give Obama a full-throated endorsement because they wants to be repaid in kind in 2016. It's a political suicide for a democrat to ignore Obama's supporters and donors.
