Anybody that wants to sell you anything regarding seo is a scammer, there is no trick to it. Learn onpage seo and off page seo, you can learn these via youtube or Google. And it takes 4-6 months maybe more for google to notice you and start ranking your website. There is what we called google sandbox period. Google it and see if your site is still in that stage.

If you sabi how to build backlinks, it will be a bonus to rank more faster on Google.

Your only grace if your money articles are not ranking on google is to run a facebook ads targetting the countries that buy like madt on amazon or learn pinterest. Pinterest is another free goldmine if you sabi how to make use of them

One way to go about it is getting the product from the seller and reviewing it before the product is released. That way, you rank no. 1 on Google for the product. Don't just enter a product after launch, you'll be wasting your time. Review the product on your site (I prefer Medium) before launch. I paid big for this info but giving it out for free. Make sure you use it.

Nigerians sha, just drop the answer, must they chat you up before you drop the answer.

For an affiliate marketer, pls focus on SEO and social media adverts (especially Facebook). But ensure you target the right people and also let your content convince them of buying the product(s) you wish to sell to them.

I created an Amazon affiliate blog in April through the help of a nairalander.. The traffic is just too low and no sales yet. Amazon have sent me an email to make a sale before 180 days. Though i made use of an SEO site called seoclerk dot com for backlinking but I'm yet to see any improvement.

I came across a YouTube video documentary where a pharmacist who claimed to own Alternative Medicine Hospital, Abuja said his facilities provided herbal products that can handle different ailments ranging from HIV, corona virus,tuberculosis, renal disease etc over a period of time and the patient gets better and some of his products have gone through various clinical trials and he's been recognised by WHO

I called the man from the contact he dropped over my friend who had kidney disease and he said he can ship the drugs to my location and the cost of everything is about 150k+.
I really want to verify the authenticity of the hospital or its medication before parting with such fund.

I see your interest and eagerness on selling digitally.

Its advisable to have a website with only one Niche, Note : i didnt say "product"

Niche is the field / Sector you want to invest in.

You can have only one Niche with so many products on your site. For instances, your Niche might be "I.T." its one Niche but you can sell so many I.T. products on the website.

You cant be selling Clothing / Fashion on your website and also add Laptop sales. They are not related, two different Niche. Its not professional.

When you have 2-3 different Niches on one website, its difficult for Google to index your website and optimise it for search engines.

The best way is to have a single Niche with many products on a site.

My friend was diagnosed of Chronic kidney disease and he's been dialyzed thrice. The second dialysis results was good because the urea and creatinine level was slightly higher but when the third one was done..The urea and creatinine level shot up incredibly. My take was the third one wasn't properly done because he said it took hours before they could get his veins so they opted for his hands instead of thighs.
My question is : Are there alternatives like herbal remedies or drugs that he can take to flush out and reduce the urea and creatinine level at a fair cost? He has spent over 400k and is financially handicapped. The doctor recommended another session of 6 dialysis with a neck line therapy which will cost over 500k.
