The mystery of The Wisconsin Giants

Was this some sort of prank, a hoax played by local farm boys or a demented taxidermist for fun and the attention of the press? The answer is no.

The Lake Delavan find of May 1912 was only one of the dozens and dozens of similar finds that were reported in local newspapers from 1851 forward to the present day. It was not even the first set of giant skeletons found in Wisconsin.

On 10 August 1891, the New York Times reported that scientists from the Smithsonian Institution had discovered several large “pyramidal monuments” on Lake Mills, near Madison, Wisconsin. “Madison was in ancient days the center of a teeming population numbering not less than 200,000,” the Times said. The excavators found an elaborate system of defensive works which they named Fort Aztalan.

It's not reasonable to consider a book with thousands of contradictions and errors a "good reference point".

Even for research purposes, such sources aren't taken seriously.

A good reference point in this case would be books of history written by the Egyptians themselves, especially those pagans among them, or by African authors who are pan-Africanists and passionate about true African history.

For instance, if you want to learn a true history of the Yorubas or any monuments in Yorubaland, your best sources are those old Yoruba men and women that engage in traditional religions, not Yoruba Christians and Muslims.
.

Can you point out the errors

How would an advanced generation go extinct? Without any signs of their existence, at all? No technological tools that explain what they did left behind?

Nobody really knows how the blocks were made and moved to create the pyramids. But it's interesting to see those large statues of the pharaohs. Who sculpted them in the middle of the desert?

There are evidences, videos of ancient underwater cities near Peru, 12 - 15 feet tall skeletons of people. Skeletons of giant animals, I watched a documentary on it a while ago

Quote a proper study/research not a story telling documentary.
Have you seen it? It is research

In the past children were sprayed with ddt it was correct science then.
How about the thalidomide scandal, hundreds of children were born with birth defects. Science was wrong again.

I hope you know policies are meant to be changed, just like paliarments in every country change their laws year in year out.

Going by what you are saying, they should have allowed the whole world to keep dying rather than approve a vaccine under an emergency policy to accommodate it.

Do you also understand that science has leapt a long distance forward since polio days?

You want to site a link you are siting Christianity dailies for me, now I know where your challenge lies.
.

Note, more people died this year after the vaccine rollout than last year.

It is a VIRUS, not a bacteria nor fungi, Viruses are so weird you will think they have brains, when you attack a virus, it will learn from it will learn and build and strengthen it's own weakness and keep fighting and multiplying at a geometric progression.

Was Arteta Vaccinated at any point? I do not think so because he never mentioned if he was vaccinated or not.

Being vaccinated doesn't mean you should go around licking hand rails and sucking out saliva out of people's mouth. The vaccine gives you a good fighting chance against the virus, that's the whole point of all vaccines, vacvines are not for cures, they are for prevention from severe symptoms.
So what about the millions that recovered without taking the vaccines
Doctors are raising alarm that the covid vaccines are attacking the receptors in the body that protect against cancer.
Why is public debate about other treatments censored on all platforms
If the vaccines boost the immune system, why not encourage other natural things that also boost immunity.
People are complaining of increase in stillbirths, miscarriages and babies born with birth defects after covid vaccination
These all need to be answered truthfully.

Funny how people want to use "grace of God" to fight a virus when God has already given some people the Knowlege and Wisdom to make a vaccine that can go round to reach both believers and non-believers.

Lol. And what exactly is this "purely" British curriculum you're talking about? Are the teachers all British? Are the students all children of expats?

It's honestly shocking that you proudly claim that the school's wards are exempt from our WAEC?

If your claim of a purely British curriculum is true, then do you mean we have a school in Naija that won't teach Nigerian history or any of our indigenous languages? Would you be happy to say that?

If all these is true, then you have a slave's mentality!

I wouldn't blame you. I'll blame the education ministry for not doing their work.
.

I don't have a slave mentality, it depends on what you want. If my child wants to be a fashion designer, I will send him to the best fashion school I can afford, if he wants to be a doctor, the best medical school I can afford. Prices in Nigeria are overrated, but people's priorities are also different that is why you will find people renting a house for 5m when they buy a piece of land and build a house for less. It is the value you place on things.

Lol. Add to my headache? I was far more educated than 99% of these children when I was their age... even when there was no internet then.

You really have no idea how to argue logically. I attacked a major weakness of the claim that higher school fees necessarily translates to a better quality of education. And your rebuttal ( which hardly qualifies as one) simply restates the said claim.

The problem is that Nigerians lack critical thinking skills. We can't make a simple cost benefit analysis and come to the conclusion that we need to demand for our rights to quality education and equal opportunity.
I repeat, it is not a Nigerian school. It runs a purely British curriculum and the students don't write common entrance, they take igcse and they are accredited by several British educational bodies. It is an alternative for expatriates who want a British education for their children while they are in Nigeria.

Gullible parents. These people forget that no matter how posh the school claims to be, it still has to look to the pool of useless nigerian teachers for employees
It doesn't matter that you pay 10 billion per day. Your child is still gonna be taught by poorly educated Nigerian teachers. Your child is still not gonna know the history of Nigeria or understand basic Newtonian mechanics or have a good knowledge of the Constitution and the structure of a democratic government or be taught evolution.

So, pay as much as you may, your child is just as dense or as smart or as knowledgeable as the rest.
let me add to your headache

http://www.aislagos.org/uploaded/photos/Library_Pics/Admission_Documents/Fee_Schedule.pdf
This school pays $25,000 per annum

If you can afford it, why not? If you can't, send your child to the best you can afford. You see a lot of gorgeously dressed people who would rather spend all their money on clothes and wigs rather than give their children the best they can afford.

Sometimes, one wonders why some people spend like crazy, knowing full well that there are hungry children in the streets roaming about naked.

The school is a British school meant for people who can not afford to send their children abroad. And it runs a purely British curriculum. The fees is mostly paid by the companies the parents work for.The fees where formerly paid in dollars.

This is very preposterous ! That Igbo man should sue their bombom. As a lawyer, he should be able to convince the judge provided it is also not another northerner that he will be appearing before.

This was not an appointment, all the Executive directors are still going to be sacked. In the civil service, if you resume an hour before me, then you are the senior. That's just how it works.
