Why do I feel your agent has something to do with this.....btw what kind of visa is this kaze4blues: I made application for visa. The embassy gave me 24hours deadline to provide all the secondary documents.
However, I don't have most of these documents in place. Morealso, they sent me mail today being Sunday. Before I get all the documents, the 24hours would have lapsed by tomorrow morning.
Now the agent handling my application is threatening me that if I don't provide the secondary documents, they will place a visa ban on me.
This is why I am confused.
I want to know whether they can actually place visa ban on me for not providing documents or they will just not proceed with my application.
Do they actually give 24hours deadline for submission of all documents or there is something fishy I need to be wary of?
Your response will be appreciated. |

I used CamScanner (Got mine from iOS) and I’m post AOR Queenmaker: Hello, good people. Please permit me to ask a silly question. For scanning documents and uploading them, in the creation of express entry profile for example, would it be suitable to use mobile scanning apps like Adobe scan? Or must I do it at a business centre? Has anyone successfully used any phone app to scan documents for Canadian immigration process? |

WES clearly stated transcripts are to be sent directly from the school therefore I think it’s best you ignore that opportunity and save up for posting to WES from the different institutions. profeddor15: Good evening house, please I need your encouragement on this issue. If I'm opportune to get transcript from different institution and want to send it to Wes altogether without sending them differently, will it be acceptable by Wes?. Thanks for your kind response in anticipation. |

As he’s not your sibling why claim he is.....that’s a lie and misrepresentation and hope you know the effect of that Anyway just put him under your husband as he is his sibling and the sibling point will be added to your CRS baberedefined: Please I want to find out. I'm the primary applicant but my husband has a sibling in Canada. Do I add that he is my sibling in my express entry profile or I should only add it for my husband's section as he is coming with me. Will it count for us if it's only my husband's section that has a sibling in Canada? |

I think they’re your half siblings not step abi Uchboggy: but how is that possible? For instance my mum had me out of wedlock and then went ahead to get married and had other children, how would my mum and my dad still be together when she is now married to the father of my step siblings? |

Thanks for this link Transformium: Hi, Read your post again. I actually thought your step dad and mum are still legally married. CIC only considers your step brother or step sister your siblings if your parents are married or in a common law relationship.
Check Siblings in the link below; http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/glossary.asp#s
I hope this helps.

Please house advise me....can I include my half sister (we share same Mum) half siblings (they share the same father with my half sister)as family members under step brother and step sisters Their dad and my mum (and my half sister is the outcome of the union) were once married and we are more like siblings because they visit our house and spend time with us I hope including them in the application won’t cause any issue as I may likely sponsor them in the future |

That’s not true.....it’s after ITA.... see a clause that comes with every ITA mail NOTE: If you had a birthday since we sent you this invitation, and the change to your age decreases your points total, this will not cause us to refuse your application for permanent residence. Eraytee: ok clear, age is locked in after AOR. |
