For you to even get the certificate, it is mandated you apply to the school asking for replacement or what have you, pay a sum for its replacement, a token of $26 to the authority, which Tinubu in all fairness didn't do. Meaning it is the school authority that will still do it, only the vendor has access to the school data base on request. Not they will just enter their computer and produce certificate for people. If it is what you people are thinking, it would open room for those that didn't even go to school seek to get the certificate from the vendor as the vendor will want to make more money. The vendor has no sole right to certificate, except through the school authority. I hope you're now informed.
