Now base on my knowledge on this PPP,let me tell u wat l observe,primary health care especially are non-profit asset of gvt,that is from card a patient receive at the record unit,to vitals,to Dr's consultation,to Lab test and pharmacy are already subsidized by gvt that what u get there is lesser than wat u can see in any hospital cos its the closest to the ppl.
Its possible a patient spend just 5k for the entirety of medical treatment(with test n drug inclusive) unlike any other hospitals,dnt let me go to private hospital now.

Now tell me which private company will want to run its business on a no profit arrangement?.
Has there ever been any?

From this simple fact u can guess why those private companies are there n why they even av to push on the authority of the chairman the gvt health workers aside which is nt good.

If there must be PPP,can't PPP av their own building?
One thing l want us to know is,its the same health workers that private companies that av good service delivery uses that are employed in gvt hospital too.they had the same training,if those gvt health workers are nt evn better BUT...

1) Lack Good basic instruments of healthcare to use
2) Lagos primary healthcare might be the biggest n most developed in Nigeria but Lack Motivation(frm wat l learnt oyo state gvt paid 13th month salary to her workers last year,Lagos didnt despite Lagos having more resources that over tenth that of oyo).
Health workers salary in Lagos is one of the lowest compared to that of oyo state n Ogun(I work in one of these two states) state due to inability to upgrade CONHESS of Lagos health workers for years,its the reason l guess they want to strike few weeks ago.
3)Proper monitoring of staffs n resources and sense of accountability to deliver instill more to workers is needed.
