It is a pity that nowadays many people has lot of things to do but they don't have money to do it.

Now since the author of Isaiah and 2 Kings are not the same, then we expect Isaiah 37 and 2 Kings 19 to be very much not similar but in reality it is word for word, Check below:

How come they wrote exactly the same thing in just one chapter?
