Former Abia State Governor, Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu, has expressed optimism that the current campaign for an Igbo to be the country's president in 2015 will get the support of South-West.

Kalu, who is presently rally support for an Igbo presidency in 2015, said in a statement recently that denying the Igbo a chance to be the next president would amount to injustice, which he knows the Yoruba would not support.
While extolling the virtues of the South-West, kalu said, 'Give it to the Yorubas. They always raise personalities against injustice', that it did not start with the late Gani fawehinmi and Prof. Wole soyinka, Mrs funmilayo Ransome kuti was ready to confront colonialism with bare hands.
