Politics / Re: Amaechi’s Camp Has Video Of Fraud-free Governors’ Forum Election by adexway(m): 10:23pm On May 25, 2013
The more opposition (quality opposition at that) we can cook up ahead of 2015, the better for our country and the citizenry. If there's one thing I'd love, it's gonna be a change of leadership at the centre. My worry however is whether we can muscle the kind of opposition that can improve the lives of our people.

Politics / Re: Okorocha Launches Youth Empowerment Programme by adexway(m): 10:15pm On May 23, 2013
Onyegecha: ''I don't know from the planet you exist but to the very best of my knowledge, you are not part of us cause you are clueless or else you will not be attempt to make yourself relevant when you are irrelevant cause your point were all pointless. People like you are the enemy of progress and will never see anything good coming up from someone who has choose to flush out hoodlums like you out of that wonderful state called Imo state. Your intention of deluding pure and innocent minds with fictitious and frivolous statement is a flop like that of a drop of bag of pure water on the floor.

Let me quickly state here for those who does not know the positive impact Rochas Okorocha has made in Imo State, He has virtually turned most of the rural areas in Imo State to township by setting up basic amenities such as construction of roads, underground drainage system and pipe born water and as I talk to you now, those project are ongoing project in various communities in Imo state. He has made an impact in Imo states that can NEVER be erased by any form of cheap propaganda. Rochas Okoro has been the only exiting Governor in Imo state that could be aggregated of similar proximity with Late. Hon. MBAKWE (the weeping governor). We should learn to encourage and advocate for those who has the interest of our mother land at heart.''

My dear, stop attempting to mislead people with blatant and wicked lies. Which part of Imo state are you talking about? You guys should stop comparing Rochas with Mbakwe before the latter stirs in anger and gives all of you and your chief of deceit some dirty slaps from the other world. Show me one single public tap that works in Imo state. Where is the underground drainage? Cheap propaganda has never saved anybody and will not save Rochas.
you na learner? No be the same imo state governor, rochas? You've got to be joking
Politics / Re: Okorocha Launches Youth Empowerment Programme by adexway(m): 12:06pm On May 22, 2013
Dont be fooled by the said Youth Must Work initiative of Rochas. It's another scam and propaganda of his administration. I'm serving in imo state and the said 10000 youths gathered at heroes square are youth corps members in the state who are not deceived as the governor intended. To imagine that he is not paying corps members in his state and conditioned them to meeting with their community leaders, who by the way are mere illusions, then you'll understand that asking youths to submit c.v in a state where there're no companies and industries save for hotels, brothels, night clubs, joints, and bars, and banks, is another propaganda. I know better because i'm living and serving there at the moment. If you dont come to the east, you'll be carried away by his sweet talks. Rochas is a SCAM!

Politics / Re: State Of Emergency Declared In Borno, Yobe and Adamawa by adexway(m): 6:36am On May 15, 2013
The decision is obviously long over due. Cant wait to see the reactions of the northern leaders; they're always pathetic and predictable- noise and violence.
Politics / Re: Rochas Okorocha Sustains Head Injury In Road Accident by adexway(m): 7:36am On Apr 20, 2013
Thank GOD his health is stable. Minor scratch? That's fair enough. But why all this love for this man you guys dont know? Ask anyone who lives in that state, but isn't an indigene how well he's fairing and you'll know better. I've been in imo state for 10 months now on youth service and there's nothing significant to point to as a change. Just the political brain-washing and endless media propaganda. He's another average governor. Ask imo corps members, they will tell you better.
Religion / Re: Big-Bang Theory Doesn't Make Enough Sense by adexway(m): 1:13pm On Apr 19, 2013
I dont know the use of arguments and the unending search for proof especially when the mind is so made up. We all believe but our beliefs, world views and understanding of our world differ. The best is to hold unto what you belief no matter how dumb it may appear to the 'enlightened' mind. At that point you owe no one any explanation for the consequency of your actions and inactions. If you dont agree with my submission, then I let you be. Your logic dont explain life to moi neither does it dissuade me from my belief.
Politics / Re: Our Case Against Leadership Newspaper – Abati by adexway(m): 3:32pm On Apr 11, 2013
Did you just utter that gibberish? What do you mean by "Now he's the mouthpiece of the same people who makes the life of Nigerians more difficult"? Perhaps you were refering to Fashola and Tinubu who may be making "the life of (Lagosians) more difficult" (according to you)

In case you were refering to the govt of GEJ, I'm sorry you'r WRONG. Besides the increment of fuel price, which was by the way, inevitable, your comment is BASELESS and SENSELESS. About the fuel price increase, that was inevitable as it would HAPPEN over and over again, except crude oil price comes down. As long as crude oil price is increasing, ANY govt in power will inevitably increase fuel price. The reason is, fuel is a commodity, like any other commodity.

Beside the fuel price increase, I dont see how the following has "made life more difficult for Nigerians":
- revival of the rail transport system
- YOUWIN
- graduate internship scheme
- SURE-P women and youth empowerment scheme that employs 5,000 unskilled persons per state and pay them monthly stipends for 5hrs per weekdays work.
- Airport remodelling and Aviation reforms
- Building of cargo Airports
- Construction of Almajiri schools
- Massive road rehabilitation, re-construction and construction
- Agric reforms including new ways of distributing fertilizers and farm inputs that ensure farmers receive subsidized farm inputs DIRECTLY
- Ongoing power reforms and privatisation
- Creation of 12 new federal universities
- Increased funding for federal and select state higher institutions
- Rehabilitation of federal unity colleges
- Local content law in oil and gas
- Empowering local contractors by giving them every contract worth N5billion and below
- Credible elections
Etc,etc

If anything, ALL of the above, are and will make life better for Nigerians.

Guy, are you a learner? I'm so sure your socio-economic lifestyle doesn't reflect your claims above.
Politics / Re: Fashola: Centenary Celebration Uncalled For, Wrong by adexway(m): 11:49am On Feb 20, 2013
What's the proposed celebration for- that we were forced into 'marriage' for selfish reasons or that the amalgamation has profited nigerians? Dont be misled, whether fashola opposes it or not, a vast majority of nigerians do. Let the site moderator place conduct a vox pop on this platform to determine how many are in support of the celebration. It's all about a misplaced focus.
Politics / Re: The Hypocrisy Of Yesterday’s Men, By Reuben Abati by adexway(m): 11:38am On Feb 03, 2013
Good write up from abati. True to his words there are lot and lot of yesterday men and women around who take politics as a life contract for themselves and their generations. Howbeit, one can't shy away from the fact that this GEJ led administration is weak and largely bereft of ideas. We are today people and we see and understand the problems of this administration, which in itself includes the presidency. If an armed robber holds a gun to your face and cant use it, you can teach him. Jonathan has got the power but he's too cowed to use it.
Politics / Re: Boko Haram Demands N26bn From FG, Borno Government by adexway(m): 11:18am On Feb 02, 2013
26billion? No reasonable government around the world enters into a negotiation with a terrorist group. Negotiation is an act of compromise which will only fortify the mindset of these criminals. The 26billion will go a long way to better equip our military to combat this scourge called terrorism. Negotiation of any sort will only sink the country, no doubt. Boko haram came to live after the amnesty programme of the previous administration. If this money is paid, then a new terrorist group will someday require us to vacate the country for them.

How else should people show their anger for a man that was overwhelmingly voted for and as such rode on the wheels of his popularity among is people only to give them unpopular and insensitive policies. Which among you will your children ask for bread and will give him stone?- GEJ. The office of the president has been brought to disrepute by the very head thereof, so, I'm sorry for joe o. And for God's sake we were all here when a musician released an album in yoruba branding ex president 'ole'. At least obj will be remembered for telecom improvement, GEJ for subsidy removal and nothing else.

Romance / Re: Why Would A Man Leave His Woman After A Long Relationship? by adexway(m): 4:58pm On Aug 08, 2008
What if the man entered the realationship with the wrong motive? The only thing that has been consistent or constant in life is changes. If the woman changes over time, the man get bored of being used to the same thing.
Not actually ideal. but it happens. Knowing the what you need in a realationship could also be very helpful. And differentiating between fantancy and reality is important. She might not be more than dreams, a wishful dream for that matter. Be head leveled getting into any realationship.  lipsrsealed

Fashion / Re: At What Age Do Men Stop Dressing Like Boys? by adexway(m): 9:21am On Apr 26, 2006
Funny though but I think at the age he starts getting matured in thoughts and actions; thinking less of himself and thinking more of others (this is indirectly thinking of himself; he tries to say what will ***** say if I dress this shabby?); at the age he starts carrying responsibilities; at the age his ego puffs him to say "I can care for myself.
That's my thought. wink
Health / Re: Can You Take An HIV Test? by adexway(m): 11:02am On Apr 25, 2006
Hmm grin,
With all my heart, I will like to often, an interval of three months, go for HIV test. The first time I had one was following a severe illness and knowing too well my games though not reckless, I opted for one. Thanks to Jah, I didn't come out positive.
Since then I have advice youths like me to go for test. Knowing your status direct your focus for your life. It doesn't really means a death sentence but a reshapening of life, focus and target. wink

Family / Re: What Are Your Views On Divorce? by adexway(m): 1:30pm On Mar 16, 2006
Divorce?
Too ugly to think of.
Is it the consequences- to the parents, then basically to the CHILDREN.
I don't pray or wish for one even when all isn't getting fine.
It's better you wait patiently before going into marriage if for the sake of the children you gonna have.

Romance / Re: You Saw Her Through Her Education Now She Elopes With Another Man! by adexway(m): 12:50pm On Mar 16, 2006
I have learnt to cope with disappointment after I was jilted. Of a true it makes things more difficult. i don't really think its worth such devotion and sacrifice like sponsoring a girls education. Show you care but always live the reality that she might live. That should be 75% behind your mind in whatever you do to her. People can really betray your trust in them. They can flop. And a lady, forget it. I don't think i can really trust any or be 65% devoted to a relationship.
When it's time to marry, I will have a rethink.

Politics / Re: Nine Oil Workers Kidnapped In Niger Delta by adexway(m): 3:20pm On Feb 19, 2006
Whenever I'm opportuned to comment on all these Nigeria palava and problems, I do say it clear that dialogue don't work. Either you agree or not, it doesn't help matters. The only thing that works is if the government be reasonable and listen to the aggitation of these people.
Have we short memories to forget the evils done by these oil workers. the simple point is this, they get rich at the expence of the oil dwellers. It is not just fair. Let's hope the incessant kidnap will make the government realise what these guys want.
Politics / Re: 16 Killed In Nigerian Cartoons Riots by adexway(m): 3:08pm On Feb 19, 2006
Forgive me but most northerners are uncultured and uncivilised. For God sake, can't prophet Mohammed fight his cause, and can't God fight for himself? Don't think I blaspheme. Can we actually fight for God? I think He the supreme one always fight for us and protect our interest. Then why won't he fight for himself when mean men speak against his will or that of his esteemed prophet.
I do wish the northerners will get some sence into their head and know that life is not about dying for a course we so much believe in. It's about you living for what you believe. How do we get disciples when we go on a suicide attempt?
I beg make dem go learn and not hold extreem views. Have thier never being drawing or painting of other religious leaders? Let's be objective for once.

Sports / Re: Boro 3 - Chelsea 0: More To Come by adexway(m): 2:55pm On Feb 19, 2006
Even if Chelsea goes ahead to win this season's premiership it doesn't take the fact that their are some club they will respect so well. My club (Manchester United) - for being a good spoiler. Chalton for being a torn in their flesh. Boro -for pulling weight and making them bow, bow in a bad way. Machester City, for being stronger than the assumed strongest.
No hard feelings, chelsea fans.
