It has its pros and cons, some women suffer absolutely painful periods, while suffer some bearable pains while some don't even get cramps at all. A lot of women would use this leave as an excuse to skip work eve though they don't have painful periods. There's no way one can verify the authenticity of claims of debilitating pains during periods, so it's best to just leave things as they are. We have been surviving since and we'd continue to survive. Highest, a woman can call in sick if she's not fit enough to get to work if she's in so much pains. |
