In 2011, 1,281,688 people voted for Jonathan.

427,203 voted for ACN while 189,983 voted for CPC.

Combine ACN and CPC votes, they won't be upto half PDP votes!

Believe me those PDP votes were mostly from non-Yorubas.
Yorubas voted majorly for ACN and those who felt betrayed by Tinubu's last minute romance with GEJ, boycotted the election.

Note am not saying they didn't vote for PDP, rather more than 75percent of PDP votes in lagos state came frm non-Yorubas.

The very thought that non Yorubas in Lagos won't do anything else but vote PDP is annoying. That is some profound simplification of some complex dynamics. Even the ardent supporters of GEJ are a little cooled down in terms of enthusiasm for the candidate. What is driving most of the support now is the Islamo-phobia and Northo-phobia of most people southern Nigeilrians developed over the years.No serious person actually thinks Jonathan is endowed with qualities of good President. If the country evolved to put a SS president in office that same country can evolve objective criteria to rate his performance and vote him out of office. A sword cuts both ways.

Edo State is very anti Jonathan. What is wrong with people?. The elders dont like him the young dont like him. PDP has shady characters who invaded the assembly . Jonathan is a light weight politician people forget that because he is president by accident. 8 years ago, Amaechi was more established in politics than him. Edo is a core progressive state. Ondo and Ekiti are not and were never PDP. Tinubu and ACN gifted the state to Jonathan in a deal to deny Buhari but that deal is expired. The way people are crediting stuff to this simpleton of a president that he could not have delivered is still amazing me and will get everybody into trouble. Who is Jonathan?

You might need to ask God's forgiveness for this kind of thinking. My attitude also when I was not sure about it was was to ask myself what the risk of being wrong was and the girls were actually kidnapped. The risk is human life and that is the ultimate. The CDS, president himself and foreign observers have confirmed likely locations where the girls may have been kept.

SW, NE, NW gave him about 7.8 million votes, even if he manages 4 million from there that gives him 15 million.
The North Central will give him the win, that is if he wins there which he probably will, say he gets 2.5 million instead of d 3.1m he got in 2011, that keeps him at 17.5 million votes. That's 4.5 million short of his 22 millionmillion votes in 2011. Let's dash buhari d 4.5 million GEJ losses, it'll keep buhari at 16.5 million votes.
