You don't need to print and sign anything (If you are applying one), when you are ready to submit your entire application, you will see a section where you will input your fullname and this will serve as you 'signing' your entire forms.

I think you can submit without paying your tuition fees. It’s recommended but not necessary. I’m in the same position as well. I guess there just needs to be proof that the money is available to you. You shouldn’t be too bothered in my opinion. Lowkey it’s out of your control.

I tried to pay via Form A, and I was told that I must provide an invoice of payment before they can process it. The school is telling me that I can't get an invoice because I haven't registered my courses and course registration for fall 2021 starts in June. I can't wait until June because I need to submit before the 15th of May.
The school is University of Manitoba.
Please has anyone been in this situation?
