Buy an envelope

put two photocopies of your passport data page

your yellow or white biometrics slip

passport request letter

consent form downloaded and signed

Print out receipts of the 7430 too


Note: you are signing just the second page of the consent form

Eligibility stopped. Sent emails, webforms, ordered GCMS notes. Got a bit depressed. The wait was not easy.
Third update - July 22
Restarted eligibility - July 22
PPR and Correspondence request - July 27

IRCC states that the medicals and background checks are completed and they are currently reviewing eligibility.
They will be in touch with you directly should anything further be required.”

My GCMS notes have not arrived. I haven't gotten any response to my email specifically. But I got an email today from Nairobi that my application is under active review da da da.
I've done everything I can do (except anyone has any other suggestions). Figured there's no point being worried about it.

The same happened to me. It changed from "we are reviewing whether you meet the requirements" to "we will send you a message when we begin reviewing your eligibility". I didn't send anything. It just changed on its own. I was was concerned initially. Ordered GCMS notes and sent webforms and emails about it.

It will end in praise.

I just got a taste of ill luck today. Yesterday, I received a message that my Program at Hanson-Bramptom Campus for Cambrian College has suspended their Postgraduate Program for Fall,2021 and the school revoked my previous acceptance letter and issued new letter. The new letter is still the same thing with the previous in most things except the tuition fee which reduced by about 6000CAD and Internship hours reduced to 105hours from 300hours in previous and Campus which changed from Hanson-Bramptom to Sudbury Campus.
So I forwarded the new LOA through Webform and today,in less than 24hrs, I got an update, my Eligibility Review Changed From "We are reviewing if you meet the Eligibility requirements" to " Your Application is in progress, we will inform you when we begin your eligibility review".
So, it means my application has started afresh or what exactly does it mean?

Of a truth, this eligibility stuff can be funny, I can remember during my application,
"we will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility" is what I saw from the beginning of when they start processing my application till when they made a decision on it". It's safe to say underground work was going on , but wasn't updated on my application.

I would suggest you await a response from the gurus pon this

While you await Hon. Akannitommy 's response, i would say, you have a good academic profile, coupled with your scientific publications.

At times/Most times, the reason most Prospective MSC/PHD applicants don't get response or get negative response from Professors is due to their ACADEMIC CV & their Cold Mail content (Mails sent to PROFESSORS to show interest in working in their research group/lab).

about PROFESSORS at the UNIVERSITY OF CALGARY, Canada who are looking for prospective MSC/PHD students, you might wanna check it out and see if there are Profs. whose Research Areas aligns with your Research Interests. If there is a match, do you due diligence on the Profs. you have a match with

As a a Prospective STEM PH.D candidate, it's 75% certain you would be Fully-funded if a Prof. accepts you to his Laboratory/Research Group.

So against 2022, be very intentional about your PHD pursuit, & start doing serious research on Professors you have a match with and use the above resources to package yourself before cold mailing them

At times it happens, when your file is been transferred to another office. I have seen about 2 cases but changed back after a week again

You have to take the Screenshot of the Page in your GCKEYS. If you have the screenshot of what it used to be, you should also attach it.
Go to Google, Type IRCC webform. Your Visa Office Center should be Nairobi Kenya.

As for the message, just explain it the way you saw it. That you applied for study permit on so so date but when you logged into your account today, it's displaying different Application you didn't apply for...
