I also buy I big avocado for N400, do the maths and convert to $. When next you complain about Nigeria, remember we have cheap and easily accessible fruits and vegetables. Ogaaaa….. relocate go nigeria go dey enjoy the cheap banana…. |

The man is looking for trouble and emotional trauma. What has being born by legally married woman has to do with basic biology of sperm and ovum?? the man is not the one looking for trouble……. trouble already started when a legally married woman started spreading legs for another man and decided to pin the baby on her husband |

John Snow being banished to the wall was a slap on the wrist for murdering the queen of the seven kingdoms, afterall thats where he was initially before leaving…and he could technically leave again The imp is just lucky b@Starď and from one of the great houses of westeros, with experience as the hand of the queen…..they were not gonna just toss him aside in the new parliament that involved the great houses.. Gbadugbakun: Do you even need to tell her. DNA can be done with a strand of hair from the child or saliva or anything belonging to the child. Just take whatever you need from the child and do it secretly without her knowledge. If the child is yours you would lock up. If the child isn't yours you can confront her with the results. Telling your wife you want a DNA test is childish and dramatic, because 99% of women would play the victim card with that request. U can do that when the child is grown a bit and u can easily go buy pie and ice cream and branch DNA lab.. lol But when u need to do the DNA quickly when the baby is still in infant stage they are not separated from their mother easily…. budaatum: I guess the reason for the paternity test is because we don't trust each other and have no plans to be in a relationship with one another. So yes, you must do a paternity test to ensure you are not paying support for a child that is not yours.
If we are in a relationship however, and you insist on a paternity test, you must forgive me for hearing you don't trust me, and a lack of trust between us is definitely detrimental to our child, as your lack of trust will gradually eat at our relationship until there will be no relationship between us.
But I think it's not easy for a man to understand, so think of it this way. Imagine you go out one day and come back with lipstick on your cheek. I'd likely be suspicious you are playing away, and I'd be wary you don't pass on to me what you might have caught with the lipstick. So it's condoms from now on dude, which I'm certain would negatively impact our marriage and the upbringing of our children. This lack of trust is just a blackmailing garbage…. Is there no other reason a man would want his child tested?? If i tell u i want to be sure hospital ddnt swap my baby, u are the one with trust issues if u are thinking any other reason |

Romance › Re: Catching Your Wife With Another Man On Your Matrimonial Bed Is Not A Crime...!!! by advanceDNA: 6:58am On Feb 16 |
giftson102: Dear men, please learn to control your emotions and not take the law into your own hands..
If you Catch your Wife on your Matrimonial bed with another man that man has committed NO CRIME.
Yes.
Even if you saw them in action.
Shocking........
Adultery under most Nigerian criminal laws is not a criminal offence.
What does it mean? It means: 🥢 You cannot beat him. 🥢 You cannot detain him. 🥢 You cannot call police to arrest him. 🥢 You cannot charge him to court for “sleeping with your wife.”
What you witnessed is only a ground to divorce, your wife not a crime.
So greet the man and let him go. Painful, but that is the law.
However, if this same thing happens in some Northern states operating under Sharia-based criminal laws, the story changes.
There, adultery (zina) is treated as a criminal offence. Meaning: 🥢 The man can be arrested. 🥢 The act can lead to prosecution. 🥢 It is no longer just a “family matter.”
Same country.
Different legal consequences.
This is why you must understand the law in your location before reacting in anger. One wrong move assault, violence, or murder and you will move from “hurt husband” to “criminal defendant.”
Emotion is temporary. Criminal record is permanent.
Before you react, know where you stand legally. Modify Quote Report Share The law u are quoting also recognises crime of passion nd temporary insanity-driven actions… If fact.. if push comes to shove, the law can even recognise it as self defence… because the adulterous man wey get mind enter another person territory can easily be seen as an aggressor ….the wife and the husband are kukuma the only witness…. |

Losing a loved one is always a painful thing in life, but the motive or desire to make such an humongous amount of money out of the situation says a lot about the character of the person involved.
We'll keep our fingers crossed and see what Opay will come up with in their defence and justification if any, for the action. If law suits like these dont happen frequently, service wont improve… providers just treat customers anyhow.. holding onto funds… Commercial banks are even worse with their poor ATM and fund transfer service …. U will send or try to take money to another bank’’s ATM and issues will happen …. they will take ages to reconcile small error… They will first use 3weeks to toss u here and there that the money is with the other bank, interswitch, or Nibbs..then use another 2 weeks to agree its their duty, then another one month to do reversal SLA should be standard….go abroad..u can never hear anything like transfer error, or Cash retract, customers will slam u with law suit and chop free damages money…. |
