The reason for this is not yet known, but a look at their official Instagram pages show the couple no longer follow each other on the platform.

This is coming one week after Regina celebrated their son Munir Neji Nwoko, who recently clocked three months.

For many years, Regina was recognised as one of Nigeria’s finest child stars who won many hearts after she starred in ‘Marriage of Sorrow’, at age seven.

Nigerian politician and lawyer, Femi Fani-Kayode has accused his estranged wife once again of faking all act and purposefully feeding the media with lies.

The ex-aviation minister has been having a tough marriage crisis since the dissolution of his marriage with one of his wive, Precious Chikwendu.

In a recent viral video of domestic violence that Femi justified as a reaction after catching his wife in an affair with another man, he has however called it ‘acting.’

In a detailed public statement via his Instagram page, the politician says he would abstain from having his personal affair on the media, instead would take matters with the court.

He wrote, “I have chosen to take the high horse and I refuse to allow my estranged wife to turn the affairs of my personal life into a public circus.

“If she has any issues let her use the right medium as a responsible adult and mother and stop secretly feeding the media with damaging scandals geared towards the destruction of our children’s future.

“I have kept quiet in order to protect my children, I have covered all her madness over the past 7 years and not once did I expose her . But the facts are there and the witnesses and evidence are readily available for the courts.

“I broke my silence yesterday only because my hand has been forced. Big Brother Naija reality show host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu has challenged the Inspector-General of Police on the actual enforcement of the ban on SARS operatives across the country.

The IGP Abubakar Adamu, in a press release on Sunday, banned the personnel of the Federal Special Anti-Robbery Squad (FSARS) from patrols and stop-search duties with immediate effect, following alleged killings and harassment of youths.

The BBNaija host for the last four years however regarded the ban as an actionless move, one which in no time will be forgotten and the incessant harassment of youths will come to live again.

Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta will face his former mentor and boss Pep Guardiola after Arsenal were drawn against Manchester City in the Carabao Cup quarter-finals, following a penalty shootout win over Liverpool on Thursday night.

Arsenal manager Arteta spent three seasons as assistant to Guardiola before joining Arsenal last December.

Trump broke the news on his verified Twitter account, saying they’ll get through it together.

Gov. Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta on Monday congratulated Dorathy Bachor and Neo Akpofure, both from the state, who were among the five finalists at the just concluded BBNaija reality TV Show.

In a series of tweets on his handle @IAOkowa, the Governor said that the state was indeed proud of the duo whom he described as ambassadors of Delta State.

Nollywood actress Toyin Adewale in an interview with City People opened up on her relationship with her son Mayorkun and how she initially held reservations against his career.


Adewale said the young man had a flair for music from a young age and was part of the church choir but she never envisaged him doing music at a professional level.

“I never knew Mayowa will go into music. He used to be a junior choir master while in the choir, but never knew he would go this far, because he has always been a very quiet, easy-going person.”

A Nigerian Army colonel has died after an ambush by Boko Haram terrorists in Borno State.

Colonel DC Bako and some soldiers were attacked, on Sunday, September 20, when their vehicle was ambushed near Damboa, about 85 kilometres from Maiduguri, the state capital. He was until his death the commander of 25 Task Force Brigade in Damboa

Spokesman of the Nigeria Army, Sagir Musa, who confirmed the death in a statement on Monday September 21, said the colonel died in a military hospital where he was receiving treatment after the ambush.

A Nigerian woman, Adaeze Gift Okolie is over the moon after her boyfriend surprised her with a marriage proposal.

Adaeze, fondly called Ijemmiri, took to Facebook on Monday morning, September 21 to share her joy after the surprise engagement.

Five staff of the Bauchi State Local Government Pension Board have been arrested by the police for alleged pension scam.

Spokesperson of the State Police Command, DSP Ahmed Wakili, who disclosed this in a statement on Saturday, September 19, said the suspects were arrested for Criminal conspiracy, Criminal Breach of trust by public servant, Criminal misappropriation, forgery and fraud.

According to Wakili, on the 12th September 2020, a letter of complaint from the office of Executive Governor Bauchi State signed by Musa Mohammed Kirfi, the Private Principal Secretary to Governor of Bauchi State against the suspects.

The suspects are Mohammed B. Mohammed, Editor of the board, Musa Bappayo, computer operator of the board and Samaila Musa, who are all staff of Local Government Pension Board.

"The letter was received through the office of commissioner of police for discrete investigation. When interrogated the above-mentioned persons confessed to have inserted about seven illegal beneficiaries’ names into the pensions records fraudulently,"

The names illegally inserted are Mohammed Namamu (AKA MUHAMADUN FAIZA, Abubakar Muazu

"These Two were the candidates/beneficiaries introduced by Samaila Musa ‘m’ aged 38yrs of Federal Low-cost whom inserted above-mentioned none of them is a civil servant of the state are receiving sixty five thousand (N65,000) and eighty five thousand (N85,000) per month for the period of eighteen (18) month which accumulated to two million seven hundred thousand (N2.700,000)," said the PPRO.

Yasir Sulaiman, 37yrs of bayan airport has two candidates, whom he received (N320,000) per month for the period of (23) month which accumulated to seven million three hundred and sixty thousand (N7.360,000).

Garba Bala ‘m’ aged 39yrs of Tirwun Bauchi whom introduced two candidate and receiving N300,000 per month for thirty-six (36) month which accumulated to ten million eight hundred thousand (N10.800,000)

Umar Mohammed Madara ‘m’ aged 49yrs of Ibrahim Bako Bauchi has one candidate, whom he receives one hundred and twenty thousand (N120,000) per month for the period of six (6) month which accumulated to seven hundred and twenty thousand (N720,000).

The PPRO said that all suspects mentioned above have been arrested investigation is in progress, effort is on top gear to arrest the other fleeing suspects,
