anduai: Hi, Congratulations on your SA visa. Can u please let me know how you were able to obtain your Botswana Visa? Paper applications are submitted in Abuja. I think there's also an eVisa platform. Here's the number 07034103830 for the High Commission, you can reach them for detailed information. |

You must hold a return ticket if your travel is for tourism. Aside Nigerian Immigration, Immigration at your destination may ask for a return ticket, this is one of the ways they determine if you intend to leave the country. Peacefulplace: Is an itinerary (ticket on hold but not confirmed) okay when traveling through Lagos airport?
Did you get asked about proof of onwards travel or ticket back home?
I am trying to find a answer but no one has been able to answer yet. I am a tourist and I don't know when I will be going back home yet. So I haven't confirmed any booking yet. |

A so-called European crying all over the place because he was denied a visa from ordinary South Africa, a third world country, speaks a lot about your "Europeaness". You will cry till thy kingdom come. If you reapply (which I'm sure you have done or will do) without addressing the concerns raised, they will still deny you and you'll still come here and cry blood. You've been to the moon, yet crying because they won't let you visit South Africa. To even show how you are dying to go there, you've decided to visit the neighboring Namibia, just to feel close to the very third world country who denied you a visa. 😄😄😄😂😜 antobogdan: Africankel, Hahaha, I am not from your undeveloped Nigeria...and i would never go there even if someone pays me! Brrr!
I am from European Union, Romania, and i have travelled to 35 countries, including: USA(10 year visa), Canada, Japan, Australia, all Europe etc. Basically all civilised world country you can name, i have been there. Countries a poor african will most probably never set foot in his life. I can see that for a nigerian, South Africa looks like a much better country (and it may be, compared to Nigeria), but for an european, South Africa is just another ordinary 3rd world country.
Benin and Togo? What the Bleep are that? Other 4rd world shitholes? Never heard of them!
Yes, no bank in Europe discloses information to third parties, only in Nigeria they may do that. Instruct the bank to respond to the SA retards? Does it work like that in Nigeria ?? There the bank employees are your personal clerks and they are permanently at your disposition? Laughable...No, in Europe they would not waste time with it even if they would be allowed to do it.
My african, here in Europe, in the CIVILISED world (not like in the slums where you live), there is a thing called bank privacy, no bank is allowed to disclose anything about the bank account. They can disclose only in 2 situations: to the account owner after a thorough verification (codes etc) or to national judicial authorities if they receive a warrant. But i do not know why i am wasting my time to respond you, it is clear you are not able to understand much...
...but it does not surprise me, most africans are not very bright. That is why your continent is still so undeveloped and primitive. |

tolaxvalentine: Kindly direct me. I will appreciate Oga don't send anybody any WhatsApp message. If you do not have a valid Schengen, UK, US or Canadian visa which you have used at least once, YOU DO NOT qualify for an Egyptian eVisa. I carried my two legs to the Embassy myself four weeks ago to get the information I've shared with. Until they scam you. |

Enddy50ty: Yeah… you could be right about this. My friend’s Mom got 10 years tourist visa, thou she’s over fifty years of age, she said it’s because her passport has 10 years validity. It has nothing to do with her age. Canada issues visas according to the validity of your passport and/or biometrics. Biometrics is usually valid for 10 years, so if your passport has same validity, you'll get a 10-year visa. If your passport is valid for 1 year, you'll get a 1-year visa. |

tolaxvalentine: Thanks so much. This is very helpful. I'm kind of far from Lagos and Abuja, so I want to ask if I have to contact the embassy first or I have to go there and submit all the documents at once. I have looked for their website but I couldn't get it. Gather all your documents and take them to the embassy in Abuja; at the Embassy you'll be required to purchase the application form ($5). Afterwards they'll tell you when to come for submission. Ensure you have all your documents before first visiting the Embassy. Please note that there's no submission center in Lagos - you must come to Abuja. Unfortunately, the embassy does not have an active website. |

You can get up to 10 years tourist visa from Canada if your biometrics and passport is valid for that long. I got a 5-year visa (expires same time as my passport). I don't know about converting your visit visa to work permit though. Please go to the Canada thread to seek valuable information. KingMax09934: Please guys I really need an anwser.
2 visa agents promised me Canadian Visiting visa that will be valid for 4years, my worry is that I don't plan to come back anytime soon
Both assured me that once I arrive Canada with visiting visa they have contacts there that will help me to get work then I can change to work permit.
Please is it possible to change from Tourist visa to Work permit once I'm already in Canada? |

tolaxvalentine: Thanks so much for your kind response. Do you have an idea of long it will take for the visa processing and the fee? And can I do it myself? It takes at least three weeks to process. Visa fee is 100USD for single entry, and 155USD for multiple entry. Payment MUST be made in dollars, cash. Yes, you can do it yourself. Find attached the required documents. I took this photo at the Embassy about a month ago.

This is very suspicious. The embassy email is GOUV, not HOUV. It'll take nothing for you to search for the correct email or telephone number and contact the embassy directly. Professordi: Good afternoon house. Please I need to confirm for my friend is in a very confused state. He is applied for french visa for his family (a wife and 3 children). Yesterday he got an email that they need to do documents verification for his all date of birth and marriage certificate and that each one cost is 250k. Please is this normal? Here is the screenshot of the content sent from email address: Visa.abuja-amba@diplomatie.houv.fr Note: the email starts with capital V. |

austino677: thanks for response.. I saw this form online. I don't know if it's required to be filled before going to submit? Use the form from their High Commission in USA website, what you've posted here is the one for UK. You are required to fill the form and submit along with your supporting documents. Ensure to add a cover letter and day-to-day itinerary, it's VERY IMPORTANT. |

austino677: Hi, do you have any information about namibia visa procedures? If one can submit online Application is done in person at the High Commission in Abuja. Similar requirements with SA. Visa fee is 16k for normal service, 32k for express. Visa application form can be gotten on Google. Fairly straightforward and easy to get approval. |

hunee: Maybe we should begin to encourage those intending SA applicants to consider Botswana too. It is just 4hr journey by road to SA. lol On my Last trip to SA, met so many Botswanans. Kel to flashed my memory back. It's actually more than 4 hours. I think I left JHB by 10:30am and arrived Gaborone by 7pm. They have speed limits so the travel time is longer than what Google map says. There's really nothing to see in the capital. Those interested in wild life will have to drive 13 - 15 hours up north to Karsana, it is amazing!!! |

hunee: Visa validity is how many months, is it a sticker visa like sa too,Thanks for the number, i will call soonest. Can you also give a precise detail on their Address, where in Abuja is the embassy. Thanks alot. There's no fixed validity. But single entry has a maximum validity of one month, and three months for multiple. I paid for multiple entry the last time but was only given two weeks to enter (I was stamped in at the border for 5 days, coz that's how long I told them I was staying), But you cannot stay beyond 30 days. This time I paid for single entry, but told the Consular to give me a minimum of one month to enter Bots (unlike the two weeks I got before), we'd actually become friends. The visa is not sticker, just a stamp, same with Namibia and Jamaica. Address is Oguta Lake, Maitama. I can't remember the house number. |

I'm actually not a fan of eVisa, thus have little or no knowledge how it works, @hunee can help in this regard. But since your travel date is in May, you should apply for a sticker visa as you have ample time to get it approved. Marshall6: @Africankel Congratulations. Do you think I should use DHA for my one month Visa to South Africa or Vfs? My traveling date is May19
Which one do you think I am likely to get a quick response. Thank you |

hunee: Bros, Give me that botswana linkup abeg. Where is their embassy? Give me some insights on the application. Congratulations. The Embassy is Abuja, little or no information on the Internet. But here's their telephone number:- 07034103830 Application is fairly straightforward... Basic visa documents. Hotel, flight, 6 months statement, evidence of work, two passport photos, itinerary (very important), introduction letter. Visa fee is 10k+ for single entry, 16k+ for multiple - they however advise that as a tourist, always apply for single entry, coz they don't see why a tourist needs a multiple entry visa. Data page of your passport must be certified in court. |
