Cinfores would like to grow its presence and market in the western part of Nigeria and to this end is seeking self-motivated, forward-thinking and astute qualified individuals to market and sell its exam preparation application called ‘Brainfriend’. The position(s) involves developing new markets for the product whilst managing existing ones and coaxing sales out of these markets to meet target figures.
The position(s) would also involve executing appropriate market strategy plans, into which their input is also required. The position(s) may also necessarily require a certain amount of travel within the western parts of Nigeria to follow up on prospective clients, to attend industry shows etc.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• A minimum of an OND diploma is required, although equivalent previous experience garnered and proven may be sufficient.

• It is also important that the person(s) be self-motivated, disciplined and honest.

i understand your argument but i did not fix the price, the owners did plus i think they fixed the price based on how lovely it is and proximity to the express which is barely 3 mins walk. But believe me when i say it is absolutely breath taking.

U dont need to fix the price but based on my experience with agents, they believe in the higher the price, the better for them as that will result in an equivalent increase in agency and commission fee, u can tell the landlord that the price is too high compared to what others are taking, or based on the response you got from your clients. I noticed the 3 bedroom flat av been on since May, and as lovely as it looks, it is still available, ask urself why, cos it is damn expensive, agents should know when to say No to landlord when prices are too high,

I have dealt with 5 of them after paying each of them a range of 1k-2k to help me with the search and after telling them what i need, they just come back showing things below standard and asking if i could extend my budget and then they wil get me extactly what i am asking for. when i do extend my budget it is still the same sub-standard structures they end up showing me.And the part of them flashing you after you have given them money for recharge card is very annoying.in fact at times when you see them they just look rough and hungry looking, i am just tired of them all.

@betty,, A̶̲̥̅̊ budget of 300k to 400k for A̶̲̥̅̊ 2/3 bedroom flat within those locations, I must tell Ʊ is really enough for any non-greedy agents, like my hubby usually say, most of  so called agents live in dia family house or A̶̲̥̅̊ face-me-face-you apartment, so dia understanding of decent flat is very low
