And the last time we called Ʊ when Ʊ advertised some flats using sholamama as ur username, Ʊ told us specifically that those flats are not urs, Ʊ will need to contact  agents in charge to collect  keys except if we just wanted to see the compound. Kx: The pilot could nt have auto opened the windows when the plane was on the roof because by then the plane might have lost some or all it automatic controls so to speak. The surest way for passengers to escape would have been through manual procedures by opening the emergency exit but in the shock that greeted the sudden crash, would anybody have even remembered emergency exits? no way

From the post of the op, he said the pilot was very brave, so I was thinking, as brave as he is, could he not havefound a way of opening the door, either by automatic or by manual, besides what are emergency exits meant for , fashion or what? The op said the plane was dia for 20 minutes, , why I responded the way I did was because I felt the eye witness account is being manipulated to make it sound good except if there is something they aint tellin us

I was just thinking, most so called agents on nairaland ask for registration fee of 2k or 3k before dey can take one to rickety houses, I av come to d conclusion that agents who ask for dis fee are street agents, my reason being dat dia is hardly any apartment Ʊ will rent dat Ʊ won't pay more than A̶̲̥̅̊ 100k as extra fee, if dey actually have dus ppties to rent out, den dey will b more interested in d agency and commission fee.
Annoying also is d fact that when Ʊ csll most of dis agents for inspection and maybe dey are busy, dey will tell Ʊ dat dey will call when dey are through. But surprisingly, dey only flash, are dey really dat broke,
My advise is dat street agents who ask for registration fee b4 inspection shud always state it on dia posts. Though most of dem av different user names, at least I know like 4 who uses more dan one username, dey shud state it on dia post.

Never mind, since Ʊ are more interested in the registration fee (which brings me to d conclusion dat Ʊ do not have any decent apartment to let, cos if Ʊ av, Ʊ will b more interested in showin d properties Ʊ av for lease and d over 100K Ʊ will collect as agency and commission fee dan d 2k Ʊ ar asking.)
