I think the basis of this analysis is faulty for the following reasons :

1. You used total population of each states as denominator . The total population includes minors who are not eligible to vote , ex-convicts who cannot vote or be voted for under Nigerian law , elderly people/sick people who are incapacitated, eligible voters who weren’t able to register to vote due to one reason or the other , and finally those who actually registered to vote .

2 . The number of eligible registered voters would be a good metric since those are the people who actually are allowed to vote by law and took a step by getting registered to vote and their data is available in the public space .

3. Oyo is not the most populated SW State but Lagos , hence u used convenient sampling technique (which is a non-probability sampling method ) while picking Oyo state as a against stratified sampling technique( which is a probability sampling method ) u used for Anambra state .
