I live in Abuja. With the level of boredom on weekends and public holidays here, why won't people turn up for any social event or free association gathering?.

As I dey now wey I no be big man for naija, if I declare a social gathering or party anywhere in Abuja, I'm sure many people will show up. Even people I've never met. Thats the result of boredom and people having not much to do to kill time

The truth is bitter. Igbokwe has said the truth, haters won't appreciate this. They'll prefer to spew disunity and frustrations.

How big is this sambisa forest sef?. The same forest hosts Nigerian soldiers, cameroonian soldiers, Chadian soldiers and Boko haram fighters?. Yet Boko haram still operates within the forest and launches offensives into these three countries!!.

Notwithstanding the fact that Joe Igbokwe as an APC man runs his mouth a lot, however Lagos (and by extension the Yorubas) are the only ethnic group with such openness and cosmopolitan attitude to put somebody of a different ethnic group in her State cabinet. Mind you, Lagos has been doing this since the days of the Jagaban!.

It is only in Lagos that people of other ethnic groups can aspire for any level of aspirations and also achieve it. Is it in the educational, health, political, social spheres etc. Name it, you can achieve it in Lagos.

Unfortunately, same can not be said for other ethnic areas. Especially in the east. They spew hatred and ethnic jingoism at every turn. Sporadically, I've stayed in the east and I must confess they have someways to go when it comes to allowing even playing fields for people who are not Igbos to aspire for positions in government, and other positions.

I don't know if I am the only guy who never believes ladies' critique of men. Especially Nigerian ladies!

They are quick to express such dismissive and critical opinion of men if:

(1.) They give 'greenlight' or make friendship passes at a man, and the man doesn't reciprocate

(2.) They see the man as being too attractive and vibrant beyond their 'catchment zone'. So they do a 'pull-down' syndrome with their loud opinion

(3.) They just generally don't give positive compliments about men to their fellow women in order not to appear cheap of weak

In my 'expert opinion', we can all ignore these comments from these girls. In their minds, they are mega-tripping for those blokes.

I always tell any guy/man i meet, NO WOMAN IS TRULY LOYAL. You treat her like a queen, buy her things, take her to holiday destinations etc. If things go bad for you, most of these women will start looking for the next thrilling man. I learned the hard way. And I've encountered men who also experienced this with lots of women.

If you make your money, enjoy your life smartly with these women. Never drop your guard and never spend your life on them. Most of them aren't worth it.
