Newmum0615: But I want to ask why they still send ADR for Schedule A and travel history when all info is filled during eAPR? I don't know o. But what I think is because he did not scan all the visa stamps on his previous passports. I am just wondering do I fill my details on the form as well or just his because they asked only for his own travel history |

Flaj: You mean LLB. BL is the law school qualification. LLB is all she needs to send to IQAS to get a professional degree evaluation. She doesn't need law school, bachelors degree only Yes LLB. Pardon my ignorance don't know these law things. I will tell her. She is still insistent in sending her BL to WES though hoping it will be evaluated as a certificate or something. |

Flaj: Cc agates BL wouldn't give any additional points. Your friend should simply evaluate LLB with IQAS and get a professional degree evaluation Thanks so just to reclarify. Iqas will evaluate her BL as professional degree? So she doesn't need to include her law school certificate? |

Asking for a friend. IELTS score L 8 S8 R9 W8. Spouse score L4.5. S.7 R.4.5 W.6.5. she is a lawyer and used WES which rated her degree as bachelors making her CRS score 389. She S asking which makes more sense evaluating her law school certificate as a second degree or use IQAS. Please help |

Question for the gurus; Please has anyone here used a letter from their direct supervisor (not written on the office letter head) but on a plain paper and the line manager's ID card and Complimentary card as letter of reference. I also intend to get this letter notarized. The letter i got from HR is generic and not in CIC format. I read in the previous thread that this can work. Does anyone have this experience. Thanks |

Favoredme: He does not need to do an ECA. Upload his degree certificate and IELTS TRF (if he has one). Thank you. i put No under the question if he has an educational degree, i intend to write a LOE on the fact that i picked No because i am not claiming points for his degree. Hope this wont be a problem |

Part 3 must not pass me by too oo. Gurus please help, my spouse did not evaluate his degree, i only did mine and it gave us the required score to get an ITA. However on the checklist amongst the list of documents were asked to upload. His proof of education is also required. Does this mean he has to do the ECA or he can just upload his degree certificate irrespective of whether he evaluated the degree or note. Anyone please help. Thanks |

Hello everyone, in filling the part post ITA that asks if one has been refused a visa. Do you have to list out all visa refusals. For example, i remember i was refused a visa to the UK twice over 10 years ago, in year 2000 and i think 2005. Do i have to include this. Apologies for asking again if this has been answered at some point on the forum |

HighBK: Has anyone tried MOD IELTS testing centre? I heard about them, and that you can pick your speaking test date. How true is this?
It will be a relief to many of there are other options than BC My husband used MOD. No hassles at all.. As per picking speaking test date, i think he was offered two options and he chose the preferred one. |

Hello People, in the section where they asked about Visa refusals and one answers yes and puts in the country that refused the visa application. Do you go ahead to put in details of why you were refused at this stage or theres another space for that after submitting your application |
