Not entirely correct. @doppler06 The answer is Yes to both questions. There is an element of visa refusal in both scenarios.

1) I have sent a mail - It was ignored.
2) I raised a CSE - Got a response within 6 days that my additional document has been sent to the relevant visa office but no visa office was mentioned.
3) I have called, but couldn't navigate my way to speak to an agent.

What other method can I use please?

I feel you, i think they have stopped responding to emails. I had to call them, the wait time is quite long though, i was kept on hold initially for about 30 mins, started speaking to someone then the line went off. I called again and after about 3 attempts i was placed on hold again for about 25 mins and then got to speak with someone who told me my visa office and also sent me an email after the call. You can reach them on +1(613)9444000. Call around 12:45pm-1pm Nigerian time

Seriously though, I don't think there's any issue with going with another bank. Then sending CIC the updated POF explaining as you have explained here. Also showing the statement where the money matured and was paid into your GTB. That's what I would do to sleep well at night.

Hahaha...actually that's not correct. It does not affect the speed of processing...in fact some folks split so they can be open to updates on their file.

They refused to respond jare.
I have decided to ignore them abeg. Whenever they are ready, they should send my PPR mail. It sha will enter before the end of this month. Cos hubby will not allow me drink water and drop cup

It depends. I got a response within 30 minutes. Some got theirs in 2 hours, some days or even weeks. Try to send the message during the working hours (Ottawa time).
