Olukolade condemned attempts by some persons to blame the Baga killings on soldiers of the Multinational Joint Task Force. The defence spokesman also condemned moves in some quarters to use the media to whip up public sentiments against the Joint Task Force. Msauza: It had never happened in South Africa where over 200 civilians were massacred in one day. Even during the dark days of apartheid, it never happened. Xenophobic attacks were never unleashed by the government, those were the attacks from ordinary citizens to foreigners suspected of foul playing, that's all. Israel breaks rules of war regularly in Palentine and kills innocent civilians to protect Israeli national interest and United Nations did nothing about it.
