People using language they don't understand, anyway, our school system has failed us.

If I had said her unmentionables smell like tuna fish, then that would be gutter language, but why would I do that?

Meristem customer service is the most ridiculous and non chalant CS I've ever experienced.

I can't login my meritrade since last week I've been calm ,& trying to discuss with them on how to get the details/, password recovery. The same lady keeps giving me the same answers everyday as if she couldn't care less. So I can't be sent my login details whenever i request for them? Haba why? I mean put yourself in someone's position.

I had some money in their wealthbuddy platform. That one sef to process withdrawal na war.

They said to deposit before i get login details. I did but till today nothing.

Well na them sabi. I never get their time now.

Pls can anyone recommend a good equities broker i can trade with. Good interface and reliant customer service. Is cordros good? Also their minimum deposit for trading.

Sorry to derail the thread.

Thanks.

@BBM
I think Pa Emma asserts that people pay "less attention to value" and more to price, just hinting that the irrationality seen by @mashai is expected to continue. More like a general comment not specifically insinuating that @mashai is focusing on price.

I'm not sure he's talking about price. He's focus is mainly on fundamentals. He could not relate the country's manufacturing and production activities with what is driving the market price high.

Its very unfortunate that whenever something big is about to happen on the market, they begin to have these issues. You can imagine how much their clients have lost to these issues. You see bad news that will cause general bear, you cannot login the next day to place a sell order until every other person from other brokers have sold and price has bottomed.
You see good new that should bring bulls, you cannot login the next day to buy at good price until others have bought and there is huge number of bids at the highest price. Its very very unfortunate.

Cheap comes at a cost Lol

@Agbalowomeri, this is a herculean task, I must confess.
However, with available data on Pa Emma, it shows he was most likely born before Nigeria civil war of 1967; approx. 56 years ago!

IF Pa Emma was very active during 2008 market crash; rock Madonna song - La Isla Bonita in 1987; and could recall how late Prof Akin Adesola built UNILAG's Senate with N15m in 1984 (using internally generated funds and donation), then Pa Emma should be almost as old as Nigeria Independence (1960) cheesy

However, to be on the conservative side, Support is provided at 1967 (+/- 5)

FBNH STOCK PRICE DECLINE PROVIDES BETTER BUYING OPPORTUNITIES
The recent fall in FBNH's stock price, descending from 23.50, presents an enticing opportunity for investors/traders to align their interests with those of Oba Otudeko by acquiring FBNH shares. The price is anticipated to stabilise btw 16 - 17.40 level. However, the ongoing skirmish involving Eco Bank, FBNH, and Otudeko raises a pertinent question: Could this conflict cast a shadow over FBNH's stock price? Only time will tell.

Get your calculator and crunch the figures

June 2003 one for two bonus

June 2005 one for one bonus

September 2008 one for two bonus

December 2010 one for four bonus.

I guess you bought the second public offer that sold for N30.

Nope
I am not sure about your first two cause I bought the first public offer in 2003

1 million units bought for N10.7 million during the Initial Public offer about 20 years ago must have grown to 5,625,000 units due to the bonus shares.

To that person his average cost price will be less than N2 per share

I don't think so o
Maybe you are adding pre-public offer
