All this silly wahala you carry for head with this worthless obj story go carry you go asylum for sure, even your estacode overtime salary on top this matter no go fit cure your insanity...lmao

Until the woman do news conference in front of Nigerians, this dumb story remains trash and irrelevant.

We don't even care, OBJ's family worries is between him and his daughter, it has nothing to do with OBJ's allegations against your paymaster which is more relevant to the people of Nigeria.

krafty iyk: sometimes i wonder if all these anti Igbo tribalist's like agbameta are staffers of NL who insult igbo's to increase the trade pages...nice business idea anyway.
That's the problem with you people, you shove everything under tribalism instead of accepting responsibility for your actions and decisions..
PoliticsRe: 34-year-old Enugu-ebonyi Bridge Collapses by agbameta: 3:22pm On Dec 19, 2013
safarigirl: We're going back to the same thing- tribalism. 98% voted based on who they thought had their best interest at heart. No one fielded a SE candidate as President or Vice, so the SE chose the next best thing, same way North voted overwhelmingly for CPC and SW for ACN. Why do you suppose those 2 parties merged? Because they realised they needed to bond if they stood any chance on the Federal level knowing PDP controlled 2-3 regions (SE, SS, NC). It all comes down to ethnic and religious bigotry
Seriously, there's good and bad in voting and electing leaders based on ethnic and tribal reasonings, the only down and destructive side is when you vote for and electbad, unqualified, lazy and incompetent people to look out for you.
PoliticsRe: 34-year-old Enugu-ebonyi Bridge Collapses by agbameta: 3:10pm On Dec 19, 2013
Afam4eva: Pls, let's desist from posting tribalistic comments lest we be banned. Those that have been complicit have been banned so far. Be Warned

@topic
That can't possibly be the only link between Enugu and Ebonyi. That could be the link between two communities in both states.
Better make sure you have your proper definition and qualifications for tribalism ready because we are watching you too.
PoliticsRe: 34-year-old Enugu-ebonyi Bridge Collapses by agbameta: 2:58pm On Dec 19, 2013
krafty iyk: immediately i saw this post, i knew AGMAMETA, the ARCH TRIBALIST will be here, and i knew such comments will be coming from him/her...what peeps like you refuse to understand, or understands but doesn't want to believe is that your myopic insult riden post on NL does not affect any Igbo man's progress/bank account balance..it's just insignificant.
Forcing some common sense into your skull is not insults and you shouldn't be calling this sad even and deplorable even progress sounds very disheartening..

leofab: Slowpoke like you; you expect to see a jet fighter there or maybe a rocket...
No, I was expecting a functional UAV in live demonstration in the air, not some dullards in babariga and punks in military uniform standing next to some dummy toy in the middle of the room...
PoliticsRe: 34-year-old Enugu-ebonyi Bridge Collapses by agbameta: 2:44pm On Dec 19, 2013
safarigirl: So the bridge is owned by the FG, yet some people are coming here in all their glorified stewpidity to accuse the State government and an entire ethnic group. A bridge connecting just Enugu and Ebonyi collapses and people attack every Ibo person from Idemili to Asaba. When I say NL is filled with kids, they say I'm talking nonsense. You guys should visit other forums and see what people really think about NL. It's shameful and it's cuz of all these posts. Maybe Seun should close Politics Section for some time
You are missing the point either way you cut and dice it.

You gave your votes and support to GEJ and and even GEJ sef claim that you people are the pillar of his worthless administration, but the most critical needs you need to survive are crumbling all over you and he's yet to lift a finger even after so many reports that the Niger bridge is about to crumble like this other village bridge.

Instead of your local leaders from governors and ohaneze or whatever you call them to step in, they are shuttling back n forth to aso rock to collect brown envelopes and even fighting over the same brown envelopes all while your basic needs are crumbling left and right.

Why are you people so clueless and at what you people go begin questioning the fruitless decisions that you make and the people you vote for and elect to look out for you?
This thread is not about who was the first in Nigeria to perform the procedure of open heart surgery. This is talking about the arrival of "advanced" heart procedures in Ibadan.

Advanced is key! Who knows what that means, maybe its no longer acceptable to open the chest if other more controlled procedires deliver greater benefits? ..but even in the field of "advanced procedure", Ibadan will now hold that "first" title you are branding. In which case the Enugu procedure can be properly ascribed as "basic" heart procedure.

No need to go back and forth, this is about Ibadan.
Their ignorance, low self esteem and insecurities betrays them all the time.
PoliticsRe: I Did Not Write Any Letter To My Father-iyabo Obasanjo by agbameta: 8:28pm On Dec 18, 2013
Bottom line, the deplorable letter is nothing but oponuchukwu related trash, but we'll deal with him later. For now, I'm 100% Iyabo Obasanjo is preparing a detailed response to the garbage
PoliticsRe: I Did Not Write Any Letter To My Father-iyabo Obasanjo by agbameta: 8:23pm On Dec 18, 2013
DerideGull: There is no doubt you are the only fool in the ongoing discourse. The alleged letter by Iyabo Obasanjo-Bello pales in comparison with public allegation Obasnajo’s son leveled against his father for sleeping with OBJ’s daughter in-law.

Only an irredeemable fool will term the purchase of two armored BMW cars by NCAA for ministry of aviation as form of corruption. Throughout the discussion of the purchase of the two armored cars, no iota of corruptible practices was established.

The bulled-proof cars can not be compared to the conversion of government fund earmarked for Operation Feed the Nation into private farm such as Ota Farm.

The only thing I can agree with the load of rubbish you posted above is that the government of GEJ is pathetically weak. If not weak why should characters such as OBJ, IBB, Danjuma, Abdulsalami, Tinubu etc be allowed to walk freely in our society?
1. Oduah's staffs signed the delivery documents for cars that was never delivered. Fraud and corruption

2. The VIN numbers in the documentation she presented to NASS was different from the ones allegedly delivered. Fraud and corruption

3. The cars were fraudulently overpriced to rip off the Nigerian taxpayers... Still, no explanation for the insane cost Fraud and corruption

4. Her and her staffs lied to the Nigerian people in front of NASS members with their conflicting stories regarding the reason for the purchase and for what purpose. Fraud and corruption

5. She lied that import waiver was obtained for the cars. Fraud and corruption

Do we really after to go through all this? The people of Nigerian via the Nigerian legislature rendered their judgement already and they recommended 3 years jail term for that crooked and corrupt government official who the dullard that hired her should have fired a long time ago.

gogodaye: Kudos once again to the 'unsung' officers & men of our armed forces for this feat.
Also kudos for the leadership of the armed forces & the FG for affording them with both the resources and enabling environment in the midst of the challenges cum distractions to stay focused & not be inaundated by these odds........Long live NIgeria.
Sitting a non functioning dummy decoration in the middle of a room and some goofy clowns standing next to it must be a major world class feat and wonderful achievement....

Chamackh: When it comes to world class human resources, you don't take it away from Ndi Igbo. I wouldn't bother to argue with you cos I know you don't like anything from the East of niger.
If you are around the Igbo all you hear are boasts about his real and imaginary accomplishments. He is very vainglory seeking.

The Igbo is narcissistic in that he thinks that he is special and that other people ought to admire him.

The Igbo actually imagines that other Nigerians are his inferiors and ought to admire him.

Instead of your village asss showing us what you have in your village, you are instead boring us with the same empty and shallow imaginary nonsense.

eaglechild: No need to pull out stats from your azz to make yourself feel good, the fact that you are celebrating a bunch of expatriates coming to do some surgical procedures that have been indigenously performed in the 70s says it all.
Ode, the topic says advanced, not some crude and stone age nonsense you people do in your villages.

And I'll celebrate knowledge acquisition from the best professionals even from the moon if it means quality, up to date and advanced healthcare for the citizenry.

Is there even any society in the world where they don't improve on and acquire knowledge? You wont know anyway, you are limited to your village existence and your brain functions at the same village pedestrian level..

Chamackh: Dr Martin Aghaji has been doing this for over three decades at UNTH Enugu. Anyway nice development to my south west brother.
Na beans, nothing is going on in your village hospital and even before you open mouth sef, show us what they are doing over there with pictures of your cardiac unit...until then, abeg keep quiet.

In fact, shouldn't be worried about your village hospital because the place is not functioning and the staffs are on strike because of unpaid salaries?

Nsuka ko, abakaliki ni....

Though the dumb story has nothing to do with the serious allegations against oponuchkwu and his worthless administration, but I almost fall for the trash.

They slipped whit the APC angle where OBJ advised his daughter to join APC.... They obviously dropped that red meat to color their rubbish with authenticity, but that angle alone betrayed the whole rubbish...

So I read the trash all over again for obvious deceptions and flaws and I found many including countless basic English and grammatical flaws.

Either GEJ's goons cooked this up with or without his knowledge doesn't even matter at this point, the Aso Rock dullard is toast...

chris365: it's a shame that Nigerians are so quick to beg for development but don't slow down with their blind criticisms when they start to see signs of it. what a pity undecided
Development is Nigerians seeing real UAV live demonstration with air force drone pilots performing maneuvers with the drone in the sky

Development is not sitting like mumu inside some room with a dummy decoration that Nigerians don't even know what it's capable of doing or capable of getting off the ground.

You know nothing beyond that dummy sitting in the middle of the room and what they are telling you.

Calling this stupidity development is serious gross misuse of the word development...
PoliticsRe: Army Will Fight To Keep Nigeria United- Ihejirika by agbameta: 2:16am On Dec 18, 2013
nwaobitex: Sixteen newly-promoted Brigadier-Generals were decorated with their new ranks.
The Chief of Army Staff, Azubuike Ihejirika, said on Tuesday that the Nigerian Army would do all within its power, including fighting, to sustain the unity of the country.
Mr. Ihejirika said this in Abuja at the decoration of 16 newly-promoted Brigadier- Generals with their new ranks.
“There is no two ways about it (unity of the nation); whatever is said in the newspapers, whatever utterances are made, every officer of the Nigerian army must remain focused.
“The Nigerian Army will fight till the last man to ensure the unity and territorial integrity of this country at all times,’
’ he said.
The army chief urged the newly-promoted officers to sustain those positive attributes of hard work and dedication to duty which enabled them to attain the rank.
Earlier, George Sekibo, the Chairman, Senate Committee on Army and Defence, described the army as the “last hope’’ in the effort to tackle insurgency and keep the nation united.
“In particular, at this period that this nation is going through this insurgency problem, our last hope is on the army. Try as much as possible to make sure that Nigeria remains as a united nation; Nigerians must work hard to retain our peace.
“And those elements of destabilisation and destruction, we should fight hard to completely eliminate them,’’ he said.
