so for instance, if there is war in Nigeria, (which can be translated to threat to lives) the next Country - according to the UNHCR (United Nations High Commission for Refugees) will be Cameroun to the east, If Cameroun is not safe, then the next country will be Central AFRICA republic.. if there is peace in Central Africa Republic, you must seek assylum there
